unfortunatly I can't coment on the standard of your produce as It still has not arrived nine days after ordering. I picked up an email at the weekend asking for more delivery detail as your courier could not find my work place yet multiple deliveries arrive there every day. I have recieved no further information apart from this request and when I tried to check the couriers website to track my package it couldn,t match the referance number to any outstanding delivery. So sorry but at the moment I won't be using american Soda again and now have to find another option for the event this Saturday that the goodies were for.

Extremely disappointed! Spent around £10 including postage and packaging on some Oreo biscuits as a gift for my partner and they arrived in a paper bag with nothing to protect the biscuits at all. So obviously when my partner opened his gift every single biscuit was pretty much broken. Really not good enough.

Hello, you guys used to be great, but have suffered lately. Firstly your products are out of stock for months and months, if you never intend to have them you should remove them from your website. in particular I would say Jiffy biscuit mix and Duncan Hines brownie mix. Also I ordered biscuit mix recently and you didn't send it because you said you were for some weird reason getting a paypal echeck. I ordered on the same day from another American food site, got the same email but they had already sent the products. then you said by the time you got around to it, that the biscuit mix was out of stock. This isn't an isolated incident. As I say you used to be great but things have slipped to the point I am likely to not order from you again.

Hi Marilyn. Thank you for your review and feedback. Regarding stock, we are in the process of removing those items we don't think we will be able to get again, so we'll be much more streamlined in future. Our biggest challenge is stock, both in terms of what we can get and how much of it - it's never the same, week to week! With regard to the problems with ordering, we're very sorry for this and we do hope you'll give us another chance.

Even though support were very kind and quickly resolved the issue. The state of the package was awful, the courier they used was very impatient and couldn't wait for my housemate to walk from the kitchen to the front door and decided to throw the package onto my blue bin which was over a high wall despite the package clearly marked Glass. Cans were destroyed,glass bottle leaked, food items ruined because of leakage and crisps all broken.

A little poor seen as I had to chase my order after the tracking information didn't work, to be told the order had been lost somewhere along the line. On saying that after chasing the order the customer service I received via email with Melissa was very good she assured me she would get the order sent out to me and would be next day delivery as I wanted this order for a gift. On receiving my order I noticed one item was missing i wasn't informed of this or anything received to say I would be refunded so I then had to chase again for a refund to be issued. A few tweeks needed I think to provide a better service.

Hatte aufgrund von beschädigter Ware bereits 2 Emails an den Kundenservice geschrieben, keinerlei Reaktion. Die Ware war im Paket einfach nicht ausreichend geschützt (glasflasche und Dosen nur mit füllchips gesichert, Dosen waren verdellt, aber noch verkraftbar, Glasflasche ist durch den Verschluss leicht ausgelaufen).

April 2016 I love using American Soda's website and it's usually the first website I look at when ordering Lucky Charms 20.5 OZ (581g) for my fiancé's birthday. A few days ago, I looked on the website and noticed that the product Lucky Charms 20.5 OZ (581g) was not available and I looked on eBay to no avail. A few days after, I decided to look on the website again and, the product was back in stock so I quickly ordered. Unfortunately, when my order was sent via courier, HERMES, my product was thrown over our back gate when it had been raining all day which meant the outer box was soaked and squashed at the sides. Upon opening the product, it was damp and also squashed at the sides. I contacted the delivery driver and asked why she had thrown the package over our back gate when the weather had been appalling all day and she advised that this was the procedure she had to follow and no packages were to be left in the van. I called American Soda and explained what had happened and was told to verify my statement with pictures. Although my product is damaged and not fit to consume, I have not got time to verify the damage by sending photos as my fiancé's birthday is in 6 days! I wouldn't have called American Soda if my product was squashed but still fit for use. Unfortunately, I have had to get rid of the product and won't be buying this product again from American Soda.

Hello Kayleigh. We're sorry one unprofessional delivery driver has soured your experience with us. We ask for photographic evidence s we can show our couriers and they can take the necessary action. Without this we cannot issue refunds, replacements or get our couriers to perform better. Again, we are terribly sorry that one driver has let you (and us) down.

5 minutes after I placed my order I immediately called and left a message as well as sent an email to let American soda that I wanted to change my order by deleting some of the items listed. This is due to the fact that when I was looking for other items on Amazon, I saw the same items for almost £5 less and next day delivery due to my Amazon Prime membership. I did not receive a call back or a reponse for my email. The items just arrived several days after. I am therefore not satisfied with the service and how mh request has been (or rather has not been ) handled .

I made an order which I had to chase as it wasn't dispatched. It was then sent next day delivery which was fine however an item I ordered at the time wasn't in stock at this time! Not great.

Due to a system error, my order took far longer to process than originally mentioned. Customer Service replied immediately to my query, and ensured that my order was processed and delivered next day. Unfortunately, I've been shorted one item, although it was marked on the packaging list, and paid for. Will use this company again, just a small glitch on this order. First problem out of 3 total orders, so pleased overall.

Ordered atleast 10 days ago said it would take 3-5 days delivery and hasn't came yet. They haven't even contacted saying it was going to be late.

I just received my order (number 500026943) and was quite disappointed. the main reason I order from your shop, were the lucky charms (which I got a refund for, since they were not avaible AFTER I completed my order). If I would have know earlier, I would have waits with my order, because I have to pay 10€ for shipping... All candy and chocolate bars were mushed and broken, since they have been just throw into the big box and one of the cheetos packets was open and cheetos were spilled everywhere. since your goods are very high priced (I know, import...) I would have thought that you would wrap them up better. I wanted to order stuff from you on a regular basis, but will have to rethink that. kind regards tereza bäck
