“Fake company. Their customer care is a fraud the called and asked for my UPI I’d suddenly 40k was deducted from my account. Moreover the clothes I ordered out of 20 only 9 were delivered. Don’t order anything from them they are big time fraud”

“The customer care services are so poor as compared to many other sites. I have been calling for so many days and yet I haven't got any revert call. I partially cancelled my order just 3 hours after placing the order and till now I haven't got any refund.”

“Never buy from this site! They are crooks! I purchased three Armani exchange shirts and returned all of them as size issue. They have refunded only for one shirt and rest two ( Rs 10,000 approx) is pending for the last 20 days. 7 emails, 5 calls at help line (just waited for 15 minutes on wait music) one tweet but nothing so far. They just respond with a generic email saying go to mobile app. You can’t register complaint on app as they have disabled the option. You will never be able to generate a ticket. So no calls or email can help! Have no option but to approach consumer court.”

“I have ordered from ajio.com and done the prepayment through ajio wallet .But my order got cancelled just two days before the delivery date and my amount is not refunded till date. its more than 20 days since my order got cancelled .Along with this they are not at all responding to my calls. Additionally on my mail they are sending same reply sorry for inconvenience again and again.”

“it's been a month n I didn't receive refund amount still and on their app they are showing as Refund initiated but I didn't receive any money still.... trying to contact them it's really worse process they are just providing the auto generated mail and not responding there customer.....worst service provider I have never ever seen....3 Times Complained on mail to customer care ajio they sent same mail which shows steps to returned the Product very Bad Experience as we receive other products good but returned policy is not good.””
