Oressed the button to have rescue come because my Moms blood pressure was extremely low. we heard sirens but no ambulance - fire engine drove by - I had to flag then down. They received the call as a fire and no paramedics were dispatched! However the firefighters were trained in ALS and did BP, EKG on my mom and she was fine. Our home BP Monitor needs to be updated which I'm doing today.

thank you = she did not push the button/did not mean to... but I was able to check and make sure she was ok! Thanks Ok so this is the second time in two days that the machine has gone off. She was in the living room, the machine is in the kitchen. She says she was sitting listening to the radio and it went off. So I am concerned that maybe there might be something wrong with the machine = is there a way to check this?

I am confined to a power wheelchair but have the ability to walk a few steps while holding on to something sturdy. As I tried to transfer to my bed, I slipped down on the floor. I was not hurt, however, I am not able to get back into my chair once I am on the floor. My first contact on the list, who lives in my guest apartment was called. As he was getting dressed and coming over to my part of the house, EMS arrived. It was just a matter of a few minutes. The EMTs asked a few questions and helped me get into my bed. It is certainly a comfort to have the button, and to have immediate assistance. Messages were left with my two other contacts, who checked with me later in the day. Thank you for this valuable service. Your team on the phone are always polite, efficient and pleasant to talk to. Anne Kay

The land line was down momentarily when I most needed it in order for Alert to help me, so I dialed 911 directly and then I had about 10 paramedics on site. I only plan to pay 1 service, so do not charge me because I was not able to contact Alert as the 1st choice as expected. This is why I got the service to begin with and it wasn't working.

THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE FOR IRENE ' SHE IS HOME NOW AND FEELING BETTER . SHE WAS VERY SICK IN HOSPITAL ALL MOST TWO WEEKS. THANK YOU ROBERT POREDA GOD BLESS YOU ALL

The only complaint I have/had was the paramedics didn't have the code to their lockbox this time. They've had the code in the past.

Apparently it was a malfunction in my alert device and we are being sent a new device. Because I have ALS and am unable to talk it was to hard to communicate to the person who answered. By the time I got to the main phone it was to late to shut it down. The emergency fire truck and ambulance showed up within 10 minutes which was quick. Good job on your part!
