I live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (pincode: 380058). My experience with Amazon India has been terrible and frustrating in Ahmedabad. Products are never delivered on time and sometimes aren't delivered at all. Getting what I've ordered on time is rare. Delivery agents always mark the order as either 'delivered' or 'rejected at delivery' when no attempt at delivery has been made. Whenever this is brought up with customer service, all executives make the same excuses - "it must have been marked by accident" - and the same empty promises - "it won't happen again" or "this issue has been escalated". And yet the same thing happens time and time again. This has been happening for years but it has become frustratingly frequent in the past month or so. Out of around 20 orders, I've faced this problem with at least 15 of them. Customer service continues to be unhelpful and delivery agents continue to be exasperating. As a prime member, it feels like I'm being cheated. I'm not paying for a membership to get my item a week later than it was promised or never at all. And note this - I have never faced this problem in Mumbai or with Amazon Singapore or Amazon US - ONLY AHMEDABAD. I am yet to find a way of communicating with Amazon that makes them ACTUALLY solve my problem and be responsive instead of giving me excuses and empty promises.

Amazon india is a hoax. They sold us kitchen utensils for 770$, but later we found out this same set costs 160$ on amazon.com. The utensils have not removable stains after the first use but amazon don't accept the return even though only 5 days passed. Never buy on amazon india.

The customer service is so incompetent. You have to speak to service agent after service agent, asking same question over and over. Non of them read the report from last time. They have no idea how to help. Calls getting constantly disconnected all the time. They are not acting upon sells who deliberately send wrong products / false marketing. And getting a refund is so difficult even after seller has taken product back. For 1 month I have tried to solve this with them and every day we start from scratch.

Orders 5 items on 29 th September, 2022, out of them cancelled 2 items. Amazon deleted all details of the cancelled items. No record on the app. So irresponsible and shocking attitude. Surprised to see this, no refund made yet, as no record is there in amazon account except the email received regarding cancellation of order.

I placed an order with ORDER # 403-7639865-5012328 on the 3rd of October, 2022. Promised delivery date was the 4th of October, 2022. It is 5th of October, 2022 and I have still not received the product. Everything is wrong with amazon.in these days. Apart from speaking some English, the agents do nothing. Customers cannot speak to supervisors or managers. Agents act as escation team members and speak some rubbish to frustrate the customers and hang up. Customer service has got a new definition these days. "Frustrate the customer so hard that he simply hangs up."

I am Prime membership customer I booked on 25th Oneplus 9pro mobile for my daughter birthday gift. I expected before 30th. Today 30th Sep still not despatched. Try to fool valuable customers by commit 28th Sep, when purchase product and after payment done it’s changed to 6th October. Customer care support is worst. they only apologize, not try to resolve. No use having Prime membership. You need to show delivery date before payment

i have made the prepaid order in amazon. Without delivering the product the status turned to delivered. Customer care executives also answering irresponsibly. i didn't received the product and money back. amazon cheating people in the name of great Indian sale.

Worst shopping app ever, once placed orders are getting canceled, delivery partners and customer support team is so rude, they don't have any sense how to talk, my orders are not getting delivered and there's no refund given by amazon..worsttttt worstttt app. Please stop shopping from the app, i have wasted my money, my time over this app

The most disgusting experience with Amazon India. My stuff was too be delivered yesterday and their agent called to say he had a flat tire and won't be delivering yesterday. The next second Amazon updated status as "incorrect address" despite being an Amazon customer for a more than a decade. Then the customer service rep promised delivery by 9 am. Again Amazon failed to keep its promise. The second agent Hemant was least bothered to help. The delivery agents don't take calls. Amazon has become the next version of a glorified Indian dhaba. Disgusting services and standard excuses. Amazon India you suck!!

Lousy customer service and lousy upper management from CEO and down the chain. They held my account because of no fault of mine. Won’t even tell me any reason for last two months. If you are doing business with them dump them in India. They are a lousy company.

All the home appliances are refurbished. If you will inspect properly there will some dent and open box inspection is best way to cheat because in a minute you can’t inspect everything and after that there will be no replacement or refund.

Customer rep blew me away by giving me a fake email id cs-reply@amazon.in which did not bounce but replied to my email saying "This email ID is no longer in use." This is actually a false positive in my observation as since the email hasn't bounced, the email is valid just that Amazon will not reply to it. However, if you want to sue Amazon and their customer rep explicitly gave u this email address, then u can use it in court as material evidence of your notification to them.

I bought some masala and pulses from Amazon fresh online. They are charging beyond MRP. As sambhar masala is worth₹ 34 in their Bill they are charging ₹50. Same is for Rice.

Amazon customer service teams not knowledgeable, not understand customer Concern and problems, not able to solve customer issues recently, I placed order from Amazon.in website, I did not getting My order after that I talk with Amazon customer service several times but they didn’t solve issues I still did not get my ordered recently I talk with these agent Atul , mukul, monika, ashish , prabhakar I got very bad customer experience from Amazon.in . Finally I decided, I am not buying products from Amazon.in because they waste my time and money.

No option to give zero and only thus putting 1 star.. the worst customer support ever seen online. Flipkart has much better customer support. The so called customer support team is a bunch of waste hiring. Amazon has shown 1 day delivery and will collect cash from customer and the next day will change the delivery from 1 day to 1 & 1/2 months of fast magic delivery.

I booked ashirwad ghee required urgently for a festival, in amazon fresh with delivery by next day. I paid money also along with booking. Even after 6 days, neither there is status update from amazon, nor any refund. Customer service is very rude and pathetic. They cut the chat and calls abruptly when questioned about no delivery. Very bad business practice by amazon.
