I placed an order for a set of Sony ear buds for my wife and myself each and cost about INR40 000, the payment deducted from my card, only to have the order cancelled by Amazon. So as a first time buyer of anything from Amazon anywhere in the world, and as new customer, I selected the Prime product to expedite delivery for r399.00. The Prime “purchase” went through just fine though! I contacted the call center and they apologized for the inconvenience and requested me to place the order again. So they debited my account again with just over INR40 000.00, and the order was immediately cancelled by Amazon. So I contacted the call center again, only to be told they cancelled my order because “I have had too many returns”! Can you imagine that, having never dealt with Amazon in my life before being told that! I asked what items have I returned, but all I get is “ the Amazon team” says that you have had too many returns! How could I have had too many returns if I have never dealt with Amazon in my life before! So nearly a month later I am still a Prime member ( they were happy to take my money for that) but refuse to sell me anything! I wish I could get my money back for the Prime waste of time and just walk away from Amazon and never go near them again.

I got relief after been duped of about 555,000$ by money laundering fraudsters, kept me in traumatized but as God never fails. Makes sense when Amazon has hired an Aeronotical Engineer as a Customer Experience specialist who was too scared to even bother to reply back or direct me to the right contact. The more u understand their ‘ customer Centric’ policies the more you become confident about making a decision of not continuing with them. Their staff will surely take them down themselves. It’s a matter of time. As they say “A word to the wise is enough”. They have certainly lost my vote even as a long time prime member.

Hi , I had ordered a AC remote and the product was not delivered. It is showing product is delivered somewhere 12kms far from my registered place. I Lodged a compliant in Amazon customer care twice and till now even after 3 weeks I have not received my refund nor product.. Never ever buy through amazon!

Do not order from Amazon India as they mess up with orders . They sent me detergent powder in place of dry fruits and then denied that this happened so that they dont have to replace or refund.

I have ordered brown rice from the site but they they have returned it saying that I denied to accept it then I raised a complaint and order again but then they have returned this one too saying ther package was damaged. I have been waiting for my product but what I got was just sorry for the inconvenience. Pathetic professionalism and horrible service.

You can change the worst shipping instead of Amazon shipping. I bought some items from Muruliwale and the package to be delivered on before 30-07-24,i got a message from amazon, item's will be delivered today (28--07-2024) and out for delivery, then I got message at around 9pm same day, CUSTOMER REFUSED, delivery person not attempted to delivery at home and no one called me, how the delivery person updated customer refused. Again am rescheduled for next day, again same update. After waiting 10 days, I went to amazon warehouse located at Chikkabegur Bangalore, I met one security lady, she asked tracking ID,then started their work to find out where is the package, after two hours around 3 to 4 staffs are find out with damaged packages. Then one Mr, MD Golam, he is the staff of Amazon warehouse, said this is the your package, if you want you can take or leave it. But I asked him, it's already damaged I want know that my item is there in package. But he refused to check and told that we are not bother about your package, if your item is missing that's your responsible. If you are not able to deliver the item, why you are doing shipping services.

Don't rely them for ontime delivery.Their delivery team will reschedule the delivery time without your consent. And if you esclate the matter .Their escalation team is a bunch of clowns nothing else , they will delay the delivery time for 3 extra days.

I am Sharwan Tyagi. I am regular customer of Amazon. Recently I purchased 3-4 pair of shoes but against 1 order i got delivered wrong product three time back to back. And from last 10th July, i am waiting for my refund for that. I got assured through trail mail that i will get refund by 2nd of August 2024. But still i am waiting for the same.

Whoever and using this amazon app or their e-commerce (AWS is going down too), you are gonna loose your money. Amazon is misplacing your order and inform you there is no refund or return. In my case i order a keyboard which costs rs.1699 and i got bata shoe of rs.999(they are selling it for rs699). And there is no return and refund. I am paying emi of rs.1699 + interest every month. If you choose to avoid this scammer platform and seller you and your savings will be good.

