“I placed an order with them, realized that I had an extra item in my cart that I didn’t mean to buy and immediately put in a request to cancel it. 4 days later, the package is being shipped to me. I contacted them again and they said that there was nothing they could do. I am now expected to pay border fees for a package that I don’t want just to be able to return it or sell the items to get some money back. They ignored my cancellation request and now I’m being forced to pay. I am very unhappy with Alphalete.”
“I recently purchased 2 pairs of joggers from this site, total was 148 CAD after shipping (119.30 USD). I am now being asked to pay 75$ for duties on this extremely light product. I am supposed to pay 18.50 USD (23 CAD) for shipping and an extra 75$ CAD. This total of 93$ CAD of travelling fees for a product that is 125$ CAD in total (purely the product). This is ridiculous, be careful before purchasing from this company.
EDIT: package showed up today with now 81.37$ for duty fees. This puts up my total (shipping + duties) at 104.37$ CAD for a package valued at 125.00$ CAD. Do not buy from this site.”

However, I have not received my shorts yet and I have been waiting for weeks. I have been waiting patiently for my order and suddenly, they refund it without my consent.”

Customer service and the policy of this business is out of wack though, because of that-- forget about it! I'll never order sh!t from here again.
I placed two orders originally. The first order I was stupid and didn't realize the pants were navy and not black. I asked if they could cancel the order immediately after. The company declined, explaining it was inefficient for alphalete and I would have to return once received.
I suppose that's fine. A little annoyed seeing that's never happened to me while ordering online but fine.
I placed my second order for black pair of pants just before I emailed the company about ordering the wrong color, fit was too small when received but I really liked them so I orders a larger size.
When I sent the packages back ( the Navy blue pants and the black that were too small) and my money was returned they wouldn't refund me all my money, they held $6 for each delivery. I am not sure why!? I PAID FOR MY OWN SHIPPING TO GET IT TO ME AND WHEN I SENT THE TWO PACKAGES BACK! The explanation when I inquired about the refund was that I don't receive the shipping $$ back.

I would have continued to order more from this company but something's like left are unacceptable.
