Extremely disappointing is the Customer care service of Ajio absolutely useless just generate ticket ids and closing it without any resolution or investigation is their job,, no updates on complaints given, when we call again one more new complaint ID that's it after a while that too closes and so on..... You never get your refund ever after 3 months of follow up A fraud Customer Care Do not waste your hard earned Cash with Ajio who has the most fraudulent Customer care Service

Ajio product good. But delivery worst becz ma experience, I m paying twice in a day to delivery direct I m raising so times complaint but ajio and delivery direct both not responding.

I have ordered a baby dress from AJIO and the delivery date was 17th December,shadowfax is their delivery partner but it was stucked in shadowfax warehouse Bilaspur NCR DC and till date I haven't received the item.....very very wrost experience,now I requested them to cancel that order and refund my money but they told that until and unless it will delivered I couldn't returne it and didn't get my refund,as well as AJIO customer suppoort executives couldn't answer properly when they will solve it....very very very bad and wrost experience ever about shopping from e commerce site.

Very bad experience since past two months. I had places a order of shoes withing 2 months and both the time, Ajio sent me wrong product and when I try to exchange the shoe, it shows there are no sizes available. If they didnt have product why couldnt they inform me, rather than sending me a wrong shoe. Rather they could have updated me and not sent wrong shoes.

Ajio is been fooling the customers. I placed a prepaid order on 15 December 2022 and haven't received the products even after raising several complaints. Please do not waste your time, money, and energy by purchasing anything from them. So disappointing!

I placed order got wrong and damaged products, after so many follow ups got reply for self shipment, done long back they received product but refund is not happening, I have sent almost 30 mails and every alternate day calls but still refund is pending, worst experience pls don’t shop in Ajio

Ajio was my first preference for shopping as the collections were good. But my last delivery was terrible and customer support is pathetic. Ajio website shows items delivered, but I never received the items. Their customer support confirms there is a signature mismatch & they will look into it. But never got a resolution even after months. Its all good in best cases, where your orders are fulfilled without exceptions. But if there are problems then AJIO is the WORST place to shop & your money is lost for ajio's mistakes.

Please don’t buy Mens shirt from Ajio App Because I have brought 6 shirt in August. But after 1 month 3 shirt damaged. This is very bad experience for me. Please report this app. I will make one video and share in all Social media for this cheating. And I will give compliment in the Consumer court also

WORSSSSST SERVICE I returned the product in November but till now no refund nothing and if I call to customer care, they cut the call not even giving proper response to my queries. What they need a 1.5 month's to refund the amount. They send daily N number of messages and they have time for that but no time for customer queries. Poor people. This site is only to fake people with their fake products and no refunds.

I have been a devoted shopper at AJIO since years now. But, this time I ordered a dress the dress arrived in wrong size. Wanted to return but it was a no return product. But since it was seller's fault, they agreed to take it back and refund. But after repetitive calls to customer care and fulling all requirements stated by their team via mail, the pickup person denied the pickup saying there is no price tag. I had mentioned it with the customer care and this to and fro calls and mails happened from 27th of Nov to 12th of Dec. Now refund has still not been initiated as they need to finish quality check. The pickup person does quality check, now another level of check. Utterly disappointed with this experience. The same level of checks if AJIO had done while sending the product, would it come in wrong size to my doorstep? This is terribly unfair and I lost my interest to shop on AJIO and since then I am planning to move on to Myntra. Does a product need 1 month investigation? Disappointed thoroughly!!!

I was cheated by the ajio team. I use a ajio voucher of Rs 3000, which was with a condition to purchase a minimum of Rs. 6,999/- of shoping from their provided items list. I had purchased more than of Rs. 13,000/- , but there is a special item which is my favorite and gor that item i had purchased all other items. That item is brooks brother sweatshirt. Ajio team send all the items exept the sweatshirt, and after delivering all the items , they cancelled the sweatshirt. Very very poor job fone by ajio team. I am surprised that this ajio group brlings to Ambani’s. Really very very poor. 😔😔😔😔😔😔

Worst Service. Products are good but the service is very very poor. Without service we cant ahead for products I had a very bad experience with Ajio, actually I had place multiple orders with Ajio one of the product I thought to return and initiated return the agent who came for return pickup picked the order and he didn't scan the product so I asked him that he is why is he not scanning the tag, because I'm aware that once they scan the tag we will get update that product is picked and refund will be initiated, that agent said he will do it later and went away so I called support and informed them they said they will help on refund its been months and my refund is still not posted, The refund amount is only 1000rs don't know why ajio is not able to refund my single one thousand rupee and loose such a valuable customer, i had placed 100s of orders since years, even their service is too worst support agent are not trained/educated well they don't even have any surveys or feedbacks. Over all I can give 0.1 out of 10 star rating.

Worst online site ever. I purchsed sketches kids shoes worth rs 3000 but received badly worn out shoes. I raised the complaint several times n put the mail n pictures too but no one is coming to pic them up. They update my account by mentioning that the issue has been resolved everytime when I raise my complaint.

Please don’t buy Puma Shoes from Ajio as they are cheating by sending very poor quality shoes. Shoe sole come out separately in few days and when I contacted for warranty they ask to contact Puma and Puma ask to contact Ajio. Both are playing. My contact 8606004034

12 RETURNS OUT OF 15 ORDERS! REASON IS, WORN OUT STUFF, CRUMPLED, INAPPROPRIATE INSIDE PACKING. THE SELLERS TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE BECAUSE AJIO LEAST CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I HAD EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES TO COMPLAIN, BUT NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE. TICKETS RAISED, INAPPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS, NO FOLLOW UP. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHOTO OPTION ON RETURNS, BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT CHEAP QUALITY STUFF IS SENT. EVERY ONLINE SHOPPING APP HAS A PIC OPTION EXCEPT THIS ONE. THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE JUST AS THEM. IF THEY CANT REACH ON TIME, THEY WILL PUT FALSE EXCUSES LIKE DOOR LOCKED ETC. ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING APP EVER. A RELIANCE GROUP AFTERALL. ONCE YOUR MONEY IS WITH THEM, THEY ARE .......(CANT USE FOUL LANGUAGE, SO HAVE LEFT IT BLANK) CHEAP, CLASS APP, CHEAP CLASS CUSTOMER CARE, CHEAP CLASS STUFF! STAY OFF THESE CROOKS!
