I had purchased a red and white kurta( Siyahi brand) for 628 Rs. and on first wash the red colour ran on to the white portion. Now I am unable to wear it and as I had disposed the tags attached, i am not getting any refund or replacement. I feel cheated of my hard earned money. Ajio, you are not a trustworthy company anymore.

This is the worst and fraud app. One month passed , but I haven't got the order till now. They are not even cancelling the order , my money is blocked with them instead asking me to wait until the order comes which shows no sign of getting delivered. Their customer care is the worst. No good cancellation , refund , deliver policy.

Not trustful . Dont buy anything from this. I purchased 6 products and 1 product missing and not yet refunded . Very bad Customer service .

Worst ever site ever, they are worst in giving customer service and customer products refund, high level management don't have time to resolve your, they ask us to visit bank and ask for the refund, is this the service they provide.

So I happened to be a regular customer of Ajio since 2 years and as they have return policy ,I have been making purchases and returning products if required. Last I ordered from them on 7th Aug 2022 and after the entire order was delivered they blocked my account without any intimation. When I tried to reach out to customer care help desk it took them 10 days to confirm that account was suspended (maybe due to high reverse pick up) and will be reactivated in 7 days. After multiple attempts I was able to return the items which had quality/size issues. Now today after 20 days ,I am getting confirmation that account is suspended and will not be reactivated. So here goes AJIO a review for you, if you cant handle "Reverse pickups" kindly do not allow such options and people would anyways stop using your site. Also if you need to block accounts why let customers Order and purchase too beforehand. Its sheer playing smart that after all deliveries you leave the customer account blocked. Very pathetic and horrible customer care experience. Keep the services like this and you definitely lost a customer forever and many more.

Refund policy is worst. You have to wait for a Month. Ajio is using customers money for business. It's a scam only. Don't buy anything from Ajio.

I have never seen a product delivery company which asks for OTP while delivering and while picking up returns as well. Whenever I have 3-4 items to return/exchange, it wastes my 10 min. every time. The serviceman doesn't have the list of items that are to be picked up, for each item he will be sending the OTP first, then he can see the item to be picked. Each item takes around 3-5 min. While companies like amazon provides easy delivery and pickup service, these Indian companies are focused on making money only, they don't care about customers.

Worst Return Services! I returned my product within the stipulated time period but no one turned up for picking up the product. The person didn't even contact me instead kept on updating the status marking " attempt delivery failed". It happened thrice and later on, I was not even allowed to return the product because the option stop reflecting to me. Ajio is such a fraud brand .

Ajio deserves 0 star.. Worst e-commerce platform. If we order products they will not deliver on time. We have to follow up with them, then also they will deliver different product and change the status in the app as refunded. They don't have the stock still take the order, loot our money and deliver different products. One more technique being followed is if we order multiple items they will deliver only one item. Simply money looting app. Do not go for it

My God..AJIO is such a fraud seller... They shown LEE jeans worth Rs.2400/- @Rs.1199/- after discount... When i recieved the product i really shocked.. thats a jeans pant dint even worth Rs.300/- available on footpath but with LEE branding.... Very pathetic.... Master of fake products AJIO..

They have the worst customer care. I was suppose to get my order on 7th August complained on their tracking system so many times also called them and still no action or communication from them and they closed the ticket already without any action on the ticket. I was speaking to SUMIT YADAV and asked for his senior he kept me on hold for a while and then said manager is not available and hung up. He was so rude, I don't understand how can you appointment such jokers for customer care. Very disappointed.

The service for delivery and refund is in a sorry state. Causes only harrasment and the customer care executive have no idea of what is s happening and gives false automated responses. They r a bunch of unprofessionals. Pathetic. Won't recommend to shop on this site. Myntra,Nykaa is way more professional and service friendly.

NEED JUSTICE : Boycott AJIO ORDERED ITEM "ORDERED ID : FN3312209808"  WORTH OF 5000 RS NIKE AIR MAX SHOES & IN RETURN RECEIVED 200 RS SOME LOCAL FOOTPATH SHOES.. @AJIOLife DECEIVING AND LOOTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.. Pathetic experience I think Ajio is running scam and looting public hard earned money.. No body is helping out .. Boycott AJIO.. Going to uninstall and boycott the Ajio Also will spread awareness about Ajio to all my friends and relatives to boycott.
