It’s the worst app I’ve ever used to shop online. Poor services, cancel order anytime they want, no punctuality, late delivery. And I don’t get this thing, they charge xx amount for delivery for something then I add other things to cart and Oder in huge quantity and still I’ve to pay for delivery and oh guess what the delivery amount is now increased, like seriously!? And I literally have worst experience with this app I order something at some price, and when it arrives the price always gets increased like why and wtf is wrong with you!? They are fraud that’s not how online shopping works! Poor service! Even their app is also not smooth. If I could I would rate them with negative stars🙂

This has happened twice with AJIO luxe I have ordered the product n the cancel it after the sale is over n give reason as bad quality. Such big company with such pathetic service. They r fraud. What can u expect frm Reliance.

Ajio is always cancel orders if we purchase product in offer time. if we call customer care he is always say product quality is not good so we are cancelled your order and same time ajio is sale same product in high price.this time quility is good?

Sorry to say that AJIO has started doing scams or Gambling in Quantities delivery. I have ordered 2 bags they delivered only 1 and Delivery boy not receiving calls, and finally saying that your case solved. Its really going frauds by AJIO so dont order anything in many quantities and they are showing in receipt that 2 quantity delivered You can contact me on 7411806527 to see how ajio customer care people manipulating the things so its fraud

Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a jeans due to incorrect size being delivered. They say I will have to courier it myself and they shall refund the courier charges. I did that and not almost a month I m following up to get the courier amount refunded. I have a chain of 30 emails with ajio customer service and all they have to say is wait we are working on it.. Pathetic is not the word.

I have ordered sandal and took 8 days to delivered but finally delivered with different size. I have raised a return request for the product as they do have the exchange option, executive came for pickup after 5 days but he was asking for price tag which didn't come with the product. Now it is almost 20 days still the return is not happened. The customer case another worst service. They are not sure what do with my case and simply disconnect the call.

It has already been more than 2 weeks since I exchanged my parcel, but the delivery still has not been completed. Every day, they say that delivery is delayed, but the delivery man never gets to our house, nor is the parcel returned. No one has come to pick up the parcel either. I have made exchange report on 29th of May and till now no action is taken.

Pathetic service.. customer support handles the calls very well but there is no outcome.. i ordered an item which dint fit me well..so i placed for the return.. it's been 13days now, but item is not yet picked up. I'm calling n speaking to the Customer care agents every second day, they keep saying that my return will be assigned soon. But no movements at all. Horrible shopping app. Will never buy anything frm AJIO.

Worst experience. I didn't get price tag on any product. Without price tag item won't be returned. This is the strategy so, customer cannot return the product. I will never shop with ajio in my life. Worst customer care services.

It's very bad experience, making fool to customer and making money this is the policy, since almost two months still didn't deliver the item and didn't refund as well this is the policy for making money.

Delivery i oreder one product may 14nth but still i didn't get that product if i call costemer care when ever ask they are saying we can delivery as soon as possible but already gon 1 month still we didn't get

The worst online i have ever experienced I ordered something from ajio worth 700₹ On 15 april, i Return the same due to size issues. Since 15 April i am continuously calling them and sending emails about my bank account number but they are not giving any heed to my complaint. Their customer care service is so worst they have not returned me a single penny since 15th April they are completely harassing me, moreover no one is giving revert back to me. Somehow I got my money in my AJIO wallet after a month and God knows on whose account the same has been transferred without my permission. I am calling them again and again there is there is cutting my call and this is a complete harassment. I would give them minus. Kindly do something with regard to my complaint. Its been more than two months now Shame on you

Had an utterly disappointing experience. Purchased 6 items in May amounting to 5372/- out of which a FILA sandals worth 1274/- got damaged on the very first day of use within 3-4 hours itself. I am sure that it's a duplicate product. The customer care executive told me that since the product was used, it wouldn't be picked up. Now the customer care isn't helping me get my refund. They are showing it as the problem has been resolved. Will never again purchase anything from Ajio. Utterly disappointed !!! Didn't expect such a thing from them. Hope my problem gets resolved at the earliest !!!

This is the worst company I have ever been associated with in the digital marketing arena, they are simply fooling around innocent people and looting them, they have the worst customer service team they send you wrong products and then do not even accept the return for the same, they make sure that you surpass the return window by just keeping you in the loop, do not ever purchase anything from them.

Very bad website, worst ever customer care, they copy paste same answers when you write to them even 20 times, they will keep your money and have problems returning and refunding so watch out

Hi All just wanted to share my experience. Order denim from AJIO Luxe and paid money through net banking. Due to waist issue, I have to return the same . Item returned on the same day but after 4 days customer care told that we have received the wrong product. So I asked I have delivered the right product and delivery guy has scanned the bar code for authentication and clicked the picture of the product so please ask him to share the info with you. In this way Every thing will be sorted out but instead of doing that it’s almost 11 days now neither they are updating me nor refunding my money. They will make you fool and worst part is that customer care don’t have any clue how to sort this issue. At last I have filled FIR with police. Will definitely delete this app once this issue get resolved.
