“Fantastic service couldn’t fault our driver Sam we were delayed at airport due to luggage not arriving for an hour and a half but he still waited for us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about New York definitely would recommend this service”

“I paid extra money to feel like I was in a private limosine.....and when my lift arrived 30 minutes late - it looked exactly like a black 7 seater shuttle bus that I could could have paid a lot less money for..... The driver however was very friendly......it's just a shame that this didn't live up to my expectations......I have recently had Open Heart Surgery and nearly died; and this is a very special dream come true holiday...... I don't want my money back....but I think that you should upgrade my 2nd January 2018 transfer to a stretch limosine...... I'm still disappointed.....I was so hoping for something extra special.....”

“Ordered an SUV (Cadillac Escalade was pictured online) to take us to the Brooklyn docks to board the Queen Mary II for our trip to the UK. Instead of a professionally dressed Driver in an SUV, I was picked up by scruffy dressed guy in a very dirty Ford Flex! I had 6 suitcases which had to be wheeled from the Hotel entrance to the car, the driver stood and watched while i struggled to get them all to his vehicle... He had to move all kinds of junk around in the rear of the Flex to be able to squeeze our suitcases in, not to mention the rear of the car was also filthy. $58 to drive 8 mins. in this piece junk, NOT WHAT I PAID FOR... A terrible start to a wonderful trip. Do not advertise a Cadillac and send a 'Flex'! This is very illegal...”

“Excellent, well-maintained vehicles . . . the driver picking us up at the airport was very good, knowledgeable and friendly. However, the driver taking us from the hotel to the airport does not need to be taking personal calls on his cell phone while transporting customers. Patti had to ask him to hang up his phone . . . he apologized and we got to the airport safely but that is not a good practice in NYC traffic. This kept you from getting a 5-star rating.”
