“We just back from four night trip to Bournemouth Royal Norfolk.It was so good,staff and accommodation and food excellent ,but the icing on the cake for us ,was Jim our driver went way and about any experience we have had His knowledge was amazing.He made our holiday for us Frances and Andre Pelle.”

“Just returned from Cumberland Hotel Scarborough, it was our first trip with Alpha coaches .Trev our driver was great,loved his dry humour .The hotel was clean,our room was large and cleaned every day ,food plentiful and scrumpy,entertainment great . Top marks to all the staff nothing to much trouble for any of them ,you made our stay ,thankyou .”

“the holiday we myself and my partner had last june was exceptional to Weston supermare really nice hotel hotel staff did everything possible to make our stay really nice one beautiful views from the sea front cafes shops grand pier fish n chip shop restaurant atm and rocky beach all near by lovely people the only two slight problems was the heat and really uncomfortable hot in our room and the tap didnt work that was sorted out in no time at all. Weston beaches are lovely clean and safe achor head hotel really well cleaned house keeping staff amazing above and beyond everything reallly welcoming politeness and friendly really did do a good job. Day out in bath and bath city tour great would do this trip again. Highly recommended well done to all involved. Receptionists fabulous the older lady couldnt have been more lovely welcoming and polite she saw us all off the coach said to all of us have a safe journey home really nice a massive credit to her”

“Hotel queens hotel blackpool great hoilday really nice hotel went in January 28th for five days good food drink love the pendle hill tour witches didnt do bury market like we was promised some passengers complained they didnt want to go to bury market a shame the coach driver didnt want to go it was not on the tour as it was mentioned on the coach. Dan was ok driver but a few problems with him like he said there would be bury market on the way home but no there was no bury market at all wanted to go to bury market as well never mind though the weather was terrible he also left us the day before as well another coach driver took us to the interchange and took us all home. Queens hotel blackpool lovely big bath shower clean rooms good food drink great bingo in hotel. Cromer was amazing love cromer lovely surroundings great coach driver as well lovely hotel love hotel de paris been there before in oct 2023 fabulous holiday lovely passengers staff very lovely traditional hotel staff cant do enough for its coach passengers for us helpful friendly welcoming genuine lovely had a really lovely time. Im going back to cromer in may 2024 the hotel is just somewhere i want to live in if i had the opportunity the surroundings of hotel and its beach its just spectacular honestly amazing amazing place. Excursions was really good plenty of excursions and plenty of time to explore cromer is just beautiful really love love the place. The journey was really good on the way there and on the way back home quick journeys and great great drivers”

“Just back from Fort William, fantastic trip, beautiful scenery ,great view from bedroom of the loch, driver Tommy was great and was great at telling us all about the places, he was also a good laugh, really recommend Alfa travel, definitely be booking again.”

“I went away to isle of Wight 11th March 2024 we had the best time ,the hotel ,food, drink prices and driver Andy where amazing Andy spoke to us all the way through the tours and kept us informed through out the journey there and back faultless man .”

“had two amazing hoildays with alfa one to weston super mare in june and again in cromer nolkfolk really lovely staff well stocked hotel clean bright excursions fabulous coach drivers andy and Brian could not been more helpful and friendly local pick up excellent food service rooms receptionists in both hotels incredible really go out the way to help. My fella who i regularly travel with have got a brain injury severe brain injury and damage that affects his speech memory and impediment balance etc alfa cant be more understanding and patient with him. Food really good plenty and with tea coffee hotels super clean and well maintained as well definitely would recommend and i have booked three more holidays with alfa blackpool jan 2024 cromer may 2024 and scotland oct 2024. I hope they are good ones to”

“We had an excellent Holiday Tour No 5336NE, Severn & Wye Rivers and Railways ,Hotel was lovely my only problem was the driver who was full of his own importance, told us not to call him driver and told us his name, Mark I think he thought he had a bus full of 5 year olds , the trips out were lovely apart from the 3rd day when he was supposed to take us to Broadway after being on the Warwickshire Railway, that didn’t happen was looking forward to going to Broadway, so was taken back to the Hotel, he also told us all on the Coach that nobody had to interrupt him when he was having Breakfast or evening meal , oh and that he was not a Bus Driver he was a coach driver, I was sick of hearing him lecture us about one thing or another”

“I have just returned from a 5 day trip to Llandudno from the north east and I must say I've enjoyed every minute of it.The coach driver Mark was absolutely fantastic,from the moment we started the holiday to the day we came back ,he was very polite,informative on numerous things of interest on the day trips,his jokes didn't do him any favours,but they were that bad they were funny.The Hydro Hotel was clean and the staff were very polite,the only down side was that the lift was out of order all the time we were there.Mark the coach driver made this holiday,Alpha well done keep the holidays coming.”

“Just returned from a very pleasant trip to Tower of London and Windsor Castle. Our Second trip only with Alfa. Our First trip to the Isle of Man in Early June. Well, Trip one to the Isle of Man was excellent. Driver, Hotel, Food, Trips were brilliant. Well, Trip 2 to London. Tower of London and Windsor Castle was Exceptional. Driver Calum, ( An asset to the Company ) Hotel, Clean and food was very good. Staff were polite and professional. ( Harlow Hotel, Harlow ) Would recommend any of the above two coach tours. Have travelled with other Coach Companies over the years but these are as mentioned our first two with Alfa. Looking for our next trip.... Thankyou Bill & Marian Keevil 5th August 2023”

“We've just returned from Great Yarmouth. This was our first coach trip and was very nervous about it. From the start our driver Ian made me feel more relaxed. His driving was excellent. It was no trouble for him to put our mobility scooter in for the excursions. He was funny ,helpful and always checked everyone was ok in morning and evenings. Our room was lovely comfortable and clean. The staff at reception and dining room were lovely and very efficient. The food was good. We had a great week. Thankyou”

“Just come back from a 6 day break at Dunoon. Could not fault the holiday at all .The view from our bedroom was stunning we were in 124. The view alone was worth going for. The staff were all very polite and friendly, the ladies on reception were very helpful and so friendly , must mention Andy on the bar as he was very entertaining .free drink 🍹 each evening with your meal .Dave our driver was very informative on all the places we visited also very smart and friendly. We will definitely be returning hopefully staying in the same room.”

“Just got back from Alfa coach holiday in Torquay at the Metropole hotel had a fantastic time hotel spotless the food was amazing and the staff were all brilliant especially Ken who was so entertaining and so was Dominic one of the coach driver's the entertainment was brilliant especially Simon Rees he was top class and my coach driver Steven was wonderful well done to everyone and thank you to Alfa for a memorable holiday”

“Just returned from a festive break at the Croat Anna. Good driver(Tony) and great staff. The food was really nice with a choice to suit most tastes.Was given a Loch view room which was excellent and really warm and well equipped with twin comfy beds. The staff were brilliant as was the entertainment each night. A brilliant advert for Alfa.”
