AJIO ONLY LIKES TO SELL , ONCE THE ITEM IS DELIVERED THE CUSTOMER CAN KEEP TRYING BUT THEY NEVER RETURN OR REFUND THE PRODUCTS. IT IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!!!

The customer service is incredibly poor! The Ajio website and app must not even be allowed to be functioning at this rate with such irresponsible customer service, it is all automated there is no way a customer can get in contact with the team. Its been weeks I haven't received my refund, apparently it went straight to Ajio Wallet without my knowledge and since then there is no way I got my amount back. There are literally 14 replies from Ajio to me forwarding me the exact same email response with no work done. It is a shame and fraudulence at its best.

AJIOlife No delivery guy attempted for pick up, every day I will get messages like your pickup will be attempted today, but no one reached the premises. If they can deliver the 1st order on time, i am not understanding the unforseen logistical constraints, only for pickup and changing the product. If you have unforseen logistical constraints, why should i lose my hard earned money? Hey Liji! We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The pathetic customer care ever, they simply closed the complaint, saying it is resolved even without resolving. I can neither cancel the order nor I can ask for refund.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. The customer service is worst. Instead File a complaint in the "resolver" site ,you will get your money in a span of two days , I got in one day but after trying from ajio customer service , i didn't get a solution for 2 fuck**g months. Deleting the app and never ordering from them ever again. BAN AJIO!! Try "RESOLVER" .

Chutya's sitting over there doing drama just to transfer money from my Ajio ac to my Bank ac. Dick heads wanted my Bank statement to transfer the money fuckn chuts dont even realise what they asking They bloody blocked my number for 24hrs

Very bad experience, I have made full payment. Not received the material after 2 days of scheduled date of delivery. Till now waiting for the item. Customer service executive is hopeless.

The products are not as shown in the display You order as per your size but you will get smaller size and you will literally die for your return. They will never come to pick up the product. I raised atleast 50 complaints but no body is responding properly The quality is not good at all, so don't think they are giving you at cheaper price but they cheating you

Customer service of Ajio is very bad. I purchased a dress from Seetaram Designer I this sight and the dress provided is poor quality and appeared differently. They sent the dress without price tag so that I can't return also. I raised a complaint but my return request cancelled automatically. Goods will not be supplied on time.

Products quality is very very poor, even if it is branded but i always felt that whatever product I received is of very poor quality. It's always been unsatisfactory for me.

AJIO is scamming customers very easily, they have not refunded my cash of an expensive Armani men’s belt. Even after continuous complaints and customer care talking. They themself say that we cannot help you. I mean SHAME. Shame on AJIO. You can never beat Myntra …

Ordered a Timex watch worth Rs.5368. Watch turns foggy in air conditioned room. This is a manufacturing defect but neither ajio nor Timex want to take responsibility of it or want to look into the matter even though the product is under warranty period. Worst product, worst brand, worst customer services of both companies. Do not buy any expensive product from these sites. #scam #worstexperience #worstproduct #wasteofmoney

Worst ecommerce website they are just grabbing the money and keeping it for long time and delivery of the product is delayed. Product is not upto the mark. If we cancel the order it takes minimum 15 days to refund. In simple they collect the money and keep rotate the same for interest or in some other where they get additional benifit of our money

Fake promises, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SR. SUPERVISOR PRINCE, AMIT IRFAN not at all helping ONLY BIG NAME BUT VERY POOR SERVICES, My order was suppose to be delivered on 21st Sept but Still haven't got it and no answer or resolution still, they keep you on hold for 18 to 20 mins and then cut the call off specially THE SUPERVISORS. @NAIRVINEET @MUKESHAMBANI only got big names but services FUCKED UP waste of time. You guys don't even deserve that 1 start. Return my friends money fraudsssss

Empty package received from Ajio: Hi Guys, Ajio Order ID: FN8848202748 Order price- 987 Rs. Item- Handbag I made a video of unboxing my Ajio order which was sealed pack. I attached that unboxing video and mailed to customercare@ajio.com on 2nd of September they told that they will give the resolution on or by 9th of September. On that day Ajio customer service promised me on call that they are issuing the refund by the end of the day and It will get credited to my bank account within 2 business days. I waited for two business days then I contacted them again on 11th Sep. They mailed that they sent the intact item hence refund will not get processed. I am shocked by their lie because I mailed them full video till I open the sealed pack package with the help of a knife but package contains only the papers without the item but still they don’t go with the evidence and denying the refund which they promised on 9th sep. I have filed a complaint in consumer forum and urging you all to think 100 times before shopping with Ajio. They will not help incase needed. #boycottajio #AJIOlife I was promised refund on call. I have call recording as well. I sent video of unboxing the sealed pack package but refund was never issued. I contacted back they denied the already promised refund. Fake company, pathetic customer service, no commitment and worst service
