I am really disappointed with ajio's handling of my refund. I am a regular customer of ajio for past 3-4 years. I had ordered items worth Rs.5000/-. The order was cancelled and refund initiated but I did not receive the refund. When I reached out regarding this I was asked for bank statement. How illegal is that. On top of that I am told that they can not do anything if statement is not shared. What does that mean?? can't you call up bank and ask status of your own ARN. You have full team to support customers not to hassle them.

Worst app ever. They send you wrong product with wrong sizes and a completely different product then what is pictured and then refuse to return as well stating they sent the right product. It’s a scam, don’t buy from this website.

I have ordered a plazzo set of 1100/-Rs but I have recieved a cheap quality nighty.I also talked with the customer service they too did not respond at all...ajio people are stupid people they don't have mind at all sending wrong products and making false statements that they have shipped correctly and not at all responsible to the customers they didn't accept the return.I have lost my money. Who is responsible for my money.(ajio is a worst app)

I am really warning the customers not buy from Ajio. They send the wrong items other than that is given on the website and make the customers suffer by not initiating a return. They have no proper customer care and have high prices for their products.

Delivered wrong product (some thing complete different ) of Vary poor quality . After 10 calls they initiated return pick up . I emailed them too . No reply of email by customer care . Ordered on 9 th , delivered on 14th ,return pick up on 19th still waiting for my refund amount even after all most 10 days of returning product . They are keeping your money with them for almost 1month when return required for your order . Very time consuming and energy draining service . Don't use this e commerce platform .

Ajio is run by a bunch of thieves who are working in tandem with scam delivery partners. My order is with them since 8th october. It is still not delivered. They wont even cancel it and give a refund saying i need to wait till they resolve my complain. So its been a month they have taken my money and done nothing. Bunch of assholes

AJIO is a fraud.I bought a gift card from their website worth Rs. 3000. My account was debited but I did not get the gift card. I have writing to them and calling them to get my money back but their customer care just keeps giving stupid platitudes. Never will I buy anything from ajio again

Stupidest ever ecomm website I have encountered in my life. They initially said they would deliver on 23rd october. Then said the promised delivery date was 25th october. When I called on 25th Ocotober their dumb customer service said they have raised a complaint and that I will receive an update before 31st october. You might feel like pulling your hair if you talk to them. Order number: FN1575402849

This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt. One of my parcel is delivered but not updated on their app due to which Ajio is not accepting the returns. Horrible customer care team with no understanding of the issue. #fail#cheaters

I had made an order for shoes while ordering the app showed a deliver date of 19 Oct 23 and after payment I received a different promise delivery date of 21 oct . It is complete Miss commitment and fraud with consumers . I would request consumer not to order any urgent product from Ajio app as they are frauding customer this way.

I had placed an order on Ajio during the Sale and my order was confirmed. Initial delivery date was conveyed as 11th-12th Oct but then it got delayed and there was no update provided on the same. I then raised an online complaint on 17th Oct regarding the delay in delivery of my order # FN0405406001. I was informed that the resolution will be provided in next 24-48 hours. My order delivered date was then changed to 24th oct and status was showing as Shipped. But to my surprise, I got a message today after than due to logistics reasons, your ordered will not be delivered and the item is returned back the warehouse. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! First of all you made me wait for 15 days and then cancelling the order by giving a LAME excuse.

Don't buy in ajio Packing is very worst I never seen this much worst Packing from decade.. Totally a branded item also gets damaged and in worst condition delivery.... Waste of money

Below is my complaint to Ajio on 18th Oct 23. This is regarding the order ID: FN6835404287 Below is the full picture of the dress and the blow up of the tag. All this would not be required if your company had honestly and graciously sent your associate for the return pick up. Not once did the associate come to pick up the return in 1 month. Instead he kept sending mails that I was unavailable for pick up. How dishonest can you get??? Kindly credit the proceeds to my credit card. used in this transaction So far there has been no response

You people don't have conscience, I dint receive the product and app shows delivered. You are very bad bad bad brand ever . Amazon are so good and customer service is excellent with Amazon . You fail in customer service. You are dissappointibg . You bluntly say you can't help if courier does mistake. No humanity in ajio. Please reject this shopping app. It's no good Two times this has happened. I am very dissatisfied with ajio
