I have 2 sat-navs and your map and yet I could not find the carpark. Instead I had to park in long stay at the airport at £100 extra.

On arrival at Doncaster airport half of the car park was Barried off. There was no spaces at all to park like many other cars I had to park we're ever i could ie park elegally. The other side of the Barries was parking for hundreds of cars.

Good value for money. We were not kept waiting around either when leaving or for a pick-up when we got back. Car was rather messy with bird droppings (pigeon?) but it was due for a clean anyway.

The second time in 3 months I have used Maple Park and both times have had big problems. The first time we were kept waiting 20 minutes to be met in spite of phoning from motorway as instructed. The second time on Sept 1st was kept waiting 25 minutes in spite of 3 men waiting for instructions on ph. On return we phoned from baggage hall as usual and had to wait 15 mins for car to be delivered in car park. The plane was over an hour late and we had been told the car would be waiting for us! No way will I use again.

so much for meet and greet. You park your car in the short stay car park and then have to try to find someone to direct you to an office so you can drop off your keys. On your way you will pass several drivers sitting around chatting rather than waiting to assist you. May as well just use ordinary airport parking at least you know no one will move your car offsite 2a secure parking unit. i would not use these guys again as everyone i spoke to was either unwilling or uncaring about your parking experience.

I put 'drop off north terminal' and 'pick up south terminal' your site gave me a number of options and I selected one called 'valet'. Not only was my car at the north terminal when I arrived, but 'valet' did not mean clean. Presumably it was in the American sense of the of the word. But it was simply parked in the north terminal short stay carpark which is hardly 'valet'. Awful experience after a long flight. Absolute waste of £85 for four days of parking. I had used Airparks a number of times before and forwarded Airparks details to a number of my colleagues. It's unlikely that I'll use airparks again and have told my colleagues of the bad experience...

It works, but nothing special. I think it's probably just as easy to park offsite and use the shuttle bus to save money.

Having arrived in plenty of time for a transfer we were left waiting at the bus along with another family, long enough for another mini bus for that car park to return from the airport. Once our luggage was loaded, instead of going to the airport, we were driven to another, more distant car park, to uplift other passengers. The driver waited at the other car park until the bus was full during which time another much larger bus arrived to service that car park. From arriving at the first car park the transfer took in total 45 minutes. If we hadn't allowed excess time we would have been in danger of missing our flight. Having used this and 3 other transfer services before we were astonished at the poor service.

When we arrived at the car park there was no driver to take us over to the terminal and the man at the desk told us 'the driver had gone missing,I don't know how long it's going to be' In fear of missing our check in, we walked over with 5 pieces of luggage (party of 4) which was made more difficult by the fact it was raining and one of our party is 6months pregnant! Not amused!

Bus was at the terminal building on time when we came in, on the downside it's a bit off-putting to be met by a driver who is unshaven (By a Few Days) wearing a black hoodie (Hood up) and smoking a rollup-- not very professional! Have your drivers smartly presented and I would give it a very good

Normally Air Parks are very good and are my preferred choice for parking, but on my recent booking for LHR I have booked in the mystery car park (next week), and still have no idea in which car park I am supposed to park! I am told this information will be forthcoming, but until it is Air Parks gets a Poor rating.

Parked and jumped on bus to terminal. On way home phone and bus was with us in 5 mins

I had a voucher to use but was given nowhere to enter it. When I contacted to say this I was basically told "tough!"

Airparks in Barry airport does not even exist anymore, but didn't know that until I arrived there on the day of flying out. Had to stop a passing member of airport staff to ask what was going on. No signs or information anywhere. Hard to find where to park in airport and zero instructions. Was not asked for any proof, no reg number, nothing. Getting out of there a week later was a nightmare. No clear directions or signs, again no information. TERRIBLE. Sort it out !!

On arriving at airport car registration not recognised,a workman said we had to press for ticket (although it stated not to press for ticket if pre booked) the barrier opened and let us through. On arriving back at airport 11th Sept 1.15am( flight delay ) the barrier still wouldn't let us through, we inserted the ticket and was asked to pay £ 65.50p,we were going to pay this because we were holding up the queue of traffic building up behind us, a member of staff then spoke through the intercom and asked what was wrong, we explained what had happened i.e. we had pre-booked, he then asked for our booking ref no and surname and confirmed that we had pre-booked then let us through. I have to say there have been easier ways to park at the airport as we have had no problems in the past.

Booking process worked well, but on arrival at the airport our number plate wasn't recognised and airport staff were unable to print an entry ticket for us.
