Worst service ever. Didn't answer your call n e-mail.. Also they don't resolve your problem.. I have been trying since last 3 week's to contact ajio customer care. But didn't get any responses.. Worsted service ever

9 days before I had ordered a dress for my daughter and payment made through Upi, within a half and hours I cancelled the product, still I don't received the refund, many customer care call and mails I did but response, very bad experience don't buy anything I lost 1k....

Worst experience.. I orderd 2 pair of converse shoes before 2 month ago from ajio but the size which I orderd was not fit on me. After that i raise return request.. Return was pickedup after 6 days but no refund was initiated yet. Instead of that refund they send me wrong or used slipers of puma. I talk more than 7 time to costmer care regarding my issue but thy all are saying mam your complaint raised from our side.. It will be resolved 24 hours.. 48 hours. But still not resloved my complant issue and i didnt get my refund yet...

Worst experience with AJIO, I spend nearly 5 hours of time to talk to the customer care executive but no use. Return request has been raised more than 4 times no one came to pick up.

Horrible experience. Customer service responses are only automated and no one bothers to understand customer issues. Returns are unsuccessful and no one is replying as to why it was unsuccessful

Very bad experience I have. Poor delivery service, very worst customer service. I had ordered 5 jeans from AJIO on 4th July and received delivery on 19th July with 3 jeans in one bag. They saw 5 items delivered on bag and even send Invoice of five items. I had received the parcel after one week battled with their delivery partner Xpressbees and finally received 3 items. I did complain via mail 4 times on customer care number and trying to call more than 30 times during last 10 days but no one receiving the call to answer my issue. Their delivery partner Xpressbees has also not answered properly. This is the worst customer care service I have been see ever. They don't care about customer's queries, mail's,money, time etc. I don't know till today where are my missing outfits? I think this is the new way to make money. I justify it as a fraud case. I don't suggest anyone to buy from fraud company AJIO.

I had ordered 2 dresses from ajio on 6 th July .I received only 1 product n the other product was not delivered stating the area is out of safe delivery zone.if there was an issue with the zone then how come 1 product was delivered n the other could not be delivered.I had clubbed both the products to get a good discount but now the same product is almost double of what I paid for this initially.it’s really pathetic service n now in order to purchase the same product I have to buy another product with that to get a good discount.I just m really unhappy with the kind of service the website is providing.Very disappointing

they are picking up the product but not refunding the amount and some of the product delivery get automatically cancelled....

I have returned one product before one month and not received refund therefore I chased to the customer care for the same then they are saying that the pick is not completed because at the time of pick up the item was mismatch and they have called me but I have not received the call. If the product was mismatch then why they require to call me it means they can tell me at the time of pick up or they can message or mail me. I did not receive any message or mail for the same. And the status of the product is still shiwing out for pick after one month of the pick up. And they are saying i have not returned the product. why they have not sent me message or cancelled my return.
