I have ordered a mobile from Amazon. But i didn't receive it, delivery boy is not responding to the calls. Customer care number is also not connecting. If you are not able to delivery the product in time just update it in one day before not before 10 minutes.

Pathetic service by amazon, product is not delivered even after delivery and there has been no update on delivery, its has been dispatched from a place 9 days ago but there has been no update where it has been reached and at the end of day they just cancelled the order. Even did not refunded my money.

ADVERTISEMENT DURING COVID-19 SHOWS DELIVERY GUY WEARING PPE KIT THEY DON'T WEAR IT AND I DON'T EXPECT IT BUT why WRONG ADVERTISING. It's absolutely unethical and unececcasary they may give good price good service but wrong doing should never be allowed

When every other online portal is giving delivery in current situation, Amazon is just too scared and has their own theory and philosophy about not delivering. They however are delivering across the road. As if across the road as the pin code changes, so does the corona scare. I feel it is all hype that Amazon has created. I have decided to leave Amazon.

Amazon denied to deliver the product which was already in the Destination Amazon hub from past 6 days. It was a prepaid parcel. I have been contacting the customer care service from the past 6 days, and every Amazon agent gave me the same reply that the parcel will be delivered but it's facing a delay due to the current scenario (Covid-19). They asked me to trust Amazon and assured me that the parcel will be delivered. But after 6 days when I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered I got to see that my parcel has been cancelled by Amazon without even informing me. That is really something disappointing. One thing I would like to add that Amazon must upgrade their customer care services. Because each of them speak different issues. Very Poor service. A high reflection of unprofessionalism. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I had placed an prepaid order in March 2020. Still did not receive the item. It is just showing dispatched. Amazon app does not provide any option of cancelling the order and mentions that the return date has passed. I fail to understand, if I did not receive the item how would there be a date as per return policy. The contact us option sucks. They offer a callback, phone rings and it auto disconnects within 2 seconds. The chat option does not provide any help either and goes on in loop without resolution. Overall pathetic service. I just want clarity on where my item is or need a refund. It's that simple. Thanks

Order # 404-2597577-6961148 Dt 22/5/2020 Bournvita 750 gm received completely set as brick & can't use. No replacement/ refund policy for unhegine supply is clear wastage of money .

Their product delivery is too long. I do not know why they have a customer service- it is useless. Lastly when you cancel anything, it takes so long to get the refund and sometimes it never show up on your card.

I have used Amazon in several countries. For the last two months I have been using Amazon for purchase and delivery in Noida, UP. Positives - (1) I get an email notification of delivery (2) I receive a phone call from the delivery agent (they are not allowed to come to my address and have to deliver at the gate to our sector) (3) no damaged deliveries Negative - **everything is delivered separately**. I get 2 to three SEPARATE deliveries from Amazon in one day. For a world leading logistics company this is absolutely pathetic. In 45C heat I have to trudge to the colony gate 3 times a day to collect my deliveries just because the ““logistics” company does not understand consolidation of delivery.

I paid for 20 packets of biscuits but they delivered 12 and didn't return the rest of the money.

I am so frustrated. These people return stuffs without checking. I ordered things for donation and they returned it stating that nobody was home. Liars.

We order 10kg discovery fish food vide Amazon order no 40828665197189120 seller taiyo pet products Pvt Ltd, mistakenly they sent only one kg When contacted with Amazon they give Mobile no of suppler, when contacted them they immediately respond and aggree to send balance product immediately Now complaint solved Thanks to Amazon and seller for immediate response

Order not delivered Order no.#171-3860398-5175568 placed on 29th April 2020. Mailing customer care is a waste of time. One mail says they could not call me since they dont have my no.When I gave my no, the next mail says they have no provision to call Trail mail in response followed by every other company is deliberatley blocked here so that each mail goes to a different customer care staff. Absolutely disgsusting.

I liked to give zero but there was no such option. I am saying this after associated with them for past few years as a seller and Byuer. Both the experience is bitter. Once you're cheated by Amazon you should then and there leave them as it will continue and there will be no solution. I can tell their game. You call for problem. They will tell you to send mail or will send you a link to again explain the matter. You will do and wait and wait. If you call them the answer is we are looking into complaint has taken. Have you ever wondered why they have no complaints no and return call policy once complaint got resolved. Why they make you run like a Govt office from this desk to that desk. Because they know after a certain time you will be tired and loose. They train their stuffs following same protocol.

Its totally unsafely.. because today Amazon Deducted my Amazon Pay Balance rs 620 .. when I checked there is 2 orders placed of Rs 620 .. Amazon Company fraud with me.. I didn't like . This very bed Services I think some will login my I'd then placed orders.. very poor Services. Better then paytm is very safe and secure..

#Amazon #fleecing the customers, taking advantage of #covid19 situation. I had ordered a product form Amazon India on March 22, 2020. Since the lockdown strated on March 23, there App said the product delivery suspended due to lockdown. On April 24 they chage the status saying that they had rescheduled the delivery for May 4, as customer requested rescheduling, although I never did it. On May 2 midnight they initiate the refund cancelling the order, once again without taking my consent, when they were aware that government is relaxing the lockdown. On May 4, Amazon says delivery possible to your pincode but now the price of the product is increased by Rs 800. Amazon India trying to tkae advantage of #lockdown and charge people more despite keeping the money for almost one and a half month.
