Every time my Alert goes off either by me testing or it does so by a bump someone is there for me. I feel very comforted by that! I am putting my life in your hands and somehow I trust you will be there for me!

We have been very pleased with Alert1 and one huge thing is how kind and patient you've been with our Mother when her alarm gets set off accidentally, which used to happen very frequently- never was she made to feel bad or anything. This is what one would expect from a company that provides this service but its not always the case.

CAN WE USE THIS DEVICE WITHOUT AN ACTIVE LAND LINE?

Yes, your device does not require a Land Line, it should only require you to plug it into a regular power outlet. I have tried to contact someone in reference to the equipment- Pauline’s necklace is very sensitive and triggers easily. She’s not wearing it , only the bracelet?? Please call back - daughter , Sue Veader 443-838-6674

Hello, We are so sorry to hear that the necklace has been a little to sensitive for Pauline! With our Fall Detection pendant, we do advise that the pendant be worn so that it is at heart level. You should be able to shorten the lanyard to the appropriate length but if you have any questions or need assistance please give us a call at 1-800-693-5433 Option 3. hello - this is Dorothy's niece, caroline. aunt dot is wearing her pendant and i understand the practice alert went well - she is comfortable with the process so far. only has been four days. appreciate your company for having such a unit to protect people in the early stages of possibly needing the security of having someone they can reach in time of trouble. thank you, caroline

I received a call from a representative. She told me they testing my equipment. She asked me to press my wrist button to see if it was working properly. I pressed and waited and waited. The next thing I know is an EMT and 2 firemen were at my door. It was quite a test.

If I could leave "zero" stars I would!! My mother passed away on 1/22/21. I called to cancel the service. I sent back all the pieces that they told me I needed to. They charged my mom's credit card $59.95. When I inquired about it, they wouldn't talk to me. I had to send them trust documents and a death certificate showing I was the person. I faxed the documents within minutes of the phone call. The rep never called me back. I just got off the phone with them and they said that they would not refund the $59.95 because the necklace equipment was not returned. My mother never wore the necklace and only used the wrist button. I apparently mistakenly left the necklace out of the return shipment... I still feel like I did include it in the return. When I said I would look at her home to see if it was there, they said it wouldn't matter because the account was closed and it was passed the 30 days. Had the rep called me back, it would have been within the 30 days. They would not make an exception. I'm just shocked! For what reason other than an oversight would I keep the necklace? I'm so so disappointed!!! In this day and age, we need people to be more open minded and have some compassion!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!! God help you or your employees if you were to ever experience a loss of a loved one. Well I know you will not get any compassion from ALERT1!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
