“I bought the scooter back in April. I used it for 30 minutes one day. It was fun. The next time I went to take it out it would not work. I checked all connections and nothing seemed wrong. I contacted aovopro.
It was suggested that maybe the battery was broken. I was asked if they sent me a new battery would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This happened but the scooter still was not working.
It was suggested that maybe the starter was not working. If they sent me the part would I be able to change it myself. I said I would try. This I did. Scooter still not working. it was suggested that maybe the motor was not working. A motor was sent to me and I changed it. Scooter still not working.
I asked for a replacement scooter. I was told that it was more than 30 days and that I would need to send them the scooter for them to fix it.
Seeing as I had reported the problem within 30 days of purchase I thought I should receive a new scooter.
After many communications backwards and forwards I asked them to send me a postage label so that I could return the scooter. I have asked them five times for this and I still have not received it. We are now in August. I still don’t have a working scooter.

“I had a very bad experience with the service. My scooter came with several defects and I requested the product warranty, they simply did not solve my problem or just ignored my emails, a terrible customer service. Now I'm here with a new scooter that was used only 1 time full of defects.
I hope that Aovopro will solve my case as soon as possible, otherwise I will never refer the company to anyone as they do not give a warranty.”

I have sent 6 or 7 emails requesting an update since June they have deliberately ignored me. I have had my faulty scooter for less than 1 year. We emailed the customer care 2 months ago and got no reply. Try to call them and no one ever answers the telephone. “Doesn't even deserve the 1 star absolutely shocking service, my son saved all his birthday money to buy a scooter at the end of May scooter arrived all seemed well for first few weeks then the problems started 1 the back guard snapped off son said wasn't an issue for him and carried on using next issue to rise was when riding the scooter the bolts on the handle bars went flying out and went mu son flying! We sorted this issue ourself but the last straw for this shambles was when my son was riding he was sent flying to discover the whole thing had snapped in half! I emailed the company with every issue we had they seemed caring and helpful once they found our order trying to lie we never ordered through them ha laughable to then saying oh yes you did and if we sent scooter back we would get a replacement scooter, scooter is and has been boxed and ready to go although they gave me a fake address so didn't send scooter and emailed again and again and have been for nearly a week with no response what so ever so not only do we have a 5 month old scooter that is beyond broken we now are being ignored so we are well down on money avoid at all costs I will be finding a way to take matters further trust me! Disgusting company you should be ashamed of yourselves”
“Very bad company. At first they act nice and helpful with good customer service. Scooter arrived everyone was happy. Til it broke. It broke and the the whole thing snapped. They said I can send it back for a full refund so I did. However after they took my scooter in they said they can’t do a full refund but they can send me a refurbished scooter which I said I’d settle for. Couple weeks past and after emails after emails they finally sent me my refurbished scooter. I was in shock when it came broken and straight away emailed them. I was furious and they said if I send the scooter back they will give me a full refund 100%. I was very confident and when they received my scooter. I have never heard from them again. 6-7 months passed without a word they never answer emails or their calls I keep persistently emailing with no response or communication. They have my money and scooter. Guys I’m warning you please do not buy from this company please don’t.”

Aovopro asked for the scooter back for them to send out a re-conditioned one but still months later and lots of my emails to them I haven’t received anything and now they are ignoring all my communication”
“Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a scooter with a 2 year guarantee, waited months for it to arrive and when it finally did it arrived defective. It is cheaply made and I’ve had problems with it ever since. AOVOPRO’s solution is to send you parts to fix it yourself. They recently sent me a new charging port as the battery doesn’t last 10 minutes and when that wasn’t the problem they sent a new battery to the wrong address. I’ve emailed them on numerous occasions to explain that I’ve not received the battery and they are now ignoring me and that I shouldn’t have to repair the scooter myself but to no avail. So I’m stuck with an expensive defective scooter that is still within the warranty and no way to get my money back or a replacement. This a scam company and they are profiteering on the backs of hard-working people. Shame on you AOVOPRO!!”
