They are delivering wrong items and after sending they are saying they have not send and not picking up the order and not evn refunding us. Being a students the amount is huge for me still they are not understanding their customer feelings.

I ordered the products from ajio they delivered the package but package top they mentioned 2 items inside only 1 product is there There is no use of customer service Don't buy any products from ajio They are doing fraud with customers

Worst service. No respond on damaged goods delivered. All the time only and only making excuse of allowing some time. But there should be limit of allowing time. What they ask and request they don't understand what should be the time limit. No proper explanation neither any solution got till yet after more than 30 days. Money is only money for them but what about the money which I have invested on product buy and you have delivered damaged goods and neither accepting or closing the solution with exchange of damaged goods. Their delivery guy took the items meant for exchange but didn't deliver the products and I contacted their customer care 1000 times and i received the same message that their record shows its delivered. Despite having a great buying history, they wouldn't value their valued customer

Unfair trade practices!! Such an irresponsible customer Service. Incompetant most service ! None of the customer care executive know their job or to do activities. 0 problem solving capacity. I have never come across such third Class service.Worstest of the worst service provider you are. Ineligible to do job! Handicapped service! They don't even read your email regarding the concern. Simply send reply on a prespecified template! The take months and months and push your problem to an extent, to the level of crankiness, it cost your mental peace and cause distress.

They sent a different item instead of what was ordered. After so many emails and customer care calls the matter is still unresolved. They simply don't care.pathetic attitude.Go for it only if you are willing to risk your money

Customer service is rude...not forthcoming with solution to the problem...orders take too long to reach... logistics partner shadow fax is very inefficient... refund also takes to long compared to Amazon and Flipkart..

I was a regular customer at Ajio but this last order has put me off completely. I had ordered items which never got delivered and they said they would rectify the same. Its more than a month and they have not done anything. V. Disappointed at this callous attitude.

Refunds issue they didn’t refund my cancellation order they said already refunded asked check with bank But side told us can’t do anything the third party APP

Don't buy if you want to return as they send fack message the time of return that return attempt was unsuccessful. After doing three four times one message will come that please return to our site by yourself. I am facing it but you all beware. My number is 919414074775

The quality of the products in ajio is worst. I ordered 1 product which was defective and reordered that. Again the defective product came. Worst site

Ordered a pair of Air Max shoes for around 9k, I wasn’t home when the parcel was delivered, when I came back 3 days later and opened it I realised it was a bag which wasn’t even worth Rs 500. Ajio refused to acknowledge that they have sent me a wrong product, and all in all, never ever going back to shop with them again. Would recommend everyone to not shop with them, far far better options online.

I had ordered shirt which was returnable at the time of order. But once I received it they closed the return window. Now they are not taking it back.(shirt inner was tight and color was not as expected). I paid for to send a notice and to file pitition. I have lost more that 10k. And person from Ajio so rude he directly said see you in court then. Worst experience I had with Ajio

Very poor service and delivery partner shadow fax is quite pathetic... Good shopping experience but delivery of products and follow up by ajio is below par... this makes the shopping experience on ajio quite frustrating...

I got a worn out shoes after ordering a brand new nike revolution 6 NN. I was denied exchange l,I write them email,and waited patiently for their response,their team told me return or exchange was not possible as they have shipped and delivery the right product. SAD! Disappointed! Ajio,never ordering from you again.watch out guys,don’t be fooled.

Very worst service from Ajio and following cheap tricks. They cancelled my order after 8days, even I paid at the time of order. I was literally waiting for my dress to wear for navarthri. Myself got very disappointed. I suggest people to boycott Ajio products, customers should show our power. They treat customer like s**t. I already informed to my friends and colleagues not to buy any products from Ajio explaining my couple of issues and I informed to friends buy other online app because they providing good customer service and we can directly connect the call the customer care and we can tell facing the issues, But Ajjio worst customer service, they have only sorry for all you questions.

There services at the time of delivering product is really bed. I have made order of a cargo jeans worth rupees 1000 and I didn’t receive any product from there end. And when I raised complaint they didn’t resolved it. I made the complaint multiple times
