I ordered a scooter from aovopro, These people scammed me! I ordered a scooter in the start of December , then the fedex Deliver people messed up the order and delivered it at the wrong location. I contacted aovopro regarding this, a long process after customer representative send another scooter it also got lost by fedex, even though my address was correct(i only received blank image as delivered msg). Again i contacted customer care they simply ignored my mails, i used another mail Id to contact them , customer care said they will send another scooter and they will dispatch it soon but till now i got no updates. They are simply ignoring customers, I can provide every detail regardy my case. I m very disappointed and if I dont hear from them till coming Monday I will file a police report.

3/6/2024 purchased scooter 24/06/2024 Scooter fork snapped. 25/06/2024 Notified Aovopro fork had snapped asked for replacement scooter. 26/06/2024 Email from Aovopro saying they will send replacement part - I accepted. 4/07/2024 Received part and I replaced. I noticed a part was missing form the original fork. (which probably caused the initial failure) 5/7/2024 Notified Aovopro - they said they did not have in stock and me to buy one online, I could find one online as what not 100% what the part is. 10th July the part arrived and I fitted. 28th July - The scooter started making a screaming noise, notified the Aovopro team they told me to send for repair. The scooter came back 15/10/2024 so 6 weeks later! 15/10/2024 - Scooter has be repaired , now the brake acts as an accelerator (which nearly put my son's life at risk!! and Eco mode is not working. 16/10/2024 - Email asking for refund - They have declined saying they will send a part and can not refund as over 30 days The Scooter was faulty form day 1 so the initial fault was reported with this time frame.

Absolute joke...handlebars misaligned with front wheel so sent it back, asked for a refund and nothing...even though it was only a few weeks since I bought it and very very rude when I asked for a refund

My daughters scooter broke a month after getting . I contacted Aovopro and they sent a return label so i returned it for rapair. It got lost in postage and after 2 months they told me that they would send a refurbished one and the one i received was a broken one somebody else had returned for repair it even had the drecription of what was wrong inthe packaging .I contacted Aovopro and told them what happened and they got me to return it .They have received it but now have stopped returning my emails and have cut contact I am down €200 and have no scooter i feel robbed and i would not recommend this company or product to anybody in fact i would warn people awayt from them.

Worst customer experience ever with this company. My scooter charger stopped functionning after a few months. I contacted their customer support and they sent a new one, till now all good. Few months after same problem, however they send me a new battery instead. I spare you the details of how it went down hills from there as they started ghosting me and not answering when the problem was the charger again. Cheap brand, poor quality and the worst ghosting customer service. Just never buy from aovo.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER!!!! I purchased the Aovopro Electric Scooter ES80 on 1/13/2024. On 4/26/2024 the METAL handle snapped completely in half while my 17yo 135-lb son was riding it going approximately 16-18 mph. It completely flipped him over causing him to ride the concrete on his face breaking his 2 front adult teeth and giving him several lacerations. He spent one day in the hospital and an entire day was spent at an emergency dentist. This $300 scooter has cost me $17,000+ already!!!!!! I have escalated this with Amazon, left a review on AovoPro's page, contacted several Safety Recall businesses, as well as contacted the State Attorney. There are several other reviews with this same scooter breaking in the same exact spot. I have requested a full refund from the company as well as sent them dental and medical bills. I will continue to escalate this until resolved. I purchased a scooter for Christmas for my daughter she didn't have 10 hours use when the accelerator broke while using it causing her to fall off. I contacted aovopro and sent me a return label I sent it and it got lost in transit it took me two months for thyen to send me a replacement and today I received a already broken one with a return label from someone else who obviously tried to return theirs I cannot recommend this company to anyone at all Posted by Graham Elderfield

Very bad experience of after sale service by the company No reply on repair of the scooter This is real made in china product because there is no guarantee of the product that will it work or not .

