Amazon delivery has become a real joke NO I'm mean NO customer respect . I pay good money for items , not to have them thrown at my door like a paper boy. No ringing of door bell to announce arrival. Just throw package , take pictures. So unprofessional

Lied to by so called customer service reps, given the run around by scam delivery companies. Complete waste of time. Amazon used to be a great place to order things. Never again, it has gotten horrible over time. This company is a scam

Was supposed to receive a package last night but got the following notification from the driver: Delivery failure due to dog hazard. We don't have a dog... so WTF?! Another time they delayed my delivery with 5 days because of bad weather conditions. When I called the delivery company they stated that their driver took pictures of the snow in my area and they informed me that he couldn't access my property due to the snow. When I told them we had no snow on the ground and that I could prove it with the CCTV footage from my security cameras, everything became quiet. We stopped paying for Prime because it's useless and they don't deliver what they promise! We called CS last night but they weren't helpful at all. And obviously there are no consequences for the driver who lied about the dog hazard. I think he just didn't want to deliver the package because he wanted to go home early.

2nd time same thing happened. Delivered to wrong address in calgary and cherry on the top wrong product delivered . When called customer service ,only apology was this won’t happen next time. But what about this time ? Please hire some experienced delivery staff who can read address properly.

Amazon delivery was the best compared to third party delivery which they are switching back to Third party kept delivering to wrong addresses, stealing packages, skipping on delivering by just driving next to the house and taking off without even going up to the door and claiming no one was home and on top of it delivering pre orders weeks before release causing video game companies to lose a lot of money Honestly Amazon workers did a lot for the company and deserve better than how they were treated No way am I ordering from Amazon ever again if they go back to intercom They are probably greedy and cause so much waist of orders being thrown in the garbage (which was avoided with Amazon drivers) so expect more items to be tossed into the trash making it in top 5 most destructive companies causing pollution This is not a boycott this is speaking from the heart I lost over 600$ and I make less than 23k a year. This is pathetic and reminds me of the Montreal company aux vivres (yes it's me Jacobs. 🫵 shawnly, fabreeze, and waxigo)

Amazon does not follow through with parcels that have been left outside an apt building after delivery did not follow proper instructions.. Disabled and said i needed to report to police. Police dept lol at that since it is considered a public place.. Over 100.00 dollars of merchandise I paid for . Shame on Amazon as I thought they were better then this!!

