“Great customer service. Don't get impatient if it takes a couple days for a response. They will respond and are very accommodating. They honored the warranty and replaced the necessary parts. Will definitely continue doing business with them.”

“Viktor at customer service was a great help. My kennel came damaged during shipment. I called them right away. They asked me to email pictures of my problems as I did the same day I received it. By the next day we had resolved the problem with terrific fast customer service. I currently own 6 - 5x5x4 8panel kennels due to the awesome price of these. They can be all connected together in any pattern. There are no holes in my backyard and can be removed easily when not in use. I am a woman in my 50s and had put them together on my own from start to finish. The height is perfect as my dog cannot get over the top. They are very well-made and I would buy again in the future. Thank you Aleko for a quality made product. Mary New York”

“Baught a four person inflatable hot tub 10 months ago and the water pump stopped working. Contacted customer service and they told me there are no parts to fix the problem and they would give me a discount on buying another one. I have not even paid this one off yet and it broke. I followed all the rules on maintaining it and it still broke. I would never purchase from this company. Poor quality parts.”

“We purchased the AR900 a year ago but due to weather were not able to install until the summer. Initially the opener worked. I worked with customer service and troubleshot the issues. Rudy S was very helpful and thorough, we replaced the circuit board, tested the limit switches, and ensured proper power. Since we could not get the motor operational, we worked with Rudy to replace the AR900. Customer service with Aleko has been exceptional, we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Rudy, for all of your help!”

“I was having an issue with my gate opener and after discussing the problem with Aleko customer service rep Viktor, they sent out a replacement circuit board. Unfortunately, the gate still did not operate after replacing the board, so customer service reps discussed it and decided to send new limit controls. I replaced them and it still did not operate, I was very frustrated but Viktor and the support group kept responding and I was able to rewire one of the limit switches and the gate works great again. Thanks to Viktor and crew!”

“Great product, customer service. I have installed six aleko awnings at two properties. The frames are built well and replacement awnings are inexpensive. I have had 2 sunsetter awnings as well, they are an excellent product and the awning material is heavy duty and does not fade easily. That being said, they are also 3 times the cost. Will continue to buy aleko awnings, they hold up well over time.”

“As a first-time customer of Aleko, we were hesitant to purchase a hot tub on line. However, it was beautiful and easy to install. Then a couple days later we discovered a leak in the tub and called Philana, and she referred us to Viktor. Very shortly, we had an easy warranty form filled out and a leak picture emailed to them. Viktor responded immediately and we had a brand new hot tub in transit. It is great to be listened to and believed. Thank you! The new one is wonderful.”

“Excellent Company, I can't believe anyone would send a bad review, I made a mistake ordering the wrong gate and they corrected it, the gate came in a timely manner. I didn't care for the curbside delivery, I broke 2 finials moving the gate to where I have to work on it. Other than that the gate is well built and I, 'm very pleased. I give the company an A+ and would be an A++ except for the stupid delivery company (Sala) It, 's not Aleko's fault, it is the policy I even tried to tip him but he refused to drive up my driveway which would have been much easier and wouldn,t have broke the Finials.”