Horrible company that would not uphold pricing of an item after cancellation for no reason. Was told to re-order the item with no discount for a MUCH MUCH higher pricing

Very poor service still got broken scooter tht my daughter's Xmas broke n no phone number to contact nobody and can't upload photos to show them evidence of the broken parts FM second I set it up screws were lose n now wheel turned n can't use 250 wasted n a sad child wiv no Xmas gift no more

my 12 yr old son used his own pet sitting money to purchase the scooter which is absolutely amazing but the box came very damaged. I took pictures same-day and sent txt which unfortunately they did not receive, but after opening the box and seeing damage got a hold of them through PayPal and sent pictures of the damaged scooter as well asking for a simple exchange. this went on for about a month back-and-forth like a hamster wheel. They wanted the same pictures over and over, claiming that that could not have happened and will not allow us to send back and get a new one. 30 day money back guarantee and 2yr warranty is a joke. They do not honor it! As you can see in the pictures, we did try to glue the issue prior to contacting their customer care hoping not to return but didn’t work and I did explain that to them as well.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only available via email in Hong Kong, not UK time slots. Item sent via DHL and delivery was left in an unsecured back garden at kids playhouse. When returned home item was missing. Driver signed my name fraudulently as received. AOVOPRO have stated they require handwritten documents be sent via email and WILL NOT provide form to add digital signature. They will not tell me how to raise a complaint. And the will not refund me. I am now out of pocket for the item. I have no item and have no help from the company. Extremely sub standard service and customer service. Absolutely disgraceful.

I bought an electric scooter directly from the AOVOPRO website. With less than a year of use, the display came off, and the battery had a drastic drop in performance (delivering around 50% of the initial capacity). I contacted the customer service of the website and substantiated my claims with photos, videos, and screenshots from my scooter's app. The person responsible for my assistance - Olivia, who had been responding promptly, offered me a new display and battery, which I thought was a great solution. However, I decided to inquire about the battery replacement process. Olivia promptly sent me a video tutorial on how to perform the replacement. After watching the video, I realized that it required cutting and connecting wires on the scooter's battery. Considering that I lack electrical or mechanical repair skills, I found it very risky to attempt this task, as I could potentially end up damaging the scooter further, which, despite its issues, still functions. Faced with this, I proposed to Olivia that, instead of taking the risk of this repair, I would prefer to receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the offered parts: the new display and battery, in the form of a discount on the website for the purchase of a new scooter. This way, as a consumer, I would have an additional expense, BUT I would have the assurance of owning a fully functioning scooter. Following this proposal, the person responsible for my assistance simply STOPPED responding to me. I sent this email with my counterproposal on 26/10, and after several days without a response, I sent a new email on 30/10, still without a reply. It is absurd to leave a customer with a problem that has already been verified talking to themselves. If this solution was not possible, at the very least, it should have been communicated, and a dialogue should have been maintained to find a reasonable solution. I am completely dissatisfied, not only with the product, which has shown an extremely short lifespan - almost disposable - but also with the customer service that simply leaves a consumer without a response, even after acknowledging the existence of a problem that should be resolved.

Very bad customer experience, as my scooter faced a E7 error ( motor issue) in 3 months of purchase, as I have mailing the customer service for months and i have not receive the motor. the customer support assistant have delayed saying that they are in holidays and motors are not available in stock, which is very disappointing and i am not able to use scooter. the warrant is not helping me.

If I could give this scooter NO stars I would. Absolutely a hunk of Chinese made JUNK. Kick stand fell off within one week. Controller burnt to a crisp within one month. Replacement part instructions sent in MANDARIN. Email bot "customer service" is condescending and evasive. Never should have made this purchase. I received a lemon, they provide no recourse whatsoever. Save your hard earned money and buy something else.

I borrowed my new AOVO electric scooter to my friend while being abroad on vacation. My friend called me on thursday evening while she had been driving home from work and all the suddenly the handlebar broke in two. This scooter had been purchased in may/june and was in my eyes in "perfect condition" (only 50 km driven and no damage from before) and should definitely not brake in two. Luckily small damage was produced to my friend (knee swollen after impact and hands scratched). This model New 2023 AOVOPRO Electric Scooter ES80 M365 Pro Long Range High Speed Foldable Electric Scooter should have been better than the model before. This model vs. 2020/2021 model are definitely not in the same league; earlier model was faster, better brakes, better battery, better distance range, more safe! I am very disappointed with the scooter as the previous one was absolutely amazing and this new model should have been an improved version, I was wrong. Still waiting for AOVOS response per mail.

Horrendous, horrendous customer service, I’ve been waiting for a new wheel/motor since June. I get short emails saying they will ‘urge the warehouse’ and nothing else and that’s if they even respond, it’s been over two months now. I even emailed the repair shop they use in the UK in desperation and the chap said all the parts were stuck in customs! These scooters are great when working but honestly think twice as if anything goes wrong I think you’re talking to an AI, not a real person. Awful
