“They called my son like I asked them to and when he could not be reached they tried my other children and when no one could be reached they sent an ambulance. They got me up off the floor.”

“After a 5 minute wait for an answer you got the Fire Dept which got me to hospital. Have just gotten back after a week there and surgeries.”

“At 2am to find my mom unresponsive was quite a scare. You were there for me and mom. Help arrived in probably 5-10 min. Mom is doing fine. One question, if the button is pushed and no one answers will help still be sent?”

Hi Elaine. So glad to hear your Mom is doing fine! Yes, if the button is pushed and no one answers we will first try to give your mom a call to make sure it isn't a false alarm, and then we will call her list of responders.

“They notified everyone that is a contact even though the person that needed help was able to speak to the alert1 person. They still notified each contact of her situation and what they did in responding. In this case it ended up not being a real emergency but since she recently had heart surgery the pain she was experiencing happen to be located on her left side which sent her into a panic mode. The first contact happen to show up before a ambulance was dispatched and alert1 was able to notify them to cancel it. I was very pleased with the service. I was the second contact and was aware of the situation before I left for work but they called me when I got to work and told me what had transpired and the outcome and if I would of disagreed with the decision they would of sent the ambulance. We received excellent service and don't think it could of turned out in better in they way they handle every part of our situation in my opinion.”

“My 102 year old mom fell in the bathroom and pressed the button on her Alert1 emergency wrist band. She was able to communicate her problem to Alert1 staff and they immediately called us per her instructions. We live very close to her house and within minutes we arrived and found her on the floor. She had broken her hip.”

“I purchased the Alert1 system for my elderly father. I am Mr. Goforth's daughter. I'm first in line on the contact list. I received a call at @1:30 AM on Monday morning the 7th of August. The call came in as"Ogden Utah" there was no other identifier. There was nothing that said this call was from Alert1. I did don't pick up the call as I receive multiple phishing calls from unknown people, from random US cities. Also, to make matters worsehe caller did not leave a message. All he said was "Hello? Hello??" Then he hung up. The same thing happened to my brother who is second on the list. My Father's neighbor picked up the call and rushed over to my dad. This is not how I intended this to work. I should have been notified, upon receiving this device, that the calls to the contact persons will come from Ogden Utah (not Alert1) and the call will be identified as such! I am very disappointed.”

“you need to have the monitoring company show FIRST ALERT ON THE NUMBER. ALSO 2 REQUESTS PLACED FOR A REPLACEMENT BAND. STILL RECEVED NO CALL.”

“My Dad is 90 years old and he has the Alert 1 system. He feel during the night and couldn't get up. He pushed the button and Alert 1 did exactly what we asked them to do! Thank you!”

“This is his daughter things went fine but how do I change the order of notification and one thing if he is sitting in his chair and hasn't touched the button it goes off and you all call is there something wrong with our system”
