“My mother fell yesterday and pressed her pendant. The notification ystem worked great, and the paramedics were able to get into the house because we had a lock box set up. Very pleased with the service!”

“Mom fell in her kitchen, cut her head and fractured her hand. The Alert1 staff dispatched paramedics, and contacted me right away. Within 1/2 an hour of the fall, Mom was being treated in the ER. I spoke with several of the staff ( at least two different people), and each of them were extremely helpful & considerate, following up with the paramedics to determine Mom's status and exact location, so I knew exactly where to go ( I live an hour away). All of you do a fantastic job, can't thank you enough. P. S. You're always very patient too, all the times Mom inadvertently sets off her alarm!”

“My father fell and hit his head. There was no help from you. I called when I got his system and explained that I had ordered the remote system and had received the land line system. I was told the correct unit would ship and I could send back the incorrect one at no charge. I have not received the new one. I received a call from the company after I sent this rating in. They were VERY helpful in resolving all of my issues. Sent a new unit, corrected all my information and were veryresponsible. I believe that their willingness to handle problems is really more important than selling a product. I was VERY impressed and appreciative .”

“The paramedics were there in a short time and were very cordial and helpful. We did have a small issue. My brother lives next door to my mother, and is second on the call list, just below the paramedics. My brother was on site in less than one minute after receiving the call. Somehow the paramedic, that was dispatched from across town, was there first and could not get into the house until my brother got there with key some time later. There was obviously an amount of time that past between the call to paramedics and the call to my brother. Luckily, no one decided to break down any doors while waiting for a key.”

“My dad placed the call. Person answered and was very calming and helpful. We have a special key holder on our door and the operator was able to let the responders know the code. All said and done it took about 20min. Very amazing!”
