utterly disgusting service never buy from them they want it and do it, it’s impossible to prove their case will be left without money and in a bad mood! Too bad you can't punish this company complete chaos never buy on amazon

Customer service had gone down, it could be that they are cutting cost to increase profit, they now don't offer free return if you changed your mind, and they don't care if you bought the item for a higher cost, they just put the price down the week after... :( I would be looking to shop elsewhere since they don't offer free return service which most online shops do.

Warning if you order anything of value and the courier decides not to deliver or deliveries somewhere else AMAZON will use every excuse known to man not to refund you 1. No signature has not to been obtained. 2. Tracking info states delivered to a (shed) I don't have a shed. 3. Amazon told me to wait for 72+ hours. 4. I need a crime number from the police. 5. Check with neighbours. 6. Reported missing item to the police I have a crime number. AND STILL NO REFUND. County court proceedings now! Please see the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Amazon liable

I hate Amazon, avoid this awful corporation.. I would nuke them if I had the red button.. I purchased a heater from modern life through amazon for £200. Its lasted less than a year and now does not work. The seller refuses to communicate and Amazon will not assist in any way or offer any kind of refund. They also refuse to publish my review of the seller despite that my item has ceased to work. Payment went to Amazons bank account yet they claim they are nothing to do with third-party sellers or the transaction. The company is still advertising on Amazon and is still allowed to sell, despite selling faulty goods. Now I will make a chargeback and start a smalls claims against Amazon. Also, their customer service is the worst, nearly as bad as talktalk!! One manager I spoke to called Carl even promised me a refund within two days, two weeks passed and nothing!! Large companies don't give a **** about you. Buy from small companies and support small business. Avoid Amazon and there terrible customer service...

Worst customer service I know!! Paid for prime membership which they cancelled by mistake (and the manager admitted it was there mistake) and then expect me to pay upfront to get it back again. Impossible to talk to anyone from the uk and the staff you do speak to dont care about anything! Five years I have paid upfront for my membership. Will not be going back now!

Ordered a silverline tool on Saturday for a next day (Sunday) delivery, delivery cancelled and received notification that if I don't get it by next Saturday to contact them. Ordered same item off Ebay Sunday night (I needed it quickly), it arrived Tuesday, in an Amazon box. At first I thought it was the one I ordered from Amazon, but I ordered it delivered to an Amazon locker so I did some checking. Turned out the guy I ordered it from on Ebay just ordered it gift delivered from Amazon to my home address (that's annoying enough) but the question is, why when he ordered this item from Amazon the day after me were they able to deliver it when they couldn't deliver the one I ordered from them (which still hasn't arrived up until today Wednesday) The mind boggles. This is absolutely the honest truth, you couldn't make it up. I give up on Amazon, I would close my account but I have E music and books and not sure how I can close my account without losing access to them. I will try to no longer order from them. Customer Services are poitless. I tried to turn off 1 click ordering (don't actually remember turning it on) but despite the help pages saying you could turn it off via the button on the right hand side of 1 click settings page, there is no such button on my account and I had to ask them on chat to turn it off. Very sneaky, the chat guy insisted the button was there but I opened the page and no, not there, he insisted and ended up going in circles. Time to move on.

Why is there only good reviews on here and only bad reviews on Trust Pilot? Dont advise buying items from them. Amazon wash hands of electrical items after 30 days.

Terrible service and prime is now a waste of money. Prime video content is poor and the delivery service has really gone downhill. Orders are either late, never turn up, go to the wrong address or are left not in a safe place. Just not good enough! I have cancelled my prime membership and Amazon customer service didnt care about my complaints or the fact I cancelled prime. If a company doesnt care then bad service will never get sorted

More often than not they don t respect delivery days/ times. Couriers not evem trying to deliver the parcels. Prime is a waste of money.

Paying prime for nothing. Lost products. Delivery late for no reason more often than not. Drivers not even trying to knock/call just assuming if i m not out waiting for them that nobody is home (living in a flat) Refusing to leave parcels at the designated safe place (orders under 20£) Massive disappointment. Will stop using their services.

Almost impossible to delete a product or retailer review. Impossible software solution, the chatline refuses to answer questions about this since they dont have the knowledge, though this should be a basic function. Instead the chatline passes the request on to a different department - they say. But you dont get any confirmation that they have actually done this. Its like an abyss. In my case, something went wrong and my reviews were not deleted.

Ordered a new PC for the office on the 4th of Oct on a business account only to be told it will arrive on the 8th of Oct, I took the day off only to be told at midday they can not deliver until Friday, We asked for it to be redelivered this Saturday although I'm not holding out any hope at all after seeing others having the same experience Worst part is when i phoned them i was met with a rude and vacant call handler who seemed to take 20 seconds to formulate any response when i asked to speak to his manager or someone who was either competent or awake he refused & put the phone down And this is on a Amazon business account The trust is gone and I will not be using them again.

Just spent 4hrs on the online chat service because the "call me" service was conveniently not working. These 4hrs have made me lose the will to live and would rather not have to type my experience again for a 6th time so will leave it with.... - Very disappointing delivery experiences time and again - Next day delivery rarely happens, therefore taking my money for Prime membership without delivering the service I am paying for when I choose "Prime Delivery" as an option. - Customer service experience is awful, to the point of being unhelpful and unprofessionally ending the chat without resolution of the problem Will be considering my options for other suppliers going forward.
