I m regular customer of ajio but this time i am very disappointed from there service. I bought dresses but quality and fitting is so bad and i used coupon so they deny to take return product. I think so meesho has better policy. Ajio brand belongs to reliance group now i got to know why ambani become richest person who just lootoofying people like this . I used 200 rs coupon and waste my 2700 rs . I requested to them deduct 300 rs and rest amount send in ajio wallet at list I will buy something else from ajio only for that also they are not agree.

A month back I ordered freehand jacket from AJIO. Because of size issue, on the very next day after receiving the product I requested for return order ! It’s been one month now, no one from AJIO has come to pick up the return order. I called customer care thousand times. Every time they told me that your return will be done ! Three time they rescheduled my return pick ! And one time it was showing that return pickup is successful ! Whereas the product was with me only! Despite being such big brand there’s no customer satisfaction ! Worst service provided from AJIO! Even customer care is not taking any responsibility of the issue! One month they are just giving silly answers & Making it more delay ! If this is the I am never gonna order anything from AJIO ever! Worst customer experience!

Dear team This is Nitin Belagali order a product from Ajio placed order on 5th September Tracking ID 13670423886095 Order ID FN5538505683 why it is taking so long to delivery Such a worst service it's been 11 days and the product is not yet delivered because of your team mistake why should we wait for our product this is real a worst service when we can't get a product on time then why should we choose Ajio this such a worst service it is prepaid order still not yet delivered Xpressbe is such worst delivery partner useless service provider the trust which we had on a Ajio is really loosing if I won't get delivery by tomorrow I will cancel the product..... At any cost I want the product by tomorrow

Very bad experience from Ajio. I cancelled my order but not come courier boy.delhivery company courier boy sent message to me reason bad weather.

At the time of returns it's courier partner self remarks that customer have changed his mind, without coming to collect.

I ordered a dress on 11th july still I didn't get my package. First they given delivery date 17th then 19th after 21st but not yet delivered. Now saying 23th . First time I ordered in ajio but it's a worst experience .

Order receiving to delay I have one marriage on tommorow , when I was booked shoes it's showing date of 28/06/2024 but still not received now it's showing 29/06/2024 but still it's showing delay tomorrow i have marriage but tommorow also I con't receive the product please focus delivery said also proper time not receiving the product, I'm cancelling the product also

Late delivery.........Never going to order from ajio...I suggest you guys to not order from ajio as the delivery is delayed by 10-15 days.....Best is amazon and myntra

This is not a complaint more of a suggestion to not use blue dart for your delivery services. It's been 5 day the product has been received by them. I have still not received it. Every morning they call me to ask my address then they do nothing. Please try to make some changes

Very bad packaging. I was excited to receive new clothes and wear them but they were received in such a bad condition that there is no option but to get them ironed from a shop or probably drycleaning as well. How can the packaging be this bad? Never received such pieces from Myntra or H&M etc.

New SCAM came...I have been shopping from AJIO from last 2 years...but the new problem which I am facing is they delivered me wrong product and after that the site is not opening...

Ajio is a good platform to shop ..plenty of choice...but customer care is non existent... returns not as simple as in Amazon or Flipkart.., shadow fax , their delivery partner is pathetic

Done lot of shopping from this site honestly it's not smooth. they would cancel some products from your orders, returns and exchange is always hectic. Their delivery partner xpressbees is not very professional. Recently they delivered incomplete product, after 2-3 days of return request I got a.message saying thank you for changing your mind to not return it. Shocked I called customer service they asked me to self ship the product!! The same day their courier guy picked up the product but the status not updated in app, instead the app said some other item was picked. Furiously I called the courier guy and also the ajio, they said wait for 48 hrs. Nothing changed in the app, nor i received refunds

I Order black printed kurta but delivery boy delivered me a pink Palazzo today which I have not ordered nd also that Palazzo dnt have price tag ..nd delivery also to much late.

I have been a devoted shopper at AJIO since years now. But, this time I ordered a dress the dress arrived in wrong size. Wanted to return but it was a no return product. But since it was seller's fault, they agreed to take it back and refund. But after repetitive calls to customer care and fulling all requirements stated by their team via mail, the pickup person denied the pickup saying there is no price tag. I had mentioned it with the customer care and this to and fro calls and mails happened from 27th of Nov to 12th of Dec. Now refund has still not been initiated as they need to finish quality check. The pickup person does quality check, now another level of check. Utterly disappointed with this experience. The same level of checks if AJIO had done while sending the product, would it come in wrong size to my doorstep? This is terribly unfair and I lost my interest to shop on AJIO and since then I am planning to move on to Myntra. Does a product need 1 month investigation? Disappointed thoroughly!!!
