Such h fraud app i am litreally disappointed for this app . I order product some reason i return this but my money dont give back in my bank account plz dont use this app

Very worst app ....it shows return and exchange at first but when I have to return the product it shows exchange only .... I received product with out tag ...and customer care not responded...customer chat box gives options by default there is no scope to ask specific questions...worst experience need help? User experience very bad ....I never purchase in this app...after my exchange I will definitely uninstall this app.. Thanks you ....

Hello Ajio, please change the delivery partner in Allahabad. Shadowfax delivery persons do not answer calls, and if they do, they speak rudely. Sometimes, they ask for the location and then claim they are on leave. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 7-8 days ago, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. They also submit false reports stating that the customer didn’t answer the call.

Such a worst app i had ever seen...hopeless..they write clearly that they will take return and exchange the product in 10 days then why the he'll they do not do so...if it is the exchange thing only then it should be written clearly...worst application never ever buy from this app...

such a worst company is ajio. they will give defective product without Tag once we raised for exchange they will not take the product also. we have to file this case on consumer court. They are taking a customers as entertainment. Dont buy anything in Ajio. Its a worst worst worst

I first time ordered a product from ajio and that even came wrong I was leaving next day for travelling and a package deliver on a day before that The product was wrong and so bad condition I can't even carry it on where I was going I tried for reschedule and ni response came from them i tried calling their team no response I couldn't wear my outfit where I was traveling and my all money was wasted on the wrong product

Greetings of the day, Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Order ID #EX0029146985 Size(14-15Y)Action - Boys Regular Fit Slip-On Shoes Ordered (Black Shoe). Received from Delivery partner Shadowfax Tracking ID SF1469704365AJI Delivered on 11:32 AM | 06/12/2024 received White shoes small size of a 5 year old boy whereas, I have already mentioned black shoes for my son aged (14-15) years . Now when Iam returing back due to Color Mismatch/Size my return back is not being picked up for Exchange Failed Return ID : #RT168273730, return refused several times by pickup boy due Color Mismatch/Size mismatch as per their information . Please help me to return back the product with QC option so that there is a direct pickup and please refund back the same to my account details provided-Account No-1415101004259 , IFSC Code- CNRB0001415. Very bad n disgusting app.. firstly they show return policy on product then after delivery they cancelled return policy only exchange available.. they have no sense how much customer suffered.. when we call customer care they not received our call after so many call recieve then not answering properly n hang up call without solve problem or not wait for our sentence complete.. this was not first time always same occurred.. I will never order anything from this site n also never use there offline store trends... I will also inform in my friend or family not use this app or there offline store

Extra product has been picked by the delivery Agent from Shadowfax and there is no update or solution for the same.. The Ajio services are very poor.. I do not recommend anyone to use AJIO. Total Scam Share this Review

Inaccurate product description and shabby return policy is how we can describe Ajio. Recently purchased two sarees with app description as CHEFFON. what came was Polyester and now Ajio says their polocy says the items are not returnable. This is nothing short of cheating millions of people who trust Ajio app description and buy. Ajio needs to learn a thing or two from MNC e commerce platforms on the way they manage the business ethically and professionally.

I'm disappointed with ajio's customer care service.i faced an issue with exchange request,but despite multiple attempts the support team was unresponsive.the delivery executive couldn't verify my order ID, leading to repeated cancellation and delays.... experience was frustrating n i expected much better service from ajio

I had ordered a salwar kameez from ajio,they sent me a same looking piece of d different designer, obviously since the dress looked same i didn't check the label.I did not like the fitting so i requested a return.When they came to pick it up they said I had given the wrong reason,after that it is taking forever to return the product,their lines are always busy and it's a hassle to get in touch .I am so tired of wasting my time over this that i do not want to order anything online now.

If there were a rating lower than 1, I would gladly give it. This is the worst service and customer care I've ever experienced. There is no return option for the product I purchased and I have a question about an exchange. However, no one answered my call from customer care and I sent an email 24 hours ago and no response yet. I have never encountered such poor service.

Ajio me abhi fraud bahut ho raha he 1) Jo product ham order karte he uski against kuch galat product delivered karte he or oh product galat hone ke Karan return bhi nahi lete. 2) eke jaise 2 same product order kiye to usme bhi 1 hi product ki delivery dete he or status update dono hi product ka hota he ki product delivered karke In logo ke material packing ke videos hame milne chahiye the or yeh log samne chahiye the to in harami logo ko aisi harkato ke lye sadak pe nanga karke mara chahiye

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by AJIO. Here are the issues I faced: Wrong Product Delivered: I received an incorrect product, and upon contacting customer support, I was asked to send an email with the complete product and cover images. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response from AJIO customer service. Missing Tag Issue: The product was delivered without a tag. When I attempted to exchange the item, the delivery agent refused to accept it due to the missing tag. If your policy does not allow exchanges without tags, why are products being sent without them in the first place? Complaint Denied: When I requested AJIO customer care to register a complaint regarding the delivery of the wrong product and the missing tag issue, they refused to acknowledge my complaint. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of time and money. The service has been extremely poor, and I am deeply dissatisfied. I strongly urge AJIO to address this issue immediately. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend purchasing from AJIO.

Worst service ordered 15 days before still order not received and no option to cancel also saying the order already processed. I called multiple times in customer care, and after 5 mins, the call auto disconnected... the email sent and raised a complaint that also shows the resolution time after the next 10 days ..
