I used to love amazon used it before even it was popular With this third party seller I am getting royally screwed don’t know if I am going to pay taxes if thr item is defective there is no guarantees Going to go online to other places where I know what I am getting and ans have support

I bought a suit for my son for about 200CAD. The seller gave me a bogus tracking number and said it shipped. I contacted the seller and got a message saying the seller left the Amazon Store. And now Amazon will not refund. So I spent 200 dollars and got nothing.

AMAZON BUYERS be CAUTION ⚠ , NEVER buy products from AMAZON or refund, AMAZON TRIED TO SEND YOU THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND ASSUMING YOU WILL RETURN IT, WHEN YOU RETURNING, AMAZON WILL ALWAYS CHARGE YOU RESTOCKING FEE FOR CLAIMING THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU RETURN WAS DAMAGED. I purchase from Amazon.ca The LG laptop I received was the incorrect descriptions as state on Amazon's website, and I didn't even open it and decided to return and when Amazon received it, and charged me $360 restocking fee for saying that the laptop has seriously damage, that's a LIE, I didn't even run this laptop how can it be damaged, the only reason is Amazon send me the damaged false descriptions laptop and knowing that I will definitely return it and when I send back, Amazon just use the only one reason to everyone who return the electronic "YOUR ARE RETURNING A DAMAGE PRODUCT" tried to ripped OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! I've spend so much time on calling and emailing to all level of Amazon.ca Rep, but either insist or not replying back for my appeal for refunding $360 NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY at AMAZON, AMAZON IS A SUPER SUPER "BLACK-HEARTED PROFITEERS".

Amazon won't let you post your bad reviews in there, if the customer has bad experience definitely, she/he should have the right to post it

Customer service is excellent but obviously they have logistics problems. I have had ups and downs with Amazon over the years but never complained. I usually order things to my business and have a very clear delivery instructions. It seems the delivery people lately don't read/follow the instructions. In a four-week period, they failed to deliver 6 out of 8 orders ! I had one last issue today when the order status changed from shipped to undeliverable. Although I was on the phone with customer service inquiring about unusual tracking information and the gentleman stated that my order is out of delivery and would arrive at 8 pm, which is 2 hours beyond the delivery time window. 2 minutes later he informed me that the items were damaged and my order had to be returned to the fulfillment center (what a lame excuse). Oh I forgot to mention that this order was supposed to be delivered yesterday! Amazon's performance declined since Jeff removed his brain from his head and put it in his D I C K. Maybe I am nobody to him, but remember Jeff that there are people like me who helped you get into that position, and we can reverse it. it is only a matter of time.

Don't buy any battery item from Amazon they will not warranty it after one year even if it's an expensive Renogy Battery with a 5 year pro rated warranty. They just tell you to bad......read this https://www.amazon.ca/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201014520

Amazon has changed their shipping practice and now has resorted to shipping products without any packaging as if you bought it off the store shelf and then said package item gets thrown on your veranda even if it's a small item or food item. No care or concern here when you complain! They blame it on trying to reduce their carbon footprint when actual fact they're just cheaping out. Is what customers don't know is that they build in packaging and shipping into the cost of the products that you buy. They send somebody else a third party company to pick up a return when you're not able to return it yourself and when that third party screws up they say they're not responsible for it and they won't talk to you anymore about it. so it's up to you to deal with that third party they won't accept a complaint about them nor take any further action on it despite the fact that they hire them and their their customer not you. This has happened many times to me over the coming past months and I'm fed up with it so as a result Amazon has lost my business I will shop elsewhere!! I do not recommend them they've gotten worse over the recent. Of time there is no customer service!!!

Tired of having my driveway blocked by your drivers. If you see no spots please circle around. I live on a main street and I'm in my car trying to leave and this van pulls up. When I asked to leave he says I have a few packages? What? Move. Then he threatens to ne er deliver to me again. It's my driveway? And im leaving?? This is the 10th time atleast this year!

