“There could not have been a faster or easier way to call for an ambulance for my sick father than to push the call button. While we have tested the call button many times, this was the first time we ever had to actually use it to call for an ambulance. The person on the phone wasted no time in gathering the information he needed and relaying it to the appropriate people. They arrived within minutes and my father was admitted into ICU. He is still very sick but improving. It is such a comfort to me to have this service available to us and know it is very reliable. We have been customers for several years and I cannot think of one bad thing to say about the professionalism of anyone I have ever spoken with from the company during all those years of test calls and false alarms. Thank you so much!”

“It surprises me at how long it takes between pushing the emergency button to an actual person responding to the alarm. Also, the voice on the intercom is nearly impossible to understand especially by a senior. I have a problem understanding the person myself and I have no hearing problem; the sound is not clear at all.”

“1st they did not give the code to the paramedics so when they got to my Mom's place they couldn't get in and they had to go knock on windows to get Mom to yell out the code. Plus, I've asked that when you call me and you get my voice mail to call right back immediately and it will override everything. And if the calls come in at night when it's on silent it will ring me if it's done consecutively. Then when I called in it took way too long to verify me and I feel they should have a way of telling me she's okay first and then ask all the questions. They didn't seem to know what was going on...”
