Such a Slow customer service. I have returned a product and I didn't get my refund from past 15days. I called and emailed too. You people should know how to treat your customers. This is not the way to deal.

Worst customer care service, I just had a simple question from last 15 days, I have sent multiple emails, just automated responses even in mails, call doesn't connect real person. Who sends email automated responses, calls understandable. Your website said order for more than 7K you will get free bag, so I did, you guys cancelled one of my items and refunded, now the order has become 4.5K, my simple question was "will I get a bag or not?" It was yes or no answer. I was asking this question because the main item I wanted you have cancelled it, other items I added for free bag, if not getting bag I can return it, return period is over I still don't have answer.

Ajio is the fake brand they don't give the product quality they give the used an colour fade clothes.. and ajio customer care service is not good at all even the senior spk rude with us . Don't do pickup on time 20days passed my product pickup has not done even return policy is over.. they even don't want to refund the money suggest you do not buy anything from ajio this is my first an last purchase which I have done from ajio very bad experience plz don't go for it.. very dissatisfied fraud

Worst experience I never seen in my life. Never delivered the goods on time. Keep on postpone the date of delivery. Poor quality of dress.

AJIO ONLY LIKES TO SELL , ONCE THE ITEM IS DELIVERED THE CUSTOMER CAN KEEP TRYING BUT THEY NEVER RETURN OR REFUND THE PRODUCTS. IT IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!!!

The customer service is incredibly poor! The Ajio website and app must not even be allowed to be functioning at this rate with such irresponsible customer service, it is all automated there is no way a customer can get in contact with the team. Its been weeks I haven't received my refund, apparently it went straight to Ajio Wallet without my knowledge and since then there is no way I got my amount back. There are literally 14 replies from Ajio to me forwarding me the exact same email response with no work done. It is a shame and fraudulence at its best.

AJIOlife No delivery guy attempted for pick up, every day I will get messages like your pickup will be attempted today, but no one reached the premises. If they can deliver the 1st order on time, i am not understanding the unforseen logistical constraints, only for pickup and changing the product. If you have unforseen logistical constraints, why should i lose my hard earned money? Hey Liji! We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The pathetic customer care ever, they simply closed the complaint, saying it is resolved even without resolving. I can neither cancel the order nor I can ask for refund.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. The customer service is worst. Instead File a complaint in the "resolver" site ,you will get your money in a span of two days , I got in one day but after trying from ajio customer service , i didn't get a solution for 2 fuck**g months. Deleting the app and never ordering from them ever again. BAN AJIO!! Try "RESOLVER" .

The products are not as shown in the display You order as per your size but you will get smaller size and you will literally die for your return. They will never come to pick up the product. I raised atleast 50 complaints but no body is responding properly The quality is not good at all, so don't think they are giving you at cheaper price but they cheating you

Customer service of Ajio is very bad. I purchased a dress from Seetaram Designer I this sight and the dress provided is poor quality and appeared differently. They sent the dress without price tag so that I can't return also. I raised a complaint but my return request cancelled automatically. Goods will not be supplied on time.

Ordered a Timex watch worth Rs.5368. Watch turns foggy in air conditioned room. This is a manufacturing defect but neither ajio nor Timex want to take responsibility of it or want to look into the matter even though the product is under warranty period. Worst product, worst brand, worst customer services of both companies. Do not buy any expensive product from these sites. #scam #worstexperience #worstproduct #wasteofmoney
