“The kids take and chairs arrived Table good Chairs had missing stable parts and didn’t go together securely either Very unstable no child could possibly sit on them Very disappointing Have emailed but haven’t heard back yet Had it sent to daughters home and so dissapointed for Xmas present Dianne”

“Poor communication order was delayed multiple times nobody ever contacted me about it when order finally arrived over a month late it was damaged. Could never get through via phone so had to contact them through email the replies took days and weren't very helpful ended up having to go through PayPal to resolve the issue”

“The item i purchase was over a month late, I have to call all4kids twice for update on my purchase. All4kids didn't even send me a message or email to tell me what happened with my purchase. Very disappointed with customer service from all4kids.”

“Luckily we chased our Doll's house up and after being sent on the 3rd of December, via Allied Express, nearly two weeks later it hadn't arrived at Orange. After numerous calls and we are still waiting for Allied Express to contact us back. We just happened to be in Sydney on the 18th and it was organised for us to pickup another Doll's house at Fedex in Botany, which I must say was easy. there has been no mention of reimbursing our freight we were charged. I don't understand how come we were told on our invoice the goods were coming via Toll and we learnt it was with Allied Express, it shouldn't take two weeks to come from Sydney to Orange and with the tracking number is was in transit.”

“Took almost 2 weeks to get an email to say the item was shipped but did not send tracking number, after at least another week and several attempts at contacting we were told that the item had been delivered to our address, less than 24 hours after placing the order and going from Victoria to Sydney, we told them that it had not arrived, we were sent a tracking number and screen shot to show it had been delivered, the tracking number did not exist or ever existing and instead of showing that it was delivered it only said dispatched. We were finally given the option of them sending another parcel or refund, of course we took the refund. A complete waste of time and did not appreciate being lied to, if I could give less than 1 star I would”

“I bought a tricycle/ balance bike for my sons birthday with estimated shipping mid November. I forgot all about it and when i emailed to ask, i got a response advising that stock had just come in and they were allocating and shipping orders. This was on a Sunday, i got an email a few hours later that it had been shipped. Now this is either an amazing coincidense or you also frgot about my order and only shipped it when i emailed. The bike is pretty cool though and feels solid hopefully my little boy can use this for a few years!”

“Through no fault of all4kidsonline, our gorgeous tricycle was late in arriving cos of issues with China. But we were kept abreast of all updates and have it now and LOVE it...well worth the wait”

“Poor communication regarding product updates. Due to the delays, i changed delivery address weeks before arrival and was assured it would be delivered to the new address and before Christmas. I checked in twice to make sure as it was my childs only present. Product was sent to old address and sat pending for a week before it was actually shipped, We had to drive 6 hours to collect it. Won't be buying through here again.”
