“Highly disappointed with return process and even worst customer care i have ever seen. It makes us feel to leave job and do followup with these folks and courier guys. I dont understand how difficult to setup return courier. This is ridiculous”

“Ajio is very poor in their service. I wanted to return a lotus hanging light & watch type ring due to damaged piece & incorrect size being delivered without price tag on both. I sent them mails stating about the issue and return it in no quality check and all.I did that and almost 2 month I am following up to get the return of the product. There is no follow up or solution from ajio. They keep saying we will contact you in 24hr but it never ces, I call them after every 5 days and they have the same answer. There is no responsibility from ajio and response.”

“I had ordered the t shirt for rs 519/.the quality of the product was so badly,was not acceptable,the same was returned,while returning the full amt they have refunded rs 420/,only . further i would suggest customer ,not to buy any product from them,this is fraud company, pathetic,no good customer services,”

“I have ordered the tracksuit from Ajio but I have received only track pants instead of a tracksuit. After that, I applied for a return but the customer exclusive person denied taking back my order. I also complained about the same thing to customer care. They told me to wait for 2 days. Till now I haven't gotten any response from your side. Resolve my issue asap . Otherwise I file a complaint in consumer forum.You people are doing fraud first you say will check and delivery your product tomorrow then you gave me another date what the hell are you doing . Kindly do the needful for the same.”

“Worst e-commerce platform. Better to pay little more and buy from other sites... Delivered products are different from what they have displayed. Return requests kept on cancelling by themselves...After a heck lot of time on line wd the customer care , i got to know i should self ship. Even pathetic is that they didn't instruct me to do so on app or through text messages but only when I called them thrice i got to know abt this.Still the app shows "return Pickup available" . Ajio is subpar. I curse it go out of business.”

“They put up an mark and Spencers bath towel combo for sale with an very attractive price and i placed an order for the same and few days later they cancelled it by themselves refunding my amount but not my credit points amount which i earned. What a scammers.”

“Extremely poor customer services . They don't even have a customer care executive to whom we can talk to. I could never use my Ajio wallet points inspite of sending innumerable mails before the expiry of the points . The so called points credited is just an eyewash . Very unprofessional .”

“Ajio is stealing customer's money in the name of convenience fee.First they don't give proper information to us while placing orders regarding delivery charges/convenience charges;and then when you have to return your product for any reason ,unlike all other online shopping apps who refund full amounts that we paid for the product,ajio does not refund the full amount.They deduct the delivery charges and say it is convenience charges ,so even if you don't actually purchase anything you will end up paying delivery charges for buying nothing at all,if you have to return your product for some reason.So please beware of this people .I have stopped buying anything from ajio. This is what happened with me when I had to return a kurti set for some reason ,they deducted Rs.100 from the refund.When I called the customer care they asked me to write mails and after many mails they give this vague explanations that it is convenience fee .Utterly disappointing .Better to shop on other online shopping apps which are much customer friendly than to go through this nonsense with ajio.”

“Hi , I am writing this with all the disappointment to give my honest feedback on Ajio services. The services of Ajio has degrated a lot , I have placed a order with number- FN4508209308 on 18th September. The dilevery date initially was 26th September, and it kept on delaying everytime until today 7th October and ultimately three of my four orders were cancelled without any valid reasons. This is not the first time I have faced this issue with Ajio, but now this has happened multiple times. With all my experience, this makes Ajio one of the least reliable and worst service provider, and I won't recommend anyone to use or rely on. PS - If you can't deliver the products for which you have marked exciting offers, than please don't make one. It would be really great if you can do something to make the system better because like me there are other customers as well who has faced the same issue.”

“Ajio is the worst of all the apps (I wonder why influencers don't promote them). I ordered a bag for my father and waited for 15 days to receive it but it got returned on its own, I just got a text message from them and when I called them to get a resolution they were sickly rude and yet didn't give me any positive response... I'm never buying from them again!!!!!”

“Order number FN 1169201804. Ajio wallet money 390+590 was less for this order but delivery time was not less. Very froud company cheting to people. And Google pay reward cash voucher was not redeem. Then not reply properly not have legal team resolve issues totally un responsible company. Fair excercise.”
