“My mother needed help. You sent the paramedics right away and called me. I was a couple of hours away so you called me with updates so I was kept in the loop until my daughter could get there. Thank you! Good job!”

“My 92-year old Mom fell and though she could not hear what the person was saying (hard of hearing) she knew someone was with her on the line. You called me twice. I am the daughter. Once to notify and again to make sure I was on my way. Once I arrived, you verified I was with Mom and asked if there was anything else you could do. We were able to get mom up. Despite some bruises, she will be okay. Thank you for the help.”

“the 911 folks told me you call them on a non emergency line to call for help by doing this you lost approx 4-5 minutes they said could have called 911 myself and got faster response than dealing with your questions and then you not calling them on the correct line My mom died, and I am awaiting my refund for 4 weeks now”

“I lost my balance and fell backward and as I adjusted to what had happened and where I hurt the most, I pushed my Alert 1 button. Very quick response. I asked for help getting up and in short order the EMT'S arrived. After they asked about injuries they then helped me to my feet and steadied me to be sure I was OK. In spite of my anxiety, the whole experience was reassuring about your service. Thank you.”

“When my mother push her button the lady that came on said that she will contact an ambulance and family she did.. Thank you. What I did not like is that she did not stay with my mother. Mom was scared and alone when I got there. My mother wasn't sure she push the button or not at that time, she was very confused and in pain so I push the button and it took a long time for the Lady to come back on so my husband called 9-1-1 for an ambulance and they said it was dispatched already. We couldn't get ahold of you guys at all. When she did come back on she said she called the ambulance. Then there was loud music so loud it was hurting our ears so I pushed the cancel button to turn it off. I thought the lady had to stay with my mom? And what's with the loud music ? My mother was scared she said she felt alone. My siblings and I did not like that at all. Please fix it or I will change and go to someone else. Sincerely, Marcia Anderson- Pearl.”

“You stayed on the line until the fire dept arrived. you contacted the fire dept and had them come without their siren since we just needed a lift after a fall. we were very pleased. Thank you!”

“John pushed the button several times. He passed away because ems didn't get to him fast enough. When I called to cancel alert 1 I got a rude representative on the phone. Who demanded I return equipment and offered no refund for the year I paid in advance.”

“I think ALERT1 does a good job at responding to the client. HOWEVER, I feel when they call the family to let them know - the PHONE NUMBER on our caller ID does NOT identify who or where the call is coming from. It could look like a solicitation caller and not of importance. Please try to correct this in the future MANY THANKS!”