Beware! Amazon sending fraudulant messages and passing on their inefficiencies on the customer. OUt of 4 orders I made on amazon.in, 3 had issues - 1. one I received a message that amazon tried to contact me, I have not picked up the call and hence returning back the delivery, in fact I was wiaiting for delivery and no calls were made - when contacted customer care, they are not able to say when it will be delivered and suggested me cancel & reorder- otherwise I will not get refund!! 2. on the second one, I received a message that I rejected the item while I was eagerly awaiting the delivery. On checking with customer service, I was told that item is damaged and hence agent is returning back while I was blamed for rejecting it while I never seen the item. 3. on the third one, I received the message that my address could not be found while some other items have been delivered. Customer service is helpless and do not have good access to solve/resolve complaints or talk of compensation for not delivering to a prime customer. I have been ordering from Amazon USA and never faced such issues, and even if there are issues, amazon was the first to call me or send message on this and how it will be resolved. Here, amazon India is creating blames on customers and creating a record of bad reputation of the customer to cover up their utter inefficiencing of handling the transaction. Everytime, CS states that I need to cancel the order and order again instead of accepting their mistakes and re-send. When I called them, in all the instances they accept that it is their mistake but when i asked them to send a message that it is their mistake and not customers, so far I never got. This clearly indicates they want to cover their utter inefficients and generating bad reputation of the customer. Also I am not sure this is a ploy to enjoy the short term working capital as my credit card heve been charges and refund takes from 3 to 10 days. I am sure Amazon can organize their working capital in a different way or openly state that this it the trick to utilize the money for short term working capital. I have a excellent view of Amazon in USA and thought they principles are the same in India, but..... not sure their intention is to create a bad reputation of Indians in the market while they take care of US customers I am trying to retrieve the messages from my account, I am not able to see those messages as I want to reproduce here. I am tired of creating tickets with CS as they can only say "apologies" and "escalation" without much action being taken. Again, I need to contact them to understand what is happening and easiest way is to cancel and re-order. They are in a denial mode and do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes and compensate the inconvenience - even there are multiple mistakes within a week's time

I am Really very upset 😡 with Amazon support. I got completely WRONG product with price is half as I ordered. Then after complain they accept my request but not remove verification for pickup. And 3 week I was with them to solve this issue. But every time they said your issue is solved.... we do pickup shortly and you get refund... today I called again and finally they told they just deny.... to pickup... My question is after all investigation they accept my request and they agreed it'd fault from their end.... then why they just play game with me and why they waste my time????? I am really filling very bad and it's really very bad experience... I'll take legal action on it.....

I have ordered Ajmal musk amber attar on 10.07.2024 by making advance payment, however product never reached me, but amazon is showing as delivered, there is no support from amazon. There reply is that they don’t do anything, and I have to ask my neighbors whether they have taken delivery. Same have have with me in other product month back, still there is no response from Amazon. My suggestion is first don’t order from Amazon, and even if you order don’t pay in advance.

Amazon shopping India is becoming expensive than market now a days plus they don't verify the sellers or product just post the digital pictures taken but it's not worth buying from Amazon coz of the price and quality and scams it's better to purchase in the market like before or go out to a shop and buy atleast we can bargain and get the product in Amazon the same product is thrice the cost now a days guys go out for shopping it's wonderful experience but sitting and shopping from home through Amazon is not worth and expensive too

Amazon India is not taking any commitment to deliver the item to the customer. Very poor communication and cancelling the order from the sellers end on the day set for delivery without notifying the customer. It is not just a matter of refund, rather the time which set customer into a situation where the re ordering may take another 5-10 business days. I am afraid to order any more items from amazon. Unfortunately I am a long term prime member which now force me to leave the membership. It is high time to review the internal process to retain the customers. Thank you

I order 02 Books, at my Office Address, which is landmark in town, no body calls me, no body delivered the items and now the account says delivered back to sender and no money is refunded, What is this, absolutely atrocious, U cant log in complaint as there ia chat box which changed 05 associates in 27 minutes, the delivery staff is abd as the chat staff, in a job if one does this he /she would be fired, shouldnt be stop buying from them, we chase them for product and when product is not delivered for our money

Amazon customer service is poor and pathetic, they did not take any action against the delivery agent, nor was my product delivered to me. I have to order again and again, I boycott Amazon, I don't want anyone to shop on it. I don't recommend to any one for large amount of shopping. They make us fool.

I participated. They requested commission before they would release the capital amount that I intended to withdraw. The withdrawal has already been finished, but my account hasn't yet been credited with it. I had read so many stories about BanninkSolutions and how they recovered and they helped me.