Can’t count the amount of times now that Amazon has screwed up. Today a new screw up happened: I ordered something to be delivered same-day today. Time range was 4AM-8AM and they came at 4AM, which I guess is fine — I just didn’t expect it as it was the first time they ever tried delivering something at that time in the few years I’ve ordered from them. I discovered that when I woke up for work later on. Long story short, I contacted them via chat when I arrived to work and asked if delivery can be re-attempted. The associate named Ali via chat said they’ll put the request through and hopefully it can be done by end of day (well I should hope so, considering I paid extra for same-day delivery, but cool). I told that associate additional instructions on how the carrier can acquire access via my buzzer code even when I am at work. They said they’d relay the instructions. (Usually, my package is dropped at my unit door so the buzzer is never really needed). Then about an hour or two later, I received a call from the Amazon warehouse and I was told by Kayleigh that someone may deliver the package today, otherwise it would be tomorrow at the latest. A few hours later, around 6 something PM, the app notifies me my order has been cancelled and at this point I’m confused and irritated as hell. Who authorized that? And when I checked tracking it showed “customer refused delivery.” How’s that? Considering I was at work from morning till evening and still wasn’t home. Nor did I receive a call or text like the first delivery attempt did, and as Kayleigh assured that I’d be contacted because I borough it up. I also brought it up with Ali, noting that I’d keep my phone close by, which I did as Kayleigh wouldn’t have been able to speak with me had I not. So why lie about the reason for canceling? That’s mad shady and weirdo behaviour for a company this big. And I’ve never seen that reason before on Amazon. It’s almost as if they were trying to place blame on me to hide the fact that they never attempted the second delivery. Unfortunately I had to re-purchase the item after being refunded and now have to wait till next week in hopes of it being delivered this time. According to the last associate I spoke with, they will make a complaint against the carrier but unfortunately can’t confirm or provide details of what the outcome could or would be because the matter is “internal.” So in other words, I shouldn’t take their word for anything as I have no way of knowing if action will be taken to avoid stupid mishaps like this. They could just be saying what they think the customer wants to hear. And everytime they try those PR lines, I cringe so hard cause you sound fake and you are fake. All of which I’m not surprised about because it has happened multiple times. And it’s crazy that some of these associates will give you attitude because you’re explaining the situation and not taking it lightly. If you retort back to something they say that makes no sense or sounds like AI lines that don’t help anything, they wanna act like they’re the ones wronged. Like are you okay? It’s you guys’ problem if you cause an issue and are expected to rectify it. And a lot of us have to rely on Amazon for certain things that we may be unable to acquire elsewhere or in a certain time. Amazon lacks organization among their employees when it comes to customer service and support. They tell you different things and often don’t follow through. Often times, you have to repeat the same thing or re-explain over and over, and over…and over again. They’ll tell you things like “it will never happen again” but you know that be because 98% of the time, it will happen again. Like it’s okay to admit it might happen again but you’ll try to minimize the mistakes. Their carriers also apparently lack any comprehension skills and behave lazily. Seems like they hire anyone willing to work and that’s all it takes. This time, I felt compelled to make a review somewhere because it’s happened too many times and it’s always either something new or the same shenanigans. Either way, Amazon needs to do better before they turn every client into a Karen and Chad. Stop the weirdo behaviour and do better for the people that pay you to stay in business.

I am very disappointed with Amazon selling policies, because I find many dishonest and crooked vendors on there. For example, they advertise as they guarantee returns and refunds, when in fact if you try to return something, you get a message “this item is NOT eligible for return”. This refers to dog’s treats and supplements. Once I received a very stale dog’s treats and another time a completely EXPIRED supplements at a full price. You cannot even address such issue to Amazon. There is even no way to contact them about it! Another big problem is that some vendors apologize for a defected products and promise a refund, but indeed NEVER refund you the money! Make sure you don’t forget to follow up on your refunds. I last my money twice because I didn’t check on time.

I have had difficulty receiving all of my orders in the last several months. It used to be so good but there deliveries have completely tanked. It's not acceptable to wait for delivery only to have to go through the refund process. Its become a complete waste of time and a horrific hassle.

Put in an order, order gets cancelled and then account blocked. I phone Amazon, they unlock it guarantee it won’t happened again and it does. 5th time now of this happening. Just spoke to some specialist who transferred me to another specialist and hung up. I have no energy left. You’ve made it impossible for me to spend my money.

The only thing Amazon is good at is sending items and Excepting returns. Good luck if there’s a there’s a problem with either of those two things And it’s not the seller’s fault… dealing with Amazon‘s customer service is the worst in the business. They have no idea what they’re talking about and will pass the buck continually until you give up. Even if you press on and speak with a supervisor, you’ll get the same treatment. You may even get hung up on because they don’t know the answer. And this is speaking to them politely they’ll still do all of the above. Amazon, you just Continue to get worse as time passes. Shame, because content and execution is there, but that’s where it stops.

Seriously, 2 days later, still not received!! will cancel and buy elsewhere at better price.! YOU A JOKE AMAZON!

Amazon is purposely using their website to create confusion when ordering and it's very easy to choose the wrong choice in shipping because they're constantly pushing Prime on you and even if you speak to a customer service rep 2 minutes after ordering a product they will lie to you and tell you not to worry about it that they will take care of it so my advice to anybody ordering from Amazon is check your shipping label immediately and if you see a problem cancel the order immediately... I've been trying to get a refund of $15 for shipping that was qualified for free shipping since before Christmas and we are now mid-January..
