Poor service, wrong information provided to customers. I have informed by mail to change contact number for delivery as i was not available on that day. Still my order was cancelled by Amazon which was urgent for me. No support given by team, long waiting on call, waste of time. Pathetic service.

Ordered a tablet as a birthday gift and amazon screwed it up royally by sending a message on the 12th hour that the product cannot be delivered as it's outside of the serviceable area and is returned (they are messaging after returning the product even without letting me know). Mind you I have ordered multiple products from amazon to the same location. This time they took a decision unanimously to return the product even without consulting me. At least if they had contacted me I would have collected it myself. such was the significance of the gift. I didn't get the product on one side and now they are not even ready to compensate for the charges taken by my bank for this transaction. In short I am paying the money for something which I didn't get. How is that for a joke! The sorry part is no one in the customer care is willing to offer a solution and they are simply washing their hands by saying "sorry". I have been using amazon in multiple countries but have never faced such pathetic service. Surely it's the management style in India that is the root cause. Jeff Bezos, the founder says the company's focus is on the customer rather than on the competition. I beg to differ that in the case of Amazon India.

When ever I have placed an order, my order always gets canceled. I have asked for cod, many a times paid online as well, till date I haven’t been able to receive any package from Amazon. The issue is always that my residence doesn’t fall into their service area, but my next door neighbors get their orders on time! It’s a waste of time to shop at Amazon. Bad experience always.

Amazon India is a really third class app.. There is no contact number to talk directly to their customer representative.. Further they don't have an app in our Marathi language also there is no option in their customer care number to speak in our Marathi language. Third class application Amazon India

Nonsense company, related with some nonsense illiterate bunch of third party companies like wow express. I will file a consumer court complain against amazon putting false allegations against valued customers if I don't refund of 14000 rs .

I was ordered yesterday godrej professional keracare repair shampoo and mask which was costing me for Rs. 1508. But when the package delivered by the delivery guy that was leaked. And delivery boy said, sir this is not our mistake that was basically a packaging team mistake. So we have returned that package and with in 5 mins we got a call from amazon care they just gave 2 options. if yow denay to to take this package press 1 or if the delivery boy doesn't contact press 2. And we press 1 then they cut the call. I don't know what was happend. Seriouslly bad experience in the begaining of the morning.

I ordered items on amazon.in thrice the first two got cancelled without any call from the courier service or Amazon , just got an email and refund policy terms .. the third time because it was valentine's day I paid extra money to be delivered it on valentine's day wrote my whole address and they accepted my order money was deducted then I get a call in the middle of the day that my pincode is not available for delivery , we call customer care the first time they agreed it to be delivered I have it on phone record we were assured by Ms. Supriya and once we disconnected the call the order was cancelled within seconds of disconnection of call we called again , Mr.prashant gave us some stupid answers we asked for escalation call to a superior Mr. Jagdeep talked to us for more than the time accepted with no solution and just a sorry , no refund,no delivery, no service to be satisfied with and then disconnected the call on my face saying this issue is just going round and round and with no courtesy he disconnected the call on my face . I am so disappointed with how you people handle customers and thier issues ... I am disgusted of how I was treated and with no solution I am stuck my valentine day was ruined felt like you people don't know the feeling of love or your customers . Please it's a humble request that being a multi-intrenational company you should be more considerate . Thank you Sejal Patel

i wanted a link to write a seller review, but Amazon did not provide that option for one specific seller "Cloudtail India". when i contacted the custoemr care, they just kept on saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. i don't need customer care exec.'s "sorry". i need a link for writing this seller's review. they said i should mail to Amazon, but i know from past experience that Amazon doesn't respond to such mails, as they don't care about negative feedback. sorry that this girl [customer care exec.] was on the call and couldn't solve my problem which seems more to be with Amazon as an online selling platform. also if you write negative feedback about the seller in the product review then Amazon rejects the review. clearly, Amazon is protecting this seller inspite of the pathetic service they are providing and not giving an old and valued customer to voice their opinion and put other buyers on alert regarding this kind of fraudulent service.
