“Ordered set of 3 antique mirrors. One was cracked and one was unglued from the frame so I took pictures as per the company. Didn't hear a word back. Glued the one back together myself but am out the broken one. Be wary of any glass items you order!! Just don't.”
“My first order from Antique Farmhouse and Fed Ex misdirected it to some else’s house. After contacting Antique Farmhouse they quickly responded and while we were waiting for the search, the owner of the home it was delivered to brought it to our house. However, it had been broken - this all transpired over the weekend. After contacting Kim again at customer service she quickly resolved the issue to both of our satisfaction. I sent this note to her and want to share it with you, because truly their customer service was very helpfu!

“I ordered a rustic decorative rosary. The cross was quite fragile and broke in shipping. Their service was fantastic for replacing it. It happened a second time. They wrapped it so well the 3rd time. I highly recommend this company they really aim to please plus they offer beautiful unique items.”

“I ordered a small, round accent table and it arrived with a crack down one side of the table top. You can actually see down to the floor with the way the wood is coming apart. The table is really nice and fits well in the space I intended it for, however, I am having to get a woodworker to repair the crack otherwise we will not be able to use it. Buyer beware as there are no returns!

While in the process of completing my order, there was an online price adjustment due to supply chain issues and increases on their end. I contacted customer service and asked if they would be willing to honor the former price, i.e., what it was when I began shopping and put it in my cart the day prior. “The first item I ordered arrived damaged. The wonderful customer service which responded immediately by text/email informed me they would replace or refund. I decided to order a different size. They told me to keep the damaged item. I wasn't sure which item to order because I wasn't clear (there were 3 sizes to choose from) and my daughter wanted the "squatty" wooden lantern one so the kind customer service person picked the correct one. I asked if they could please make sure it would be packaged with enough material to protect it against damage and she assured me she would make a special effort to see that it would. Also being close to Christmas she assured me it would arrive in time for Christmas. All of this back and forth conversations was very prompt and clear and I can't say enough about the great customer service of this company. I have purchased at least 5 or 6 items from them and have always been pleased. Great company.”

“I have bought many times from antique farmhouse but their customer service is terrible. I bought a Christmas table runner on October 29th. I am aware of the 15 day shipping policy and on I have reached out twice before about where is my order so this time I waited a little extra time knowing that their shipping is horrendous and I honestly wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I reach out on Nov 24 to check in on it and they said that it their might be an error in their vendors system but they would check. They never followed up with me. So I reached out and asked again, they said it might be sold out and offered a refund. They should have offered me a refund AND gave me a gift card. I like what they offer and presentation of sales events is great but I would rather find another place to shop and give my money to a company that actually cares about obtaining customers. It’s too much unknown about when you will actually get what you ordered. And by the way it’s 2021, people want what they ordered next day not in 2 weeks or a month of never.”
