Ordered a Beaba Up and Down Bouncer - Pink on the 1st March. On the 5th March, received an email to let me know the item I ordered is not available, offered me another colour. I accepted the change of colour (out of good faith). No news for 10 days I emailed their customer service on the 15th March requesting a refund and have been fighting for it ever since. They keep telling me that my order has shipped (which is a lie) and the tracking number sent has been pending for days. I have requested a refund 5x times by now... and still nothing. I have now reported to ACCC. STAY AWAY - SCAM COMPANY

We just want to clarify that we don't have access to the courier system to give our customer a specific reason why it's still not showing any details on their website. Unfortunately I never received my order. I was originally advised it was on backorder which was completely fine. However it’s ETA was November and it’s now February and I still have not received anything. I’ve sent two emails so far trying to gain clarification of what’s going on and have had no response.

Poor communication order was delayed multiple times nobody ever contacted me about it when order finally arrived over a month late it was damaged. Could never get through via phone so had to contact them through email the replies took days and weren't very helpful ended up having to go through PayPal to resolve the issue

The item i purchase was over a month late, I have to call all4kids twice for update on my purchase. All4kids didn't even send me a message or email to tell me what happened with my purchase. Very disappointed with customer service from all4kids.

Took almost 2 weeks to get an email to say the item was shipped but did not send tracking number, after at least another week and several attempts at contacting we were told that the item had been delivered to our address, less than 24 hours after placing the order and going from Victoria to Sydney, we told them that it had not arrived, we were sent a tracking number and screen shot to show it had been delivered, the tracking number did not exist or ever existing and instead of showing that it was delivered it only said dispatched. We were finally given the option of them sending another parcel or refund, of course we took the refund. A complete waste of time and did not appreciate being lied to, if I could give less than 1 star I would

Poor communication regarding product updates. Due to the delays, i changed delivery address weeks before arrival and was assured it would be delivered to the new address and before Christmas. I checked in twice to make sure as it was my childs only present. Product was sent to old address and sat pending for a week before it was actually shipped, We had to drive 6 hours to collect it. Won't be buying through here again.

They charged my credit card just short of $600 for a swing set late September and did advise delivery would be late October? Despite numerous emails and calls i was constantly lied to! It will be here next week? Week after week!! It finally arrived the 2nd December! Thank God my nephew was home unwell to accept the huge delivery... Disgusting Customer Service from start to finish!!!!

Had to wait 6weeks to get my product and then toll couldn't find the address so I picked it up myself. I haven't open the box yet, it's a xmas present for my grandson so I'm hoping it's perfect for him.

Where to start?? - instructions are poor, both written and pictures. - Rods that hold the top together with the T, fall out every time someone jumps on it. - Rod snapped in my hand, called the company and they won’t send out any to replace it. - if you’re reading this, choose a different company to buy your trampoline through. - only thing that works at the moment are the springs, but in waiting for that to fail.

The customer service is very unsatisfactory. It took too long time for the delivery. We paid on 23 April but only received the basket on last Friday and trampoline hasn’t arrived yet. So disappointed!😞

I bought a Hape grand piano for my kids. When I unbox the piano, I found several scratches and dents over the body of the piano. Among them, the one on the edge of piano cap is the severest. White painting on the surface is gone, the raw wood inside was exposed which I thought highly influence the appearance of the piano. I really can't bear this problem. I wrote email, massage, call customer service and sent pictures. No one comes up to solve my problem. It was a terrible purchase that I 've ever met. Just for your reference if you want a good after-sale service, all4kids is absolutely not the best choice.

Placed my first order from all 4 kids last week. very disappointed with them and will never shopping with them again. I have received my parcel from Toll yesterday and first they didn’t seal the box just leave it open lucklya nothing got missing. I purchased 2 packs of Nappies for my son, unbelievable the manufactured day is 14/04/2017, if you don’t have fresh stocks you should let your customer know, if you stated on your website the manufactured day I definitely won’t buy them. Personally I believed that All 4 kids do have responsibility to let their customer know those nappies are not new stocks before placed an order. ( As a mother will you let your baby using some nappies made in 2017?) Very disappointing shopping experience and won’t recommend All 4 kids to friends.
