“My Mom fell (luckily she didnt hurt herself - she just couldn't get up) and my brother and I were both called because Alert1 got no response. The EMTs we're there within 5 minutes. All ended well and we're very glad we got them the Alert1 system.”

“I fell getting into bed. I clicked on my alert button and you answered right away. As I live in an apt attached to my son, all I needed was for you to call my son to help me. All was ok. I appreciate the assurance that I can get help when I need it. June Kuwitzky”

“I believe it was Michael who called my office from Alert 1 when mom took a fall. He was very sweet & patient while I tried to contact a neighbor to go check on mom. You all have great service and knowing mom wears the bracelet is very comforting! Thanks so much!”

“The 911 people were there in great time. Thank you. This is her son Tom Willey. I was notified that she had fallen and help was on the way. I was told Brookdale (where she is at) was called but when I called them they said they weren't notified of her fall. The 911 people were there in great time but do you call the assisted living facility 1st or 911 people? Thank you Tom Willey”
