“Do not order from this company!! I ordered and paid express shipping to get it here in time for my daughters prom. They made a shipping label so they could look like they made progress, but then it sat for 12 days! That’s when I finally emailed to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t because it already shipped….lies! But miraculously it ships the night after I sent the email. Save your time and money!!!!”

“I have had a very bad experience. I have ordered 3 dresses in June 2020 but only received one. Now the company, despite numerous emails have blocked me and are refusing to address my concerns. I feel other buyers ought to be notified in case they also lose money like me. I have been blocked on their Instagram page and no one is prepared to help me. This is the first negative review that I have ever written, but I felt compelled to write since I feel I have been scammed.”

“I only gave them one star because it’s the lowest option. Horrible customer service, and my order has still not SHIPPED after 3 months of ordering. I wish I had read reviews before ordering because it seems to be a trend.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a fan of Annah Hariri for quite some time but never had enough money to afford their dresses. When I bought one on a mega sale, which perhaps I should have seen that as a red flag, I was excited at first because I was finally going to own one of these gorgeous dresses! However, a month, two, and three passed without even getting an email about delivery. I emailed them, and they gave me a long message about how COVID has caused them to cut down on workers, etc etc, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It is now over a YEAR AND A HALF later and I have still not received my dress. I have emailed them a few more times, and got no responses. I even emailed them about giving me a refund and still nothing. I am beyond disappointed by this company. Even IF COVID hit them hard in the beginning, why keep having the sales on? Why keep taking orders? I am disappointed and so sad because as a convert I was really excited to get one of these dresses! The whole company 'ideal' sounds so great, but their business practice is awful. I am about to move which makes it even worse, I figured that the 1.5 years I spent in the same location was more than enough time to get my dress before I moved but I guess not. Order US90380”

“They are the worst customers services… They are the worst customers services over you can deal with in your life... I bought two dresses and I did not receive any shipping notice for them, I waited two months for the dresses to arrive after that I was disappointed when there was one of them It’s was The wrong item and when communicating with them they not helpful and sent me that I have to send it back with all shipping expenses for a replacement . My advise to everyone dont deal with them and this is a poor quality company and service .”

“SCAM alert! I ordered once in 2020 and received my order after two months! This year beginning of January I ordered 3 dresses for about USD 300 and everytime they answer and waste my energy and time saying it is due to COVID-19. Now I finally saw her instagram comments section is back and enabled, so I wrote a comment asking about my order and guess what? I got blocked! Shameless people ruining the image of muslims. May Allah punish them and give back all those who got deceived their money 10 times fold.”

“Today, I received the long awaited order.It took them 2 months to send my order and they ended up sending me a wrong item and also a belt is missing in another dress. I emailed them immediately about this and requested information about when they'll be sending the outstanding order and send a courier slip to return the wrong one. They were not even sorry, they kept sending me a general customer care response without addressing the problems. I also noticed I didn't like any of the 5 dresses I received. The company has really fallen from grace to grass over the years. Almost bothering on deception.”

“worst online shopping experience ever I have ordered two dresses from those people over a year and six months . until now I didn’t get my order or a refund. And they stop replying to my emails and block me from their social media accounts. We need to do something to stop this company from deceiving more people.”
