“Useless customer service. Never deliver on committed date/time in the order. Charge additional for delivery but don't deliver on date/time mentioned in the order.
And no way to register a complaint. Online tracking shows attempted delivery and the delivery team is entering comments in their internal system stating customer did not answer the calls while attempting to deliver. In reality no one from AMAZON or delivery courier called the customer. They have done this multiple times with me. Everytime you call the customer service through call now option it takes minimum 15 mts to connect with a customer service representative. Any customer waiting on the call will loose patience and drop the call in 3 to 5 mts. But I have stayed on the call to get connected after 17 minutes of waiting.
They just don't know what is CUSTOMER SERVICE or to respect the commitments they have made in their own order.
I will never use this AMAZON.AE to order any thing i want.”

“I ordered the laptop from Amazon on 10th Nov and returned it on 15th Nov due to the battery drying out fast.
I have raised the complaint for my refund of AED 4545 however, Amazon has not approved the refund and I lost my money and looking for your support on this matter.
I have never faced this issue the delivery person picked up the product but now the seller is claiming the product was not received which is not acceptable. I am not sure why Amazon does not have the proper investigation team and support sellers not care about the customer.”

“Items were not delivered and received mail and SMS that the items were delivered. After contacting them they said it could be that their staff might have scanned the bar code wrongly. Asked me to wait for another 2 days to receive the item and will do refund if not received. Item was very urgent to me”

The next day their mobile app showed that the parcel was delivered, but I couldn’t find it anywhere, either under the door, or in the building. I reached to Amazon support and that advised me that my order was LOST. WTF, why are you lying to your buyers saying that the order was delivered, when it definitely wasn’t.
Another thing is that they do not provide you with invoices – you just cannot download than from mobile app, an error appears.
It was my first Amazon order ever and I will NEVER buy anything from it again. Guys, we live in 2k22, where the buyer shall AT LEAST have the COURIER TELEPHONE NUMBER and an option to SPECIFY THEIR APARTMENT for the purposes of delivery. 0 out of 10, pure disappointment. I had ordered on 31st August 2022, today is September 12 but no timeliness for delivery yet.when reached out today to customer care my phone was disconnected deliberately. On third time, I was assisted by one agent but he had no clue on the order. The only message was that he doesn't know as it is handle by designated dept. What a horrifying work culture.
