The alert system has taken so much worry off the family. When there is an emergency we know that help is on the way and family will be alerted.

Just took a few minutes for you to come on line. Ambulance, etc. arrived within 5-7 minutes. Barbara was transported to hospital and had hip surgery the next day. Thank you.

My mom fell and did not push her life alert button however she must of landed on it when she was trying to get up and life alert responded and sent help.

My mother fell and was wearing her fall alert necklace.no one responded she pressed the button 3 times and finally got someone.i called this alert 1 asking them why they didn't respond to her fall,they told me because they saw movement.this is ridiculously insane,what if my mom was laying on the floor unconditional? Well her fall was life threatened she had 14 stapes in her head.she was confused and crawl to open her apartment door for the e.m.s still she fell,no response from them asking if she was ok this fall should have triggered the fall detector from the time she pushed the button they responded less than1 min. But pushed button 3 times.when I called them I got an apologize but still not satisfied.what if when she fell then crawled a little then passed out? You mean to tell me cuz yall saw movement that she was ok? Everytime that fall detector triggers yall should respond

Thank you for your quick response to my Mother. She accidentally pushed her button and you responded to her promptly. We have some problem getting her to understand exactly how it works. But I do think it gives her comfort to know how fast you call her. I do appreciate it

My mother has low vision so she sometimes hits the button on the sensor in error. But she is thankful when she is contacted and lets the person know she is well.

Very pleased. Alert was initiated due to a fall. Alert One staff member was expedient and helpful during this emergency. She also called me with a follow-up report when the para-medics left. I am very pleased with the professional conduct of the Alert One team.

Michael was without service since last Friday 6/17 until today. However, with the new Kelsey button, it took 3 times of not connecting before it finally connected to emergency service. That was about 8 pm or so. The emergency told me to contact you. At 9pm I retested it for Michael and it went through but I am concerned that we are only in month 2 and have been without service and there was a problem with the 2nd button. Just letting you know. I am not certain that the alert is triggered by a fall. Mom fell and fractured 3 ribs and it didn't trigger. Help

We had to get two units in order for you to hear my father(my mother's caretaker - she is non-verbal now) if help was needed and he couldn't get right up to the monitor. They are at opposite ends of the house and your operators have had trouble hearing him calling out. Need some recommendations on how to alleviate this situation. Thank you. Jeff Kennedy

I can't tell you what a comfort it is to have the button around my neck. I fell in my bedroom with the door closed and it took several tries to make my voice loud enough to be heard. And from this I learned that I need to keep my bedroom door open at night. Just such a relief to know that the EMT people would arrive quickly, which they did. Thank you so much.
