Bought a lot of food at Aldi for Easter lunch. The bag of potatoes when cut into were mainly rotten.. so had to throw majority away!! Cmon Aldi do better!

I have never seen such competitive prices and great variety of types of cereals, breads, chicken parts, types of beef and great produce. All grocery stores are having issues with the supply chain so I do sometimes have to throw out fruit after one day. That is a common problem with all stores since Covid. The most amazing compliment I have to share is how polite and nice and welcoming the employees are!!!!! The cashiers are just incredible!!!! Where do you find these nice employees. Unbelievable ! This is from a recruiter!

The produce was great for a while. Now the fruit and vegetables are terrible. The bananas are tasteless, apples are small. Bruised & frozen. The lettuce is dirty and limp. There’s more wrong with the produce but I don’t have time to go on. I shop in other stores for my produce & would suggest you do too.

Aldi, We have just eaten the best Cross Buns, light and moist, buttery with plenty of sultanas and raisens. Just the right amount of flavouring and far better than most big brands. Well done Aldi. Try and keep your quality up there on all products. John and Mags

I ordered a compactor plate, with Aldi confirming I would receive it within the 7 days, which was ideal. However 2 days before I got told there was a slight delay, I would be updated within 24hours. This didn’t happen and I chased Aldi up, they chased up the courier but again there was no update, now almost a week over due! The matter was escalated, they chased up the courier but advised it couldn’t be found and acknowledged that I would be offered compensation with service being so poor. I asked for a refund after having to hire a replacement. The courier was now trying to find the item. After the weekend, with no notice it was delivered at my home address. The item was not too n a pallet and clearly not looked after, it almost falls out the box it was sent in. Aldi was unaware of this prior to delivery and offered to provide £50 of Aldi vouchers if I accepted the item, however I asked just for the refund as previously requested. I now wait for collection prior to gaining the refund, although there is now no mention of any compensation for this poor experience, which after the wasted time, being out of pocket, and wasted time chasing up Aldi, in return I just have had stress and unnecessary wasted time. I won’t be recommending Aldi Friday r offering good customer service at all and will readily share my experience.

I bought the heart to tail cathouse and tunnel for my cat. So disappointed. The house itself is cute but the pad at the bottom doesn't come close to fitting. Every time the cat steps on it, it pops up and scares him out.

I live nearby so I usually stop at the Nedrow location. When I do, the experience is worse than the previous time here. On a recent Saturday I stopped when they opened to pick up a few items and they didn’t disappoint! I was the only one in line and the cashier just opened. I put my open bag in the cart, hoping she would fill it as she scanned the items. Instead, she shot me a dirty look and tossed them into the cart. She handed me the receipt and didn’t say a word, but I thanked her. I filled my bag and left the store and made up my mind to drive to the Fayetteville location next time. They actually fill the bag as you check out, seem like they enjoy working there! take pride in customer service and actually talk to you. Same name on the store but a world of difference!

Sent the following to Aldi customer services, to which, unsurprisnly, there's been no response: "I have just been my local Aldi in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, and whilst looking at products, was approached by a member of your staff who said "Sir, can you refrain fom opening the products" to which I responded "That they'd already been opened" to which I got a smug sarcastic look To make matters worse, this employee then served me on a checkout and didn't say a single word to me but was fine with the person before me and after me To say that I'm extremly annoyed is a major understatement I bring this to your attention as this level of 'customer service' is simply not acceptable and I'm sure that it falls short of the standards that you expect from your employees. I can provide more details on the particular employee if requied" Budget shop, and some, budget staff....the majority are brilliant, but these attitudes will only lose business, business that keeps these surly employees employed.

Staff talk about costumers in front of other costumers and think it's funny security guards need to retrain only use Aldi if I have to these days

I happen to love shopping at ALDIs. However I encountered a very surly employee today. I asked her if she could move a box of drinks that were on a top shelf and she grabbed them and threw them down to a lower shelf. It was so forceful that it scared me as I thought they were going to fall on me. I’ve never encountered someone in ALDIs with such a negative attitude. I’ve always had people go out of their way to be pleasant. This was at the ALDIs on Shore dr. Hope I don’t have to see her again.

Average but need to stock doggy bags. When a supermarket is based in an area with a high percentage of dog owners and they stick the dog food, they need to acknowledge that just as a parent disposed of a nappies, a responsible dog owner also picks up and bins its mess.

I bought a mini greenhouse online. It was delivered within 5 days but had no fitments included ( as listed on the instructions leaflet) I phoned straight away but the customer service lady was very curt and unhelpful and she said " well we've got no spares so send it back" I eventually had to email head office who said we will refund you into a PayPal account. I explained that I hadn't got one and said I had paid online with a credit card but she insisted it had to be a PayPal. I then had to reactivate an old PayPal account. I finally got a refund and was told to dispose of the incomplete product. I did eventually get the refund and also a request for a feedback review. However because I was honest in my review, Aldi emailed me to say they would not be publishing it! I only gave the stars because the part of the order I received was ok and I did receive a refund. It was a stressful and time consuming process.

Ordered 6x6 keter shed on 2 march 2022 paid £470 supposingly 2 to 7 days delivery, 9th of march informed that courier had received shed from aldi it was now at their depot ready for delivery, since then nothing we have phoned aldi and emailed on several occasions, only to be told that the courier had not been in touch with them also they couldn't give us anymore information till the courier had emailed them as to were the shed was.it was obvious by the 21st there wasn't going to be any delivery,of a shed I told aldi I needed a refund as I needed MY money to purchase another shed we had seen they refused saying they were entitled to hang on to my money for 30 day eventually they admitted wrong and I received a refund on the 23 March 2022 ,but by then the other shed I was intending to purchase had sold, shame on you Aldi ,your a large company and should have done better we are pensioners with not enough money for it to be in your hands ,when we needed it to purchase another shed.

Missing parts from online purchase, customer services only lie and send you on wild goose chases. I now want return the generator since it is too much of a hassle even that is a nightmare. Will I ever get my money back!

Nearly a month still no product they don't keep you updated very poor service now been told have to wait 10 to 14 days for refund when I was emailed saying 3 to 5 avoid aldi at all cost like to take money but don't like paying it back
