I ordered a 48 pc Roller set for perming hair and most of them were broken straight out of the package, I have an Amazon account but apparently do not qualify to write a review on any items. These problems along with process it takes to either get a refund or exchange makes Amazon not worth being apart of.

I have been a longtime Prime member but hearing what is happening with the union in Quebec made me sell my shares in the company and I am planning on buying much less and potentially getting rid of my Prime account.

I waste my time putting the order through, then I get a message saying that I will receive my package within two days because I am a Amazon Prime Member. Then from there on, I get about 5 messages stating a different delivery date.......then finally after weeks or months, I have to call Amazon to find out where my package is, then have their customer support person tell me, that it got lost somewhere. What crappy customer service is this. I am getting totally turned off in shopping with Amazon.ca. Believe me folks, this kind of bad service happened to me many times. If I earned a penny for every, "sorry", then I would be rich

Poor customer service and poor delivery service. Protocol is not always followed where pancakes are left in the lobby instead of being brought to the unit door as instructed and based on Amazon policy! Packages are also being thrown sometimes by the delivery guys and delivered to the wrong unit or the wrong building.

Why can Amazon not find my new address when Canada Post can? It is a new subdivision and deliveries are made to the older houses 2 streets down (less than 1 km away).

The last two orders to our home have been scheduled for 4am dropoff which we DID NOT request, and left outside our building and had to be resent because they were lost/stolen. we do not know why this 4am dropoff is being selected and we do not want any further complications.

In the last 6 months delivery service has gone way done hill, I no longer receive my package next day with certain carriers yet Amazon continues to use them no matter how much I complain

Placed order of product which only declared regular shpg charge. Within a couple days informed 'undeliverable", no specifics stated. And they declared order cancelled, with refund upcoming. Will not waste time in future initializing customer service, since the actual utility is contrary to implied service options ! Just their version of a 'chatbot' , with no option to input exactly why you're contacting, "customer service", just a series of questions with only restrictive multiple-choices !! Decided to attempt "buy it again" . Ya would think since their system stated undeliverable and full refund of course stated incoming, that they would hope for customer recovery after delay in product purchase by not charging for shpg. and implement faster delivery option for "buy it again", due to their system declaring "undeliverable" of a product that was disclosed via shpg. history, as being from a u.s.-based warehouse and actually making it up to eastern Canada !!! So ya would think, auto' free/faster shpg. when customer has chosen to still buy the product via amazon Canada.

They didn't. I had a problem with a seller and Amazon emailed me to say they were taking care of it which they didn't The product was mislabeled and all I wanted was a replacement of the right color. I ordered holographic and they sent me a mislabeled can of silver paint. Amazon has not replied in any shape or form. I'm thinking they don't care about their customers even though there's other places out there that I could buy my products from. I think that's what I'm going to do. After all the money that I spent at Amazon you think they help me out over a can of paint but they don't seem to care. By Amazon hello Etsy. PS your star thing doesn't seem to work so I give you zero Stars.

Ever since a new deliver company was hired, I haven’t been getting my packages for all sorts of different reason. I can’t actual speak to costumer service as it’s all done online. This has happened to my son as well and it’s very upsetting especially when I’ve been dealing with Amazon for a long time without previous issues. This is the last time this will happen to me as I’m closing my account and going somewhere else even if it means paying more for the same items

Been a long time very frequent customer. They do not want to talk to you as obvious with their menu jail. Up until 2 days ago I got a 3 hr delivery window and the # of stops away before my stop. That has all stopped. What does it take to ring a door bell. Drivers just throw the pkgs on the front steps even behind the door so you cant open the door. Shame on your customer service

Amazon prime is getting pathetic and pulling a Netflix. You cannot access your account on another device without getting suspended. They send codes through email/cell and instead of troubleshooting the problem once you have proven your identity, it completely suspends your account and forces you to call customer service. It’s inconvenient and unnecessary for Amazon to do this. God forbid a customer wants to go on their laptop or tablet or have their spouse order themselves something.

The book I ordered from Amazon was received within a few days. However, the book was received in damaged condition - one corner dented in. Shipped and sold by Amazon. Lesson learned - buy books through and pick up at a bookstore where you can see what you're getting.

I have complained to customer service at least twice and been told issue would be corrected. Shipping instructions state "MUST BE LEFT BETWEEN DOORS" I order expensive items and packages are still left on the porch.

I was very happy with Amazon until recently. The wrong item was shipped. When received, I tried to contact for a return but was told it was not returnable. I tried to contact the seller but the contact did not work. I tried to contact customer service at Amazon but there doesn't seem to be one. I just keep going in circles with the questions asked. So now I have something I did not order and I did not receive the item I did order. Very unhappy.

Intelcom has to be the worst carrier service ever! Why Amazon continues to use them is beyond me! Packages are continually a week late and they can't find an address if it doesn't show up on Google Maps! Meanwhile, packages shipped by Canada Post are always on time and at my door!

I love Amazon when my packages come, I dont understand, I put in my order and everything I ordered says it will be delivered on the same day, Awesome but only 1 item out of 4 arrives? Following the tracking, its all on the way and on the last day I check in and find out most of it is being shipped back and I will be sent a refund?? I ordered the Amazon TV stick along with the wiring I need that go's with it, the stick arrived but the wiring did not? Like why does that happen? Now I have to wait to be refunded then re order what I need to wait another 2-3 weeks and hope it comes? You would think those kinds of things would be shipped together in the same box?? This seems to happened every time I have put in a order lately. Only some comes in. My address is not hard to find. How much stuff gets damaged and is undeliverable? Why is it tracked all the way to my city, then its sent back? It was picked up by the carrier and on its way then what happens? Frustrated. The Christmas gifts I ordered did not all arrive some not at all. I understand if roads are bad and parcels are late, I get that but when you follow the updates, getting excited your parcels are supposed to arrive, wait all day and find out its being shipped back with no explanation? Waiting for their shipment to come back before your refunded to turn around and re order or find a place to buy what you need close by. Where we live our city has nothing much locally and we have to drive to the next city to buy stuff.
