Very poor customer service. I had ordered a washing machine cover for front load and vendor sent me too load cover and customer care told me that it is non refundable product. I spoke to cc and they registered a complaint but no response after 10 days also. After this experience, I will never shop from Ajio and will recommend the same to my folks. Customer care should be the first thing they should improve.

AJIO has very poor customer care service.No assistance after calling and writing mails.Ultimste late delivery of products after purchase. Big bold sale is a cheating .don't have stock and packers and courier partner..

Worst customer support ever came accross. My Ajio account was compromised and they cannot resolve anything, will just keep postponing. Every time I call them, they would just put me on hold and vanish after that. So if you are using Ajio, you are just taking a risk with your personal and account details. Delete your Ajio account and uninstall it asap if you are reading this.

I wound not even give a half start, Pathetic service ever I have seen , you'll get your ordered product on time but if you have any query or any problems about that you can not contact to ajio customer care, they are don't even respond , I complain about my money which I still don't get, I put compain 3 times , so many times calls , mails but there is no response from there. They will alwys tell you for wait , and give random dates for resolving compain but after that if you are calling they are not receiving the same number again. I'm very disappointed . And I lost my money .

I would not even give one star. Fake offers. The Gas 30 seconds free offer was complete fake. Everything was out of stock as soon the 30 seconds started. Not a single product was available. You cannot even claim that people must have added them to the bag already because those products added to the bag would not be applicable for the offer. What's your response to this Ajio?

They suck ur money, time and energy! I ordered a women's night suit n got men's tshirt! Can u imagine? Then for return they didnt come that easily, kept on updating status as I am unavailable in my home! Come on!! Then after returning, 10+ rupee of my refund money went into some ROne wallet, which i dont even know, which was nowhere mentioned in their terms. Simply put! Ban this app yar cha!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING APP AJIO.Worst Return service POOR quality . NEVER BUY from AJIO Ajio reject the return with irrelavant reasons . They send products with out tag and reject saying there is no tag. Products quality extremely poor. Customer service do not give necessary support. Had to call 6 times and mail daily to return a faulty product. Till now return is not successful.WORST online shopping experience. Products, quality service nothing is good, NEVER BUY FROM AJIO

Hello, maine 24 August ko shirt oder kari thi aur abhi tak wo shirt deliver hi nahi hui hai… maine 3 baar customer call se queries ki phir bhi koi solution nahi hua… ab na hi mera order hand over ho raha hai aur na hi mere rupee refund ho rahe hain.. ‘AJIO ‘ sabse bekaar hai … worst online shopping merchandise…Main to kabhi shopping nahi karunga AJIO se aur me sab ko suggest karunga ki aap log bhi na karien 🙏🙏🙏

I bought a pair of kolhapuris from their brand Indie Picks. Only within 20 days it got molds and fungus all over. I did not wear the kolhapuris even once nor did they come in contact with water. All my other leather footwear is doing fine even during the peak rainy season. I sent them emails with pictures of the product and did not receive any response or apology for the waste of my money. Definitely not buying anything from AJIO again! Horrible experience. 0 stars!

I am facing an issue with the exchange/return product through Ajio app. I have been writing emails to them regarding this. They are not taking back a product due to their so called unclear return policy. There app doesn’t allow me to return an item which is already under “exchange” request. I have written to them 4-5 times to explain this. There insufficient customer care team just sends a copy-pasted email as a reply, without understanding the meaning of what I have written. There is nobody picking up the phone call either.

I returned a shirt on 16 August, today is 21 September but my refund is not received yet. I called 6 times, emailed 10 times but there is no reply from Ajio.

Useless app...all the customers who lost your money,let us tweet,let everyone know about this app through facebook and twitter.Its our hard earned money,which they are not returning.we need to take action.I read the reviews, everyone is facing the same problem.we need to act immediately.
