“I must admit to being sceptical but the sample was good quality so I ordered. The price was amazing I saved over half comparing to the quotes I had already had. I was impressed the carpet is perfect and arrived on time in a given time slot. Even had a telephone call when the delivery was half an hour away, I am moving house next year and will most definitely be ordering from this company again. Very impressed.”

“I think it is a great company, it is such a shame they no longer offer a fitting service. I had a carpet fitted a few months ago and I know the person went to a lot of trouble to come over to Bradford (from the Lake District!) it was very quick and easy and they were reliable. I think there is a gap in the market for carpet fitting direct from the place you purchase the carpet. I would recommend all floors express as they were brilliant in sending samples out. I wish they could offer fitting again soon though!!!”
“At present I have only ordered samples, initially one which was received the next day. Following a phone call to the company I ordered further samples which again were received the nex day. I am obviously impressed with the service and the fact that staff are contactable via the phone, which is not always the case with online services. Were they not I would not deal with the company. The prices offered are excellent compaired with the High Street and the 100% wool product appears as good too. Therefore in view of the above I will be placing an order once the room is ready for carpeting.”

“I've been very impressed with allfloorsexpress. Firstly I found the carpet I wanted £5 a metre squared cheaper than anywhere else. But the customer service has been great. The carpet was delivered quickly and with regard to the times I was able to be at home. Then we had a problem with part of the carpet having a defect, I emailed them and received an immediate apology and within a day more carpet had arrived. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Great service great price great quality and I'll definitely use them again.”

We had a provisional delivery date that wasn't convenient and this was altered without fuss following a quick email and the carpet duly arrived on time by a very friendly driver.
