“My all other experience with Amazon have been great and have never faced any issues whatsoever. This review is based on just one issue detailed below. REFUND PENDING SINCE 8th Oct 2019. This is reg order ID 408-0067737-9314770. Product received on 7th Oct 2019 is not at all up to the expectation, first information given to Amazon CC on 8th Oct 2019. Very hard to move mechanics seems to be of inferior quality. Since 8th Oct, 19 tickets were raised, File Claim was initiated, A to Z was initiated, have written to buyer-claims & resolution email IDs, have spoken MULTIPLE times with Amazon CC executives, BUT NOTHING and MY MONEY IS STUCK UP.”

“My friend is order Samsung phone m21s was on 1st of aug . Amazon delivery estimate in 10th of aug. But still he is not receive him product. We are track orders in amazon it is showing 3rd of aug. In mumbra after that no comments update in tracking orders , I think we are comaplin against this of consumer court And he trying to call customer service on amazon but there is no response from them. What kind of service ur providing to customers. Very cheap and 3rd class service.”

“I ordered a Lenovo tablet, order number 403-8684864-8545944 and a damaged product was delivered. Since then I am trying to return but they are avoiding and nobody coming to pick up an not returning my money. I sent pics of damaged screen also. I called them almost 10 times. Its already 3 weeks. My money got struck with them. Please don't order electronic item online on Amazon. Big headache.”

“I own a fire phone and is answering on it at the moment.I bought it from Amazon.The better product quality,easy product shipping and good customer service. The fire phone has great graphics in the 3D visual but Lags behind the Os, and hardware perspective. Call and text quality is A+ Smooth design. It has a very limited app store, not as large as the play store and has a lot of knock off apps. Camera is A+ Video is about a B- . Voice search by holding the home button is poor. But over all, it's a great phone if you're not interesting in a very over the top product. A simple 3D phone with typical standards.”

“Dear Team we had a very disappointing response from Mr. Prince customer care executive which he is telling my address is incomplete and he is not ready to point out what is that . its more than 40 minutes we waited and its the first time we are getting such a humiliation in our life . i strongly recommend you to take necessary action against this particular person and sort out our issue otherwise we will compel to write against you in all reviews”

“I had ordered a mobile under exchange program. Delivery guy cancelled ordered because there is a small scratch on old one. I said I will pay the balance amount please deliver the mobile & he refused citing policy & cancelled the order. When customer is ready to pay the balance amount what is the problem? This adds reordering work to customer & waiting for another 2 days. Amazon also has to go through a whole cycle of delivery rework again. In what way this policy helps either customer or Amazon??? Offlate Amazon policies have become dumb & non customer friendly. I also lost the Amazon sale credit card offer which is not available now if I reorder it. The is no more attractive to buy. Wondering how Amazon is framing such a dumb policy which neither helps customer nor Amazon!!!!”

“delieverd product was defective . And now i am slogging to get my refund . first time my product was not picked by the delievery boy and then they given me next date. In that day product was picked but a person from station in their supply chain called me on phone and said to talk to coustomer services fot writing some kind of note about the issue. and now i have became a football between them, calling one person to the other and still not got my refund of 33990 rupees.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON ..I order samsung A80 and they are doing fraud with it .. they give me used phone .. and sim2 slot is not working at all .. I ordered first time and this was the bad experience ever .. and when i put complain they told me that it was not amazon’s mistake .. like how?? You give us used cellphone worth rs. 34k and you said its not your mistake .. you making us fool .. i visit service centre of samsung and they told me all these things that this is used phone .. you think its joke .. i spent a big amount on a fake site .. return it asap otherwise i will put complain and i have a proof that its a used cellphone ..”

“Me and my full family has taken amazon membership since many years and a lot of purchasing done every month. Recently I have also taken prime membership. But now I am facing many issues and i can't write all.Among them top 3 problems that I faced are : 1. Ordered Fortune dishwasher powder pack of 5 ( seller is cloud tail and its Amazon brand ). They sent fake product as outside pack was ok but instead of dishwasher detergent there is some other product. After notifying them they are refusing to refund my money back. 2. I ordered stationary item and on the delivery date they cancelled and I received msg. I have ordered that item to gift someone and in the last day I received that msg and it made me helpless!! 3. Recently in mid July I ordered Doms kit and that was also my rakhshabandhan gift . It was supposed to deliver by 31st July and from that day regularly I get an update that item will be delivered by 9pm today. And the same msg I received regularly till 3rd Aug 2020. I tried to call seller( and mail them )as well as I called Amazon customer care, also I chat on amazon customer care many times for delivery but no response!! On 4thAug I received msg that ordered delivery is extended.... What is this are they making fool of their customers??. My sister ordered Rakhi recently and all rakhis that was received were not the same that she ordered.... Such a fraud Amazon are doing ... Also , they are not at all customer friendly as still I am waiting for my refund.... many times I mailed also but no response.. I would never recommend anyone for Amazon membership!!!”

“Worst experience Guys guys guys ! Do not buy anything from Amazon they are especially seller are making you fool by sending fake item .what actually the doing is to put fake products inside the orginal package for the company u have ordered .I'm surprised to see my product OMG ..don't buy any product guys ...and if u buy any product which lesser than 1500 in a year they dont even bother not give you the chance of right to complaints about seller 😒😒😒😒😒 I have a proof of evidence see pictures.what I received (fake cover ) what I've order (golden sand back cover ) and what Amazon India says”

“Very bad experience with amazon in this time of lockdown when people are afraid of going out and doing shopping for Rakhis. Rakshabandhan is around, amazon is misusing customer's sentiments. I have ordered twice for Rakhis on Amazon but every time I received incorrect Rakhis. This is not done, we select Rakhis after keeping in mind our emotions and relation with our brothers. This is unacceptable.”

“Hi Their, Who ever is taking care for this dptmnt.I have always order's many product's from Amazon.Keeping in mind the most trusted e-commerce site.Keeping trust and the mention time I am always Happy.This time the product which i order who's date was 25th July So far not received the order.When i called the customer care on 25th was not got proper information from the Customer care.Today 27th I called again to check on my parcel.I got reply and email Which was not acceptable from Amazon.This made me not to trust on Amazon for any products which they deliver.I am attaching the details for the same.If you sell the products and later you mention its out of stock after the order placed and the deliver time on the day which suppose to be received.Highly not accepted.I need the order or Will not be able purchase any products from you here after.”
