The parcel did't arrive and after talking to Melissa and Sophie nobody called me back to tell me what went wrong. On the 08th of August a Lady called me and told me ma parcel arrived at her house. Her Name is also Jessica Graf and lives in Hannover. Hermes changed the adress on the parcel for some reason. I'm glad she called me, or else my parcel and my money would have been gone!! I'm not going to order with american soda again, because nobody could help me out or get in contact with me, after 2 weeks waiting for my parcel.

My delivery was not received as the courier damaged my goods in transit so had to return them to AS. But AS didn't let me know until I emailed them about my products. When I was finally told about the issues I was assured I would receive next day delivery as a result to mess up and again it's now been a week and I've received nothing. Absolutely disgusted with this level of service. Completely ridiculous.

Items arrived in bubble letter and were COMPLETELY MELTED AND MISSHAPEN. Called their so called "customer service" and spoke to Michelle and Ashleigh who were RUDE AND HORRIBLE. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WAS A LOYAL 7 YEAR CUSTOMER.

I still can't get my order. The delivery driver apparently "attempted delivery" twice when I was home. There was no note, and no way to contact them.

Still no delivery after two weeks. No confirmation about order, no feedback to my request where goods are. Poor customer support :-(

I have not received my goods, it has now been 10 days. I have emailed and called but I haven't gotten an answer. I threw an American themed party yesterday where I should have used all this, I had to go shop else where and I had to spend a LOT of money.. I am interested in knowing if my goods ever will arrive :(

I ordered on the 25th June and it was supposed to be delivered 3-5days later and yet I only received the delivery on 7th July... 12days later - almost twice as long as it should have taken! On top of that, the parcel was shoddy and 2 of the chocolates have been ripped open - I don't know if that is due to the insecure way it was packaged or staff had opened it before. Overall so disappointing and will reconsider choosing to order from them again!

Ordered products online, I had to chase up my order because it was over a week so I emailed to ask where it was and was told its processing. When my items arrived I had a note in the box saying 9 were missing refund will be issued. I give a contact number and email address it would have been nice to have had the option of cancelling the whole thing if my items weren't going to arrive, considering delivery isn't actually cheap I got in bulk. Not very happy with the service at all and won't be placing another order of anything. My review is to make things better going forward to those that work in American Soda customer service is a key to good business. This customer is not satisfied and won't buy again rectifying mistakes may indeed save your customers in future

I would love to recommend but sadly I never received my order. I have contacted them to which they promptly responded and promised a replacement but still no delivery ????

Very disappointed with my order. I ordered some stuff for my son was told a 3_5 delivery wait. On the 7th day rang up to be told the courier had sent the parcel back. I was not sent any confirmation that the order had been dispatched and I had been in if order had come. When I did finally get the items there was one item missing so I rang up again to be told the item was not in stock but I wasn't made aware of this. Won't be using this company again seemed alot of hassle for 10 items. I was not even offered a delivery refund or a free item for the inconvenience this caused.

I bought 6 cans of each strawberry & vanilla,6 cans of the strawberry were flat and had a very bad taste.The cans looked very old and I could not find a date on the tin,i would say they were out of date.3 cans of the vanilla were the same.I spent over £30 on these and have been totally ripped off.I will not be using your services again,and advise other people not to as well.Thanks for nothing hope you enjoy your money.

I ordered Smucker Hot Fudge Sauce - two jars. I was given Smcukers Chocolate Fudge Topping - a different product - see picture. Never ordering from here again.

My order was promised in 3 to 5 working days. After 10 days it still shows as processing. Not good customer service. Not even an email detailing the problem. Unless this is resolved quickly, I won't order again. Too bad for you - I order lots of things online and would have spent quite a bit on your products. However, they do me no good if I don't receive them. Order #400097758 - Processing

I received a shipping confirmation but never the package . There was no tracking link available. I contacted the customer service but never got an answer! Poor service ! Never got my money back!

I have received your email confirming i would either receive my sweets or a refund and one from your customer service team, please see below: Hello, I have looked into this for you and can see that your parcel was shipped to you on the 12th January 2016. Unfortunately as you haven’t contacted us previously to inform us of the missing parcel I am unable to resolve the issue, it is stated on our website that we require notification of any issues within 14 days of ordering. Kind Regards I have replied, please see below: I'm absolutely disgusted with your response. This is the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered. When confirming my order you said please allow at least 6-8 weeks for delivery, this order was paid for by my 11 year old grandson using some of his Christmas Gift Money, as it's was such a long wait, I forgot all about it. Once again I will repeat my request for either the items I have paid for or a refund. You supplied these and if you must have a tracking number where you will clearly see they have not been delivered. Can someone please trace the order to confirm non delivery and either refund the money or send the sweets. I look forward to a speedy resolution.

Ordered my products on Thursday 12th May...still not received them and it's Tuesday 24th May!! They were for a friends birthday present which has now passed!! Waste of time and money.
