“I must admit to being sceptical but the sample was good quality so I ordered. The price was amazing I saved over half comparing to the quotes I had already had. I was impressed the carpet is perfect and arrived on time in a given time slot. Even had a telephone call when the delivery was half an hour away, I am moving house next year and will most definitely be ordering from this company again. Very impressed.”

“I think it is a great company, it is such a shame they no longer offer a fitting service. I had a carpet fitted a few months ago and I know the person went to a lot of trouble to come over to Bradford (from the Lake District!) it was very quick and easy and they were reliable. I think there is a gap in the market for carpet fitting direct from the place you purchase the carpet. I would recommend all floors express as they were brilliant in sending samples out. I wish they could offer fitting again soon though!!!”
“At present I have only ordered samples, initially one which was received the next day. Following a phone call to the company I ordered further samples which again were received the nex day. I am obviously impressed with the service and the fact that staff are contactable via the phone, which is not always the case with online services. Were they not I would not deal with the company. The prices offered are excellent compaired with the High Street and the 100% wool product appears as good too. Therefore in view of the above I will be placing an order once the room is ready for carpeting.”
“I really have nothing bad to say for the service recieved from all floor than excellent. Very nice to speak to , efficient and works with you to find the best material that soothes your need. Particularly impressed with their knowlegde of customer needs and relationship. Putting you first means that you are never wrong whatever the case. Made me feel valued as a customer and empowered to make the choice that satifies me.
I also must say that the quality of producrs supplied were of excelllnet standard and value for money. Simply the cheapest for great quality

“I've been very impressed with allfloorsexpress. Firstly I found the carpet I wanted £5 a metre squared cheaper than anywhere else. But the customer service has been great. The carpet was delivered quickly and with regard to the times I was able to be at home. Then we had a problem with part of the carpet having a defect, I emailed them and received an immediate apology and within a day more carpet had arrived. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Great service great price great quality and I'll definitely use them again.”

“Laminate was delivered very promptly and in pristine condition. Same product as available on High Street but one third cheaper. The Company does not seem to have a facility for accepting back unopened surplus boxes otherwise it would have got a 5 star rating.”
“A 1st class company to deal with. I ordered a carpet which unfortunately was not in stock, they quickly sent me some other samples to choose an alternative. We had a provisional delivery date that wasn't convenient and this was altered without fuss following a quick email and the carpet duly arrived on time by a very friendly driver. Could not fault this company at all and would definitely use them again., Only sorry we hadn't used them before as they are so much cheaper than local carpet stores!”
