worst service dont buy any products from AJIO its a fruad company they wont refund your amount and customer care also does not give proper information this is no 1 fraud company

Exchange cancelled. Return pickup not done and so refund won't happen. And no one reaponds to query, automated email response.

Very bad experience, return policy is very bad ,they asking self shipments only, which is inconvenience. I will never shopping from Ajio app .

Ajio has invented a new way to fraud the customers. It goes like this, when you have to return the items for valid reasons, return request placed on APP is accepted, but after few days, you would receive a message that customer himself had canceled the return request. After this, you won't be able to generate any return requests through their APP. They completely disable return menu. Then, only way to place request is via call centre or email. Even if you do that, same story would repeat i. e Auto cancellation by AJIO, saying, customer had canceled return request. This would go on till 30 days period of the purchase date of item. Once 30 days are crossed, they would inform you that time is over as per policy, NO refund or return

Dont purchase from Ajio , they are totally fake I had ordered a shirt with pyjama set , but have received only shirt and they dont have any active customer care ...dont fell on their trap

Its a 3rd class app i m not getting my refund as these People have not sent me any tags In the product and now they are not taking back products I am totally disssatisfied with the services provided by ajio never buy anything from ajio is the worst application i ever came across in my lifetime

Don't waste your time and money in buying any product from AJIO.they are fraud and delivering low garde products.When you will ask for return they will reject it without any reason.Customer case is also worst.

Worst app. Scam they're. The whole Ajio customer service is playing a deceitful scam and not responding on a refund worth 3 k.. been more than a month. Sent fake products.

When I joined this site I got a promotional mail stating that my first 2 purchase will have free shipping and they provided a code. But when I put the code on the site it says invalid coupon. I contacted the customer care and they are asking what email I received. I sent a screenshot of the mail. The reply I got was strange. They said that offer is not available now. Then why did they sent me that mail? Anyway, I purchased a pearl jewelry from this so-great site. The product was delivered on time. However, I got a wrong certificate for the pearl jewelry. I sent a mail to their customer care regarding this. I got reply to contact the seller. I asked how can I contact the seller. No response. I sent many more mails asking the same concern. No response at all. After some days somebody mailed me that 'We understand that if you don’t like the product, you can return it. To make the return process seamless, I have sent an SMS with a link etc. I was in a shock. I again sent may mails repeating my concerns. I think the so-called agents are copy pasting in a format without reading our concerns. At this time I noticed that I am getting promotional sms. I again sent many mails asking to disable my no from their sms. That was done after some days. Sill there is no response for my original queries. I again sent mails asking if there are any human beings in this so-called customer care. No reply. I fed up and asked to delete my account. One week is over now. I have purchased from Amazon, Flipkart & Shoppers Stop and all these are customer-friendly. I will never ever purchase from this ajio again!

The products are so cheap and expensive...no single product is worthable ...even if any product is just oky to be purchased..but their rates are flaw less ...breaking all the limits

Still the product is with me. They asked time to resolve it. Now when I emailed them they are asking me send it through courier . They will not send any delivery partner. I connected with Ajio day 1 for return pickup. And see at the end they are using all tricks. Complete careless service

we are purchase product from ajio and its 30days returnable but when i return product ajio was denied to take return and they give reason product was without tag but product has 1 tag i send the picture but they says product have 2 tags but when product delivered me this have only one tag .i was send mail but they don't give proper reply .i send again mail again same answer like computer generated,i was call on customer care but bot connect again and again.

Not just once I’ve had three such incidences with ajio where either the product wasn't picked by the agent because it didn’t have the bar code or after pickup the refund was not initiated. Most recently I placed a return request under return ID- # RT52177598 for two of my products which was pickup by the agent on the 6th of December 2021 in the evening. But apparently I did not receive any confirmation regarding the same neither was my refund initiated. I’ve been constantly mailing and calling ajio regarding the same but either they don’t answer your call, don’t reply to your mails, disconnect your call in the middle of the conversation or their system isn’t working when it comes to providing any help. After explaining the issue to them a hundred times all they told me was “we are unable to validate this claim, and so we are closing the complaint from our end”. This really counts for AJIO’s negligence, unprofessionalism and a clear sense of how unorganized they are as a team, because of which the customers have to suffer. I guess logistics is not the only thing that's wrong with Ajio there are a ton of things that you really need to improve because I’ve literally had the worst experience as compared to any other shopping e-market portals. What exactly they provide is ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Fraud happened !!! I have returned a tshirt ordered from ajio return I'd number RT53056275 for amount 1053rs who came to our door on 23rd dec 2022 around 3.30 pm. He asked me for a saree return but it was a tshirt return . He said you can return me the t shirt as well I will start the processing . We haven't recieved any refund and no progress is showing up in track menu in my account . I can show your official cctv photage of our society so that you can recognise which member he was of your team .our society is a well known society of rewari .

Hi, I am great with the price they offer however the delivery is way too late. I have ordered a blazer which was smaller than I expected hence I placed a exchange request on 10 Dec, pickup was scheduled by 22 dec however it didn't reach me yet & there is no update available! It has happened to me twice with ajio & never with any other websites. Please try to work on it & update me on my order!