I bought a camera monitor from Amazon Canada atomos V for around $900. I received the package I opened it and what I found in the package was a $5 monitor which blown my mind me and my wise were shocked, right away I called the customer service and the lady told me I am issuing a return label and you’re gonna refunded, after 2 weeks I received an email from Amazon that We’re gonna charge you because you didn’t return the original item and they said this is the last decision and we’re not gonna reply to any questions. I contacted customer service many times but They told me we can’t help you. Be aware! Don’t buy any expensive item from amazon they gonna pick your pocket in daylight.

They closed my account, and cannot find it. I lost thousands in audiobooks, and unable to exchange anything, etc . . Customer service is beyond useless, endless transfers and different departments. There is no one that can take accountability or do anything, and after two weeks I am still waiting for an "account specialist" to contact me --- they assured me it would be 24 hours.

Bought a 4 cube closet organizer Mar 20/22 and received Mar 24. Paid $152.68cdn with taxes. Quality was less than expected Assembled it and am using it A week later the exact same product I could pay $94.90 with taxes Wrote to Amazon customer service that they ripped me off. I’ve had zero news since. I consider myself as a very good customer that has purchased too much from them. Now they’ve stolen $63.72 from me and they’re hiding their heads in the sand like Ostriches Deceitful SOBs and I will close my account soon Amazon Canada delights in screw-in good customers

I entered “Ukrainian doll” but the only items that came up were Russian dolls!! How ridiculous!! Especially now that Putin has waged war on Ukraine no one in their right mind should be buying/supporting Russia never mind Amazon should absolutely not be selling Russian items!! Hypocritical to have “We stand with Ukraine” at the top of the main page of Amazon if you’re only selling Russian dolls. There are 2 dolls that say Ukrainian but when you click on them and read the details they are described as Russian!! Do you even know what you are doing Amazon?

We have ordered many little things under a hundred dollars. First major purchase I make they forget yo ship my order and forget to me about it. My wife and I were going on holidays, this is why we purchase this product to begin with. After contacting a manager, I was informed that he new absolutely nothing. Further more he could provide absolutely no support. Cancel the order or not!!!!!!!!! I'm super disappointed and I will be shopping at banggood from this point on!!!

I return a pair a boots cause they are too small and buy a second pair larger and never got a refund for the first pair. I wrote a bad review and Amazon wouldn’t post it and supported the seller stealing my money.

For the most part Amazon is a handy way to get things, especially when you are rural and have to travel a long ways for shopping. Unfortunately there packing department does not have much common sense. I order Pails of cat litter. they are sealed and have a handy handle on them. But instead of just sticking a packing label on the pail they throw them in boxes, so 2 pails in a big box or 3 pails in a bigger box.... and if you order anything else they put it in there too. 4 months in a row now I have received a large box with a couple pails of litter and 3 boxes of coffee pods- as you can imagine the boxes of coffee pods are destroyed. I have attempted to contact customer service to see how i go about getting the pails shipped not in the box with the coffee. But customer service was only willing to send me a prepaid label to send the litter back..... or the coffee back....... they were less than useless and just infuriated me.

Im so sick of Writing Delivery Instructions when Clearly No one knows how to follow them. Jist recently, two packages delievered on two different days. I clearly added "Ring Doorbell" And the packages are delievered barely on the porch. Top step. No door bell rang. I had to call home to make sure someone can go outside and pick it up.

I liked Amazon only because their return policy was convenient, except when you buy from third party sellers. It was easy because they had Canada post, UPS & Purolator. Now it is only Purolator and they do not have outlets in most neighborhood. It is really difficult when you have restrictions, like not having a car, or not within the walking distance etc. They should have at least two Carriers to return their items. Amazon will loose as lot of business due to this

For some reason Amazon has products for sale sold by Amazon.ca that can't be shipped to Canada lol tried talking to customer service they can't tell me anything. Say it has shipped to some people but won't tell me where. Tried where i lived. Also Ottawa Montreal and Toronto. With no luck. Seems like this is illegal to have a product thats not available for a sale price. Walmart Canadian tire etc are not allowed to do this why is amazon allowed
