Prices are way high comparing to other platforms and websites - before writing this review, I have called Amazon customer service especially to complain about that, and the weird thing is that they were surprised that their prices are higher than others .. but mo action taken unfortunately so I changed to ebay and other e-commerce platforms

WARNING TO ALL!! NEVER BUY GIFT CARDS OR RELOAD A GIFT CARD BECAUSE IF AMAZON DECIDES TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SOME BOGUS REASON THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE VALUE OF YOUR GIFT CARDS BACK!! I DID NOT RECIEVE A DELIVERY AND I HAD PROOF FROM ASL DISTRIBUTION AND I ASKED FOR A REFUND TO BE A GIFT CARD ON THEIR SITE TO RE BUY EVERYTHING, I DID GET THE REFUND AS A GIFT CARD AND THE NEXT DAY THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT STATING I REFUND TOO MUCH AND SAID THAT ITS PART OF THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS , I ASKED FOR THE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD BACK AND THEY SAID NO TO ME STATING IT BELONGS TO THEM NOW!! WOW THEY ARE STEALING THIEVES, I WROTE TO JEFF BEZOS AND HE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT IT!! PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST THIS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS COMPANY , THEY ARE CRAZY BEYOND BELIEF! I’m about to stop ordering all together from amazon. And I will do all Christmas and birthday shopping with them. I’m sick and tired of their drivers. We have 3 dogs. That bark. Surprise surprise. Never once in my life have dogs gotten out of this yard let alone bothered anyone. Their drivers don’t like dogs. Sure. Whatever. But now they aren’t even delivering my packages because they don’t want to approach a house with dogs. 5 times I have had to run outside to tell them to give me my packages. They don’t speak much English other then dogs. I tell them the dogs are in a fenced yard and never once gotten out or attacked anyone, ever. 5 times this has happened!!!!!! Now today I left them inside as much as possible because I knew my package was coming and I needed what was inside. One dog went out and they wouldn’t even go to the mail box, which is obviously outside the yard. If you don’t like dogs or are terrified that much don’t do deliveries. Possibly why I haven’t received packages in the past. 7.7 million house holds in Canada have dogs, maybe choose a different job !!!!!!!

Amazon delivery is very good. Now the not so good!! I called Amazon only to find out their toll free number had been replaced by a phone pay for use charge. I was trying to obtain a refund on a shipping charge and went through various automatic responses from them that were no good for what I was needing! At some point another site called "Just Answer" came on my screen and gave me a temporary password to continue with them. Something did not seem right with this as I already had a password with Amazon and did not continue any longer with them .I did not enter the temporary password anywhere and just turned off my computer. Now the real issue! This morning I checked my credit card and have three charges totaling $123.29, as a preauthorized payment with part of this being recurring as a monthly for a membership! I gave this company NO information so I assume that would have had to come from Amazon. I cannot believe that Amazon would pass my credit card information to a third party, however I can think of no other way of them getting it. Just Ask has over 2,000 complaints through the Better Business Bureau, I believe, in California and these people certainly appear to be scammers!

Amazon will sell it Amazon will take your money. Then when it's poor quality, broken, damaged Amazon says its a 3rd party seller. Shameful go shop at stores at least they will help

3 hrs to get thru....endured multiple disconections and 2 hang ups and 8 people later NO RESOLVE . They screwed up my order wrong frame and it was damaged to boot. Refused to have UPS pick up insisted we return to drop off. We are seniors the pkg was 100lbs we couldn't lift it and drop off was 2 hrs away. There only other solution was for them to pick up but it would take over a week for them just to process the email to do this yet refused to refund me. They screw up and customers get to pay for it. I could see if the amount was minimal but it was a bed I needed and the amount of the bed alone was $300. Never Again......Abominable customer service!!!!!! You can clearly see its white not black as ordered you can clearly see its WH on box and you can clearly see some of the damage and the amazon shipping labels

Had a package supposed to be delivered but the amazon courier is not traimed enough to do thier job well,they deliver it on a wrong address according to a photo provided upon delivery..i called the amazon costumer service right away,they refund the item i purchased but not really happy on thier actions..so frustrating

I have been experiencing ridiculous customer service who hang up the phone on your face and I believe I should stop buying anything from Amazon because I retuned one item but didn’t get the refund yet and nobody wants to listen. This is the time to shut this company. Very disappointed with this company. Our local stores are better than this.

