Excellent communication with the family. I am 3 hours away and your Rep was able to tell me that my Mother had been taken to the hospital. We were able to drive up and be calm as we had the communication with Alert One. Thank you to your caring and efficient Reps. As I was waiting for my transpotation to the hospital my medical alert was keeping in touch with me and staying alert. When my medical people got here they signed off and the medical personal where very nice in getting me to the ambalance and to the hospital. I thank them all very much and God Bless them all!!!! There's no way to know the call is coming from Alert one. It would be nice to be able to identify your call when it comes in. Do all your calls come out of Utah? Also, when the operator calls could they identify themselves as being with Alert One instead of some general statement as a call center?

We needed an ambulance, and the response from Alert1 was very fast. The operator assessed the situation and called for 911 for us immediately. After a trip to the hospital, all is well now.

Hello! My mother is Janice Tipton. Our family really appreciates Alert 1 and the prompt response always given to my mom's need for help. On Monday night, my mom fell, but my sister was with her. They determined that she was fine, but would need help getting up from the floor. They decided to press the button to have EMS come in non-emergency mode to do that. (they did---it was fine). My sister asked the person from Alert 1 to not contact neighbors and family members on the contact list as it was not an emergency and their help wasn't needed. It was also 11 pm or so. However, everyone on her list was called, which caused three people to be awakened and alarmed for no reason. We do want everyone contacted if my mother is home alone or non-responsive, but in this case that was not the situation. I can say 'better safe than sorry' and so on, but in this case the full response wasn't needed. Thank you again for your wonderful product and service. Sara Tipton, daughter

Thanks for responding to my mother's alert. You notified EMS and they responded and you also called a friend and myself. Upon my arrival she was in her bed doing well after EMS had checked her out and gotten her up off the floor. Thanks, Monte Read

Hello, This is Rachel's daughter, Yvonne. My mom received care within 6-7 minutes after you called, excellent service! Which is why we contracted with Alert 1. She was admitted to the hospital ER and is now in a private room and doing much better, so thank you so, so much!! Also, very glad you emailed since I need to provide a new credit card number for the payments. Please provide the number (via email) to call to make this happen. I am very satisfied. I recently upgraded my sytem to include fall sensitivety. It is very sensititve and activates very easily. Your staff has been most kind and accomodating. I try not to move to activate it, but know in an emergency it will activate. MY overall health is such that it is comfortating to that I Have it.

My mother in law lives alone and fell and injured herself and couldn't get up. She pressed the alert 1 button on her wrist and spoke to an advisors and they dispatched EMS and then called us to make us aware of what was going on. We are so thankful to have this for her.

I am writing this review for my 98 year old mother. She is very independent, does her own laundry, pays her own bills, etc. , but her balance is not good. I was not home when she fell. Thank goodness she had her Alert 1. She would have laid there for a couple of hours. Alert 1 took care of everything, called the ambulance. Thank you, thank you. As soon as she recovers, she will be wearing it again.

Pressed button, received response in 87 seconds, E MY arrived in 14 minutes. I took a fall and couldn't get up. The boys got me up, took my vitals and went on their way. Other than being a little sore today I am fine.

The emergency response system has been a excellent means for allowing my parents to stay in their own home rather than a assisted living, or a retirement home.
