“Product was delivered without price tag, pick up executive says can take the product only after confirmation from customer care. The customer care number is out of service and no response to my emails. This is a very dangerous shopping portal because you can get pathetic product and there is no way to connect to them and get your refund.”

“It is very pathetic online portal. I have purchased clothes and raised a return request due to poor quality. Courier person collected but not provided any acknowledgement and also not updated in portal. It is more than a week, no information on my refund. We cannot contact the customer care as they give a recorded message saying due to carona, it is closed. When sent a mail, they reply with standard auto reply message. regards Srinivas”

“Worst online store experience cheapest online business services ever came across. Returning product is almost impossible once u buy u have to keep it . So please never do online purchase @ Ajio . I ended with a loss of 5000inr”

“The service is disgusting . I will never recommend Ajio to anyone . On December 2021 ; I ordered some clothes(4) cost Aprox Rs 3500 from Ajio and pay amount online & for that I got - two item deliverd and one item cancelled by ajio . One item worth Rs 1600 ladies dress was not deliverd to me but status updated as delivered to me for that i so many times call to Ajio customer care center they respond very decency and said every time will track and update to you. But every time they update the status in Ajio like your item delivered. After so many times contact to Ajio customer care i desided to loose my money. Very bad experience... the worst service even seen...”

“It’s a fraud. First they send you wrong order then when you return it, they will not refund the money. They don’t have the courtesy to callback and every time you will only have to follow up. When you ask for transaction Id with the bank to track your refund, it’s never available. I still haven’t received my refund. Every page on their app shows a different status of order or refund. This is the second time this happened with me and I am done . Kindly have the courtesy to return my money. If you need it so badly ask me I will donate it to you but don’t steAl your customer money.”

“Never ever buy any product from this app AJIO worst services, worst customer services ever i order two products but those products never handed over to me they sent back and till now its been a month my money not refund by them. and customer service put call on hold for 2-3 hours never come back to call. i dont know why they are suffering their customers. worst pathetic services ever. if u cant satisfy your customer then please shut this app down. why u are suffering people. the money they spent on your products are earning by them with their hard work.”

“The Ajio Company is using the customers refund money or earning interest in lakhs because they are not refunding the money even after 11 days Where as Company like Myntra or Flipkart refund the money same day after the product is picked up for return.”

“I ordered 10 items out of which 2 delivered correctly, 1 they cancelled and 1 delivered ladies pant instead of a men's t-shirt. 6 items are yet to be received no hopes left whether it would be correctly sent or get cancelled further. Disgusting and disappointed twice in a day.”

“ajio charges heavily for kids size clothes, they dont know various sizes and shapes worst quality, worst designs , very expensive waste of time, extensive sleevless why they so sting to provide full sleeves, charges heavily, worst, no medium size and plus size clothes are not not available, worst experience street size clothes collections kept online”

“I purchased a product from Ajio specially choosing size L however, they sent my size XL. I've been trying to reach them on daily basis and no one is resolving my query. I wanted to return the product since it's of no use to me but it's really disappointing that their customer service representatives answer the calls and automatically transfer the call to IVR for feedback without even talking to us.”

“Ajio🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️!!! The service is disgusting . I will never recommend Ajio to anyone . On December 17th ; I ordered some clothes(3) cost 1000 from Ajio & for that I got - one empty packet & other items were such dirty & untidy even I was hesitant to open it. One cloth was containing some vomitus like particles & I emphasis this , as it’s in this present scenario as everyone is equally fighting for the pandemic & ofcourse the tidiness matters & am a health professional too. And about the other item it was torn & with full of dust & all & was bought for my child even she was weird looking into it . And further more I have called the customer service (ofcourse after many hours of call waiting ) atleast for 3 times - eventhough they haven’t refunded the amount yet or didn’t showed courtesy to pick back the product. My question being aint our hard earned money matters & ain’t our time valuable. I haven’t seen such an irresponsible online shoppee in my lifetime . I shared this review so that no one should fell in their gimmicks eventhough they show some discounts! We used to deal with many more apps but didn’t saw this much irresponsible customer service anywhere- at least they have to get the refund done. My next step being consumer court . I am cursing the moment when I ordered these items. Thanksalot team Ajio- so much of gratitude 🤬🤬🤬”

“Very bad experience... the worst service even seen... they will say that the order will be delivered by today.. but even after 2 days it won't be delivered... we have family function next day... as the message came we taught we will get the delivery..... but they said that they have attempted 3 times, and the order will be delivered after 48 hours.... But we did not receive any call from them... If they send the item after 48 hours, it of noo use for us as we have function tomorrow and we need the dress by today that is 8th February..... Very Very bad service... even coustomer care number of Delivery is not provided.... All are fake promises... fake commitments.... Very bad service... no good response at all Not even like to give 1 star .. we will give -ve points....”