I used to love amazon used it before even it was popular With this third party seller I am getting royally screwed don’t know if I am going to pay taxes if thr item is defective there is no guarantees Going to go online to other places where I know what I am getting and ans have support

I bought a suit for my son for about 200CAD. The seller gave me a bogus tracking number and said it shipped. I contacted the seller and got a message saying the seller left the Amazon Store. And now Amazon will not refund. So I spent 200 dollars and got nothing.

AMAZON BUYERS be CAUTION ⚠ , NEVER buy products from AMAZON or refund, AMAZON TRIED TO SEND YOU THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND ASSUMING YOU WILL RETURN IT, WHEN YOU RETURNING, AMAZON WILL ALWAYS CHARGE YOU RESTOCKING FEE FOR CLAIMING THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU RETURN WAS DAMAGED. I purchase from Amazon.ca The LG laptop I received was the incorrect descriptions as state on Amazon's website, and I didn't even open it and decided to return and when Amazon received it, and charged me $360 restocking fee for saying that the laptop has seriously damage, that's a LIE, I didn't even run this laptop how can it be damaged, the only reason is Amazon send me the damaged false descriptions laptop and knowing that I will definitely return it and when I send back, Amazon just use the only one reason to everyone who return the electronic "YOUR ARE RETURNING A DAMAGE PRODUCT" tried to ripped OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! I've spend so much time on calling and emailing to all level of Amazon.ca Rep, but either insist or not replying back for my appeal for refunding $360 NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY at AMAZON, AMAZON IS A SUPER SUPER "BLACK-HEARTED PROFITEERS".

Customer service is excellent but obviously they have logistics problems. I have had ups and downs with Amazon over the years but never complained. I usually order things to my business and have a very clear delivery instructions. It seems the delivery people lately don't read/follow the instructions. In a four-week period, they failed to deliver 6 out of 8 orders ! I had one last issue today when the order status changed from shipped to undeliverable. Although I was on the phone with customer service inquiring about unusual tracking information and the gentleman stated that my order is out of delivery and would arrive at 8 pm, which is 2 hours beyond the delivery time window. 2 minutes later he informed me that the items were damaged and my order had to be returned to the fulfillment center (what a lame excuse). Oh I forgot to mention that this order was supposed to be delivered yesterday! Amazon's performance declined since Jeff removed his brain from his head and put it in his D I C K. Maybe I am nobody to him, but remember Jeff that there are people like me who helped you get into that position, and we can reverse it. it is only a matter of time.

Amazon has changed their shipping practice and now has resorted to shipping products without any packaging as if you bought it off the store shelf and then said package item gets thrown on your veranda even if it's a small item or food item. No care or concern here when you complain! They blame it on trying to reduce their carbon footprint when actual fact they're just cheaping out. Is what customers don't know is that they build in packaging and shipping into the cost of the products that you buy. They send somebody else a third party company to pick up a return when you're not able to return it yourself and when that third party screws up they say they're not responsible for it and they won't talk to you anymore about it. so it's up to you to deal with that third party they won't accept a complaint about them nor take any further action on it despite the fact that they hire them and their their customer not you. This has happened many times to me over the coming past months and I'm fed up with it so as a result Amazon has lost my business I will shop elsewhere!! I do not recommend them they've gotten worse over the recent. Of time there is no customer service!!!

Tired of having my driveway blocked by your drivers. If you see no spots please circle around. I live on a main street and I'm in my car trying to leave and this van pulls up. When I asked to leave he says I have a few packages? What? Move. Then he threatens to ne er deliver to me again. It's my driveway? And im leaving?? This is the 10th time atleast this year!

I bought a camera monitor from Amazon Canada atomos V for around $900. I received the package I opened it and what I found in the package was a $5 monitor which blown my mind me and my wise were shocked, right away I called the customer service and the lady told me I am issuing a return label and you’re gonna refunded, after 2 weeks I received an email from Amazon that We’re gonna charge you because you didn’t return the original item and they said this is the last decision and we’re not gonna reply to any questions. I contacted customer service many times but They told me we can’t help you. Be aware! Don’t buy any expensive item from amazon they gonna pick your pocket in daylight.

They closed my account, and cannot find it. I lost thousands in audiobooks, and unable to exchange anything, etc . . Customer service is beyond useless, endless transfers and different departments. There is no one that can take accountability or do anything, and after two weeks I am still waiting for an "account specialist" to contact me --- they assured me it would be 24 hours.
