It’s been 4 months since I ordered. However, I haven’t received my order. My order number is US119123. They even stopped replying on my emails its really disappointing. This the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life. They are scammers please stay away from Annah Hariri and don’t waste your.

Why and how is this company still running. They’re in debt to so many people (including myself)! I ordered a year and a half ago and still haven’t received my order. The fact that they’re taking new orders and still using Covid as an excuse for those who didn’t get their orders is nonsense! How is it I can order from dozens of countries around the world and I still get my order, but they’re still crying Wolf that it’s because of the pandemic and moving to another country. Oh cry me a river, a business shouldn’t be putting blame on anything but themselves! Any company or business that fails to do what they advertise should ALWAYS care about their customers first and give them some sort of incentive/discount to make up for their shortfalls. Or better yet, return their hard earned money instead of stealing it and hoping people forget about it. The most unislamic behaviour ..and they should know that Allah is watching.

Ordered February 2020, received some items, most incorrect size or description. other items missing. Still in october 2021 they havent resolved any issue and say keep waiting. I am planning to lodge complaint with Dubai consumer affairs and also USA based ones.

Horrible service. I ordered dresses from them in July 2020. I received part of my order in September 2020. It was the wrong size🙁. I contacted them to get the correct size and check when should I expect the rest of my order. The responded that they will correct things, but I need to be patient because of Covid-19. I kept on following up with them. The last time I received any response from them was in February 2021. I am not getting any feedback from them anymore!

Like many others, I never received an order from early 2020, even though mine was pre-pandemic . Stopped getting responses when emailing them. Wasn't my first order, had ordered twice before without issues. It took a couple months to receive but the quality was worth it. I have been dumbfounded at how differently the customer service has changed. They are still using covid as an excuse. It appears they are completing new orders and hoping the rest of us just give up and go away. I would not trust them to ever order from them again and it's a shame because the quality used to be very good.

They have not shipped my dresses although it has been over two months of ordering. I have followed up with them, but no response. So unprofessional. Never will buy from them again.

I ordered 5 dresses last year in October they didn't give and I ordered their bogo offer and they didn't send 2 dresses. Honestly first 2 times I ordered dress from them it was really nice and the fabric was nice too...but last time I have not heard anything from them...I got random advertising emails from them everyday but never got any answer about my order. I also told them to give my money back they didn't. I was waiting and waiting but if they have that much trouble with past orders bcz of covid why are they taking new orders and making new designs?

I placed an order about a year ago with 4 items, and another separate order with 1 dress. The 1 dress order arrived, while the other one did not. To be honest the dress looked nothing like the picture. I still haven't worn it nor do I plan on wearing it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just that one item that looked different. I waited for my other items and they never came. Contacted them multiple times over a long period of time. I finally got a response weeks later and asked for a refund and received it. I have since then ordered 2 more dresses and a skirt, thinking I would give them one more chance because their items look really cute online. The order did arrive, but the material of the dresses felt weird. It's very stiff and not flattering when I wear it. The color was also a bit off. I got rid of both dresses without ever wearing them. The skirt I wore one time just because I paid money for it but I don't think I will wear it again. The material was also very unflattering. For those of you who haven't received your orders, I hope you never receive them and are able to return and receive a refund like I got last year.

Terrible customer service ! Placed 7 orders in june 2020 received only 1 after 2 months. I wrote to them many times they replied as their delay was “ Covid-19” but it has be over a year still Not heard anything at all asked to return my money back which was almost $600 never received either so they are TOTAL SCAMMERS! Never trust them or buy anything from them!

Placed an order in Nov 2020 with advance payment in full. Its October 2021 almost one year. No delivery. Initially they replied to emails. Afterwards no reply to emails also. BIG SCAM

I have ordered 2 dresses since May 2021 and did not receive any till now!! They stopped replying emails to refund my money!!! It is a big scam. Don't order from Annah Hariri.

Very poorly managed company, order at your own risk. Covid should not be used as as excuse for slow delivery in late 2021 when business are back up and running. I made a purchase in July 2021, its now October and still nothing. No not be fulled, I have lost over £200.

ordered few dresses about 330$ in July 2021 and still no delivery till October 2021 they are a SCAM I asked for refund, and got generic response to ask for refund again with another Email and still no refund and no delivery they replied with COVID delay excuse, but their new arrivals keep spamming my inbox after all unsubscribing . don't buy from them , it's not a real shopping brand, it's fake and scam

Ridiculous and very unprofessional. I never received my order. I had ordered 2 dresses last September. every time you try to get in touch with them the email comes back saying that due to Covid it’s very busy but it’s been over a year and on the website it says my order has been dispatch And I never received it. This is very sad when people do this and get your money. My order number was US91802

placed an order in august (its now oct) and not received any update on delivery. anytime I ask where it is, I get an incredibly late reply being told that i'll receive a notice when its shipped and apart from that generic reply they give me nothing. placed a request for refund now because its taking the mick and these people clearly do not care. don't waste your time or money cause it seems like a scam to me!

This is the worst company experience ever. They won’t cancel my orders US119874, US120334, and US120785 nor give me a refund even though my order has not dispatched.

Don’t Order! This is a scam I didn’t receive my order since September, 2020 It’s been over a year and I am still waiting! For a company that prides itself on its religious clothing and values, they do not seem to respect the rights of their consumers. I have tried everything possible to no avail and am left with only disappointment that an Islamic company would do this.

I have paid for few items on 5.9.21. Still didn’t hear any traces of it, no tracking number sent. They don’t reply to my email , FB messenger is not working. This was my first purchase with you and certainly I would not recommend anyone. Worst experience ever . I have purchased from few other Turkish online shops in past. This is so far the worst customer care service.
